See You Tonight

See You Tonight
Chapter 155: The Morning Atmosphere

After we finished eating, we got ready to go home. Anyway, it's almost 8 p.m.

"Thank you again, guys. Sorry to trouble you guys up to these nights. Once again thank you," I said, bowing forward.

"I told you, it's not a big deal. Next time, don't push yourself too much" Ruben said.

"Yes, I'll see you tomorrow, everyone" said Aji.

Then we split into two directions. Cindy and I headed north, and Reuben, Ahsan, AJI, and Renaldi headed south. However, Reuben's house was not too far south. His house is only about 200 meters from the school.

Finally, it was just me and Cindy walking north. Actually, Cindy's residence is a small bookstore, not too far from the store.

"Thank you, Cin" I said again.

"Hihihihi how many times have you thanked me after coming to your senses? We are all happy to be able to help our friend who is in trouble. So, no need to bother with that. Maybe it felt the same as when you, Ruben, and Ahsan helped me back then, remember?" timpal Cindy turned her face to me.

I just kept quiet to hear his words and for now somehow I don't dare to look into his eyes. In order not to look too wrong, I looked up at the sky.

The sky tonight isn't so full of stars. Stars that look flickering, not as much as usual. Their distance, too, is pretty easy. Maybe the stars are having a problem right now, so their distance is so relaxed? I don't know. Again I thought strange things.

"What are you looking at, Lang?" ask Cindy suddenly which makes me a little surprised.

"Oh, I don't see anything. Just looking at the sky" I replied.

"Oiya by the way you prefer the night sky or the afternoon sky?" ask Cindy again.

"Mmm if told to choose, I would definitely prefer the night sky," I replied.

"Well the night sky... Why?" ask Cindy again.

"That's because, I felt that the night sky was like my own friend" I replied.

"Hihihi means?" Cindy laughed a little.

"Why laugh? Weird huh?" ask me.

"Engga, really. It's just that your answer was a little bit beyond my estimation. So why do you think the night sky is like your best friend?" ask Cindy again.

"How to explain it yah? I don't really understand either, but obviously from childhood, since my father was alive, my father always took me to see the night sky almost every day before going to bed. We both told her about how today went, how we felt, everything we told her," I explained.

"Your father must have loved you very much well." said Cindy rather softly.

"Yes that's it. At least I feel that way. In addition, the night sky also never complains if we complain to him. He never complained even if he was hurt by the greedy actions of humans. Plus, I also like dark colors, so it's not strange that I also like dark night skies" I added.

"Hihihi is so yes," Cindy said with a slight smile.

"When do you prefer where? Night sky or twilight sky?" my land.

"Mmm maybe just like you, the night sky hihihi," Cindy replied.

"Then I go first Lang, see you tomorrow. Don't sleep too late today, okay? Hehehe," Cindy said with a smile.

"Okee, thank you again." I said.

"Dahhh." said Cindy as she waved her hand and entered the bookstore.

Arriving at home, I immediately prepared warm water for me to take a bath. Because it was night, I also decided to take a bath with a bathtube and soak in warm water. By soaking in the warm water, I hope my exhausted muscles can relax for a moment.

After finishing the bath, I went straight to my room to go to sleep. After all, I have also started to feel sleepy at this moment. It's not usually like that.

This morning, when I woke up, I somehow got dizzy and my weakness had not disappeared. In fact, last night I felt better, why now it feels like it's getting worse well? Or maybe it's because I took too long to soak last night? I don't know.

Shortly after, my mother came to my room. I then told my mother that it didn't seem like I was going to school for today. I guess I still need a break.

"Eh, why are you Lang? Why is your face so pale?" mother ground that directly stuck her hand on my forehead while checking my body temperature.

"Somehow I feel weak and a little dizzy Mom. Actually, I've been feeling this way since I woke up. If I don't leave today don't you, ma'am?" say me.

"Oh yes, of course not papa... Would you like to go to the doctor? Let me drop you off?" asked the mother whose face immediately became so anxious.

"It doesn't seem like it's worth it, ma'am. If not, then go to the doctor. Mother also don't worry too much, I'm still fine, hehehe" I said, trying to smile. Actually, I haven't told my mother about me fainting during the extracurricular. I was afraid that if I told my mother, she kept thinking and even added to the burden of her mind.

"Then let me bring you breakfast first?" ask mom again.

"Ga needs mom. I can still walk hehe. But please help me walk" I said.

Then my mother and I walked to the first floor. As I asked before, my mother is now leading me to the first floor.

"Eh brother why? Why are you being led like a little baby?" asked Hana who happened to be walking towards the kitchen.

"Sister is a little sick Hana, so I lead you not to fall." replied the mother gently.

"Eh what sick sister? Not usually brother is sick." said Hana who also looks turned into a bit worried.

"Not knowing this, but I think it's just plain tired. So, don't worry so much, yeah," I said.

Come to think of it, I rarely get sick. Yesterday was my first experience of fainting.
