See You Tonight
Chapter 41: Class XI Vs Class XII

About 10 minutes until Soccer extracurricular starts. Me, Ahsan, and Ruben were already on the sidelines where the extracurriculars would take place.

The weather this afternoon was pretty good and not overcast. The sun was calmly shining from above.

"Oi Ben, by the way, have you shot Cindy yet?" tanya Ahsan who was busy picking up her shoes.

"What are you talking about?" answer Ruben.

"Haven't be shy, you like Cindy right?" ahsan said again.

"If so, why?" ruben replied without hesitation.

"You really like Cindy. Then quickly express your feelings to her," Ahsan said again.

"Haaa? Why should I follow your words?" reply Ruben by furrowing his brows.

"If you don't say it now, maybe he will first fall in love with someone else" Ahsan replied again.

"Why do you know that?" answer Ruben cynically.

"Hahahaha is just my prediction. But somehow I think it seems like Cindy is hiding her problem from us," Ahsan suddenly changed the subject.

"Your maxdu?" ask Ruben curiously.

"Because he said that the reason he didn't come in was because he was busy helping his grandmother, right? Do you think that reason makes sense? If you were in her grandmother's position, would you let your beloved granddaughter not go to school just because she helped you keep the store?" ahsan.

"Maybe Cindy still can't tell us the problem for some reason" Ahsan continued.

"Priiiiitttt," the whistle's voice signifies that extracurriculars are about to begin.

All members are now directly forming a line based on their class. Class X, XI, and XII. Then as usual, we did a small run around the field twice.

As usual, just one round, Ruben already looks bored. The run is slowing down now.

Finally we all finished running around the field for two rounds. Next, we will warm up other limbs such as the head, hands, body, hips, and legs.

Leading the limb warm-up is the team captain, brother Jonathan, whose Sunday birthday has just been celebrated by Sophia and others, including Ahsan and Ruben. It starts warming from the top, then the bottom. The warm-up movement also looks so neat and effective.

Half an hour before the end of extracurricular activities, Mr. Bimo again blew his whistle sign we should gather soon. Mr. Bimo explained that in the rest of this time, we will do internal competition training between the XI and XII classes. Class X has not been able to participate because the team from class X has not yet been formed. On this day's occasion, class X only acts as a spectator while taking knowledge from seniors.

Mr. Bimo then called the names of the players who would play. So, indeed not all members of the XI and XII classes come to play, only those who have been selected only come to play.

After Bimo finished calling out the names of the players who were about to compete, the match between the XI and XII classes was about to start in 10 minutes. The one in charge of strategizing from class XII was Brother Jerome, while from class XI was Brother Yos.

The star of class XII is definitely brother Jonathan, the captain who plays in the midfield position. While for the XI class is brother Taufik, who plays as a forward. After 10 minutes, the match finally started.

At the beginning of this match, class XII looks very dominating possession of the ball. They play the ball from foot to foot. Class XI also did not remain silent. Even though they do not have the ball, they always press the XII class.

Finally the first opportunity was created. Starting from the movement of brother Jo (Jonathan) who managed to pass several players in midfield, he then sent a very beautiful and measured pass to Kak Bagas, a forward from class XII. Unfortunately, Bagas's big kick still deviated thinly on the left side of the XI class goal. Even the 0-0 score still stands.

Until now, the XII class still controls the course of the match, but every opportunity created has not been able to produce goals. In contrast to class XII, so far there has not been a single opportunity created from class XI. The attacks they built, always managed to fail by players from class XII.

When time was running out, and it looked like the match was going to end in a 0-0 draw, it was sudden that the XI class was like gaining momentum. Starting from a corner for class XII that succeeds in the header away from the box area XI class penalty. The ball fell at the feet of a middle player of the XI class who was standing guard in the area outside the penalty box.

The player who saw Taufik's brother was only in the control of one player in the midfield line, immediately sent a long pass forward. Brother Taufik and defenders from class XII also involved sprint to get the ball.

In the end, Kak Taufik managed to win a sprint against the defender and immediately control the ball into the box penalty of class XII. Through his calmness in kicking the ball, Taufik also managed to put the ball right in the upper right corner of class XII. With this goal, class XI also led 1-0. The memains and the audience cheered boisterously to welcome the goal from Taufik's brother, not least Mr. Bimo who immediately gave his applause on the goal.

In the remaining game time that is not how long, there are no more goals created. Class XI won 1-0 from class XII. At the end of the game, all players from both sides held handshakes sign of sportsmanship.

For some reason after I saw the game earlier, I became more eager to learn football and seriously follow this extracurricular.

With the end of the match, it ended extracurricular activities in the afternoon. We X class children were given the task to collect the ball and clean up and return the equipment that was used during the extracurricular activities.

After returning from the extracurricular, I went straight home. There were two players I admired from the game, Jo's brother and Taufik's brother. Although I was a bit annoyed to see Jo because he looked very close to Sofia, but in game he was the most dominant in his team. He's like the ball flow center of class XII.
