Chaptre 109. The One That Got Away
Nora walked in a hurry after hearing his name called with the usual tone Jeanno said if he was in a mood condition. That was why he immediately left his job to immediately head to the boss' room before the man's mood got worse.
“You called me?”
“Representative of Dharma Group, named Sharin Widjaja?”
Nora nodded awkwardly. It brought a reaction that Nora thought was excessive. Jeanno put, or rather slammed the map of the negotiation of his cooperation with Dharma Group three days ago which was represented by Nora because he could not come.
“Why didn't you tell me?”
Nora was about to answer, but Jeanno had already cut off. “Sharin. What is he related to Dharma Group?”
“She's the wife of Bryan Dharma, sir. Because Mr. Dharma is in Singapore, so Mrs Sharin is the one who replaces all her activities during her time in Jakarta”
Jeanno let out a rough breath. During this time he avoided any form of cooperation with Sharin's father's company. Regarding his son-in-law's efforts, Jeanno had absolutely no idea that Dharma Group had anything to do with Sharin. If only he knew from the beginning, it would definitely not be willing to bind cooperation. But all that happened, Jeanno also could not blame Nora for her personal problems that had passed many years ago.

Nora nodded her head, then walked towards the door. In his mind wondered if his actions were wrong? why was his boss so angry when he heard the name Sharin Widjaja? Nora turned her shoulders. Decided to resume his work rather than take care of the personal affairs of the superior.

Judith's forehead wrinkled when she saw Jeanno coming to her room with a sour face. Typical like Jeanno who was holding back anger. The man said nothing, only entered and laid his body on the side of the bed he used to occupy. Judith did not forbid, she chose to finish her routine smearing skincare. Maybe Jeanno's mood is bad and he does not want to ask a lot of questions that even worsen his mood.
After finishing skincare, Judith stepped onto her bed, pulling the blanket over her as she looked at Jeanno's gaze on the roofs of her room. “Master?”
“Today I just realized that I have tied cooperation with the person I most avoid”
Judith did not understand who Jeanno meant. Rather than asking who, he was confused how Jeanno cooperated with a company that he did not know who owned?
“You remember the woman we met at Mr Jagad's party?” Judith nodded. “From all the humans on this earth, why should I meet again with Sharin”
Ah, that psycho woman apparently, Judith's inner. Giving a nickname that he thought was right for Sharin even though he did not know specifically what Sharin did so that it caused a strong reaction from Jeanno.
“Can you send someone else when meeting with his company?”
“One time, yes, can. But there are times when meetings have to be attended by myself. While I have to be professional, but I can't look at it for so long. How can I meet the woman who tried to destroy Nayara's life?”
Judith sometimes hates her spontaneity which sometimes comes out when it's not right. Like what he said three seconds ago.
“What did Sharin do to the late Nayara?”
Jeanno did not answer. Letting silence smother Judith's room while the owner of the room was busy cursing at her asking. Which of course his stupid questions lead Jeanno to bad memories of whatever.

The owner of the name raised his face, looked at the graceful woman walking towards him and sat down on the dining chair as usual. “Ya, Ma?”*
“Mama heard from Sharin you ignored the phone and the message. Are you guys okay?”*
Jeanno took a breath. This actually made him lazy to go home. His parents loved Sharin very much and thought she would be his wife. Jeanno has explained many times that his relationship with Sharin has run aground almost a year ago. He himself is not even sure to bring the heart into their relationship, the two officially together because of the contribution of Mama and Mama Sharin. Unfortunately, the father also gave the green light to his relationship with Sharin.*

“Love can come anytime. Papa thought you loved him when you were dating him. Don't tell me all this time you were just messing around?”*
Jeanno put down her cutlery. Appetite seemed to shrink somewhere. The snack that tasted delicious now looks bland. “I decided after realizing I never loved her. Rather than having to continue, wouldn't he be better off looking for another man who loves him?”*
“But he loves you”*
“Then? Do I have to sacrifice myself to be with a woman I don't love at all?”*
Thomas Alexander's face flushed red, trying to hold back his emotions as the son began to refute words both from him and from his wife.*

In contrast to Thomas' expression, Yvone looked much better at forcing a smile. “Oh yes? who is he, son? From which family?”*

Jeanno deliberately stressed that her parents were ready, not if Nayara was ready. When both parents are ready, it means that Jeanno has little hope if the Papa and Mama will accept Nayara with everything that is on her.*
