Chapter 36: The Story

"Ehhhh so yes..but don't-don't you guys already dating yah??" risa asked with an enthusiastic tone of voice.

"Ehhh honga-engga kok, yesterday happened to be Galang ngajak me. It just so happened that I didn't have an event, so I went along, too" Cindy replied somewhat blushingly.

"Hmmm is very suspicious, I've already done Cin hehehe. Don't be shy about it," ledek Risa again.

"Truly, we're not dating. Ask Galang," Cindy still blushed. Her cheeks are now reddish.

"My sister's name is Ovi" replied Risa.

"I'm an only child of Ris," he replied flatly. This time somehow his face was a bit sad.

Cindy just smiled faintly hearing that. However, for some reason his thin smile was like saying many things. Loneliness, sadness, pain, and loneliness. The dimples on his cheeks will be seen when he smiles or laughs as if saying the same thing.

"Let's give a big round of applause for the 3rd performance" said the host quite loudly who momentarily broke my attention to Cindy's look.

"Well will she sing too? Just like you were at an art show?" Cindy seemed to be trying to hide her feelings. It seems Risa did not realize that Cindy seemed to be sad because of her words earlier.

"Yes hehe, my mother was a singer. But after marriage, my mother never sang on stage again. Now my mom works as a vocal coach at home" explained Risa.

"Well, you two are good at singing hehe" Cindy smiled again.

Ovi has started singing. The sound of applause from the audience also opened the performance that was performing the song "If I Had Wings". He seemed confident in the song. It seems Ovi has more confidence than Risa when on stage.

Finally after waiting long enough, now Hana's turn to perform. I still don't know what show he's going to perform today. It really made me curious until the last seconds before his appearance.

"Give a standing ovation to our 9th performance today. Let's welcome the drama group from 4th grade named Rabbit.....Kecillllll," said the host excitedly.

The sound of a standing ovation was now again heard welcoming their arrival on stage. It turns out that Hana is going to be performing drama with her friends. I became more curious, about what drama they will perform?

We continued watching the art show until it was over. In total there are about 15 appearances shown. After the event was over, the three of us decided to have lunch together. Coincidentally there is a Padang restaurant not far from here. We decided to eat there too.

"So your sister's performance was really funny, Lang. Moreover, he was wearing a rabbit costume, so he wanted to feel hehehe," said Risa while sipping her drink.

We did not talk much until we finished our meals.

Now, it's just Cindy who hasn't finished her food. He eats slowly. Naturally he became the last person who had not finished his meal.

When we all finished lunch, we decided to go home. Because the direction of Risa's house was different, so she came home alone from here. Me and Cindy went home together.

"Thank you Lang already wanted to invite me to see the art scene at Hana's school," said Cindy rather softly.

"Oh yes Cin is nothing," I replied rather slowly as well.

"Sorry also because we were thought to be dating Risa. I'm so sorry, "Now Cindy's cheeks are getting a little red.
