Chapter 43: Rental Band

"I've invited all the boys in this class, but no one wants to go to San" Ruben said with a slightly disappointed look.

"Hahaha yaudah if only three are also not papa si," said Ahsan.

"But I still have a friend who likes to play a band. Maybe he wants to play with us" I said suddenly.

"Well good Lang, who?" ask Ahsan.

"Tora, class 10-9," I replied.

I sent Tora a message through WA. I hope Tora can come with us.

"Udah I'm taking him. Just answer the answer," I continued.

"Wahaha hopefully he can go to Lang, so that his old dues become less hehehe," Ahsan laughed.

After school I, Ahsan, and Ruben waited for Tora to join the band with us in front of our class. He said he would come to our class soon after school.

This might be the first time they'll meet. Finally the one who was waiting came.

"Long Lang waited for him?" tora who just arrived.

"Well, I know this is my friend Ruben, this is Ahsan" I said, pointing at Ruben and then Ahsan.

"Oh yes, Tora, Tora," said Tora as she shook hands with Ruben and then Ahsan.

"Oiya said he wanted to rent a band?" tora asked after she finished shaking hands.

"Yes, hehe" Ahsan replied.

"Where's the rental?" ask Ahsan again.

"In BIFN, how?" ahsan.

"Maybe, quite a decet also from here," said Tora.

"Jude, are you leaving now?" ruben.

"Ayoo" said Ahsan.

The four of us then started rushing towards BIFN (the name of the rental band place ). Ahsan said, the distance from our school is about 2.5 km. So, before heading there, the four of us first stop by Ruben's house to pick up Ruben's bike and I also want to borrow one bike. Tora and Ahsan had already brought bicycles from the beginning.

It just so happened that there were three bikes in Ruben's house, so I could borrow one. After all cycling, we went straight to BIFN. It took about 10 minutes to get there if using a bicycle.

This afternoon traffic is quite crowded because it coincides with the return to work and school hours of high school children. The streets were dominated by High School children who still wore the uniform. So, maybe we'll take longer because it's quite stuck.

Arriving there, it turns out that two available studios are already wearing it. We also had to wait a few more minutes until the rental hours of one of the studios were completed.

"You've been renting bands?" ask Ahsan to Tora.

"Yes, quite often. I also took part in music extracurriculars" replied Tora.

"Who is familiar?" ruben and Ahsan said simultaneously.

"Huhahuh right," said Tora again, "oiya later want to bring the song who? Who is the singer, drummer, bassist, and whose guitarist?"

"If you usually hold what bro?" ask Ahsan to Tora.

"If I have a guitar more often" replied Tora.

"Then you'll be the guitarist bro. Ruben held the bass, I drummed, then Galang sang haha" Ahsan said with a laugh.

"Why am I singing? Besides, I don't know too many songs that are famous now" I said.

"Continue the song you know whose song Lang is?" ask Ahsan.

"All I know is that it's just Green Day San" I said.

"Yasudah means we will bring the song Green Day hahaha," said Ahsan.

"Why do I agree with you again San" said Ruben.

"Huhahah I did follow you anyway," Tora laughed.

"Next there's the song. Any ideas, bro? You've won't have a long time ago Ama Galang, maybe you know the song she used to sing?" ask Ahsan again.

"Hahaha mending asked directly. How would Lang like to sing what song?" ask Tora.

"What yeah? I'm still confused too. How many hours will we rent?" ask me.

" Waiting, I guessed. What is the most powerful alarm in the world?" ahsan.

"Weker Jam?" answer me Doubtfully.

"Wrong," Ahsan replied briefly.

"Alarm with rock music ringtones?" answer Ruben.

"It's still wrong" Ahsan replied again.

"Haaa wrong? You're not fooling me, are you?" ruben was a bit emotional.

"You stupid or what? How could I cheat so," Ahsan said.

"What's the answer then?" ask Ruben curiously.

"The answer is mom" Ahsan said.

"Huh? Why mother?" ask Ruben again.

"Yes, if you ask to wake up at 7 am, then your mother must have started to wake you at 6 am and say that it is 8 hahahahaha by now," Ahsan laughed loudly.

Tora was also seen laughing to hear the answer from Ahsan. Same with Ruben. Although he could not accept it, now that Ahsan explained the answer, Ruben laughed.

Finally our turn came. We went straight into the studio and held a musical instrument according to the division. I'm vocalist, Ruben bassist, Ahsan drummer, and Tora guitarist.

The first song we're going to sing is 21 Guns. Ruben who has not memorized the key was looking for it first on the internet.

Once everything was ready, we started singing. It starts with a guitar intro from Tora.
