Chapter 25: Stiffness

I walked between two rivers whose ends were fused. I crossed a bridge and then came to a very thick forest. Large trees formed a line.

I walked through a path that had no illumination. Only the moon is the light source. Not a single star was visible in the sky at the moment.

When I walked for quite a while, I suddenly reached the edge of the abyss. At the edge of the cliff, I saw a girl my age wearing an all-black dress with no footwear. He stood right at the end of the cliff edge using only his right foot. She looked like she was dancing to the moon, but somehow her tears didn't stop coming out.

I approached the girl until I realized she was Sofia. I don't know why Sofia could be in a place like this. As I was about to shout calling out his name, he suddenly jumped into the abyss in front of him.

I screamed and called his name.

"Sophiaa... Sofiaa..," I shouted while looking at the abyss that seemed to have no bottom. After that I cried right where Sofia was dancing.

"The bitch is up?" suddenly my mother's voice rang out while shaking the door of my room.

I opened my eyes and realized I had just had a nightmare. Even though I had realized that just now was just a dream, but I still felt terrified. I then tried to calm my mind by taking a deep breath and exhaling it slowly.

"Oh yes ma'am just woke up," said I who still felt scared.

"When you wake up, you go downstairs again."

I hope nothing happens to Sofia. I sent him a message directly through WA.

"Sof, how are you?" write me in a message.

five minutes later Sofia hasn't even returned my message. I'm starting to worry again. I also try to think positively. "Maybe Sofia is busy in the morning" I thought.

While waiting for a reply from Sofia, I will take a shower first. My mom said that if we were in a bad mood, a shower would make our mood better.

After finishing the shower, I went back to check my phone and found that there was still no reply from Sofia. I also became more worried. I sent him another message.

How many times did I send him a message, but still no reply. I tried to call him via WA, but there was always no answer. I'm getting worried about Sofia.

Out of concern, I decided to leave early today. I want to see Sofia first before the ceremony starts. I wonder why Sofia didn't return my message. To be honest besides worrying I was also sad Sofia did not return my message.

"I was angry first ma'am" I said as I hurried to leave the dining table. Today, I left half an hour earlier than usual. I walked pretty fast this time. After walking a few steps, I thought that I should just use the bike for faster times. I went back home to get a bike.

After that, I paddled my bike pretty fast. This is the first time I have ever gone on a bicycle. It wasn't until five minutes, I had already reached the front gate of the school. From here on, I must guide my bike. The rules in this school say that if we enter the school environment, we must guide the bike.

I arrived at school at about 06:30. There is still about an hour left until Monday's ceremony begins. Because it was still very early in the morning, only a few students were seen entering the school. Once in the parking lot, there is still a lot of free space. I immediately parked my bike and hurriedly headed to class.

When I arrived at the class, no one came. After putting my bag on the table, I immediately approached the 10-6th class located right next to my classroom. It turns out that in class 10-6, only one student left and I did not know him. Looks like Sofia hasn't left yet.

I waited in the chair in front of my class while observing the new students. From here, I could see the freshmen coming at the gate. So if Sofia had arrived at school, I should have seen her from here.

The pain came not only from him shaking hands with a man but also because he did not reply to my messages when he was fine. The world is so fast spinning, just yesterday I felt happiness, now it has turned into a pain that is so stifling the chest. I lost my spirit for today.

Right now I want to be very angry, but I don't know who to be angry with. I also don't know why I feel pain when I find out that Sofia is having a conversation with a man. I should have been happy that he was okay. I shouldn't feel this kind of disappointment and pain. I don't know why I feel that. In fact, right now I want to go home and do nothing.

After that, I entered the classroom and sat in my chair. About half of the students have already left.

After the ceremony was over, we immediately got ready to change clothes for sports hours. Ahsan who was looking very sleepy, somehow now looks so excited. He was the first person to be on the sports field than anyone else. He looked like he had been looking forward to the sports hours from a long time ago.

"So you looked very sleepy, but now you look so excited" said Ruben.

The sport this time is a long jump. As I expected in the first practice today, Aji recorded the most distant jump followed by Ahsan in the second rank. It seems Ahsan also has talent in sports.

"Wake up guys, here's some food for you" Ruben said, giving him bread and iced tea.

"Well, you're good today" Ahsan said with a slight smile but her two eyes still wanted to sleep.

"You have eaten quickly, soon entered nich," said Ruben imitating Ahsan's accent.

"Okay lach, good-bye... Aaaap," said Ahsan who directly devoured the bread given by Reuben earlier.

After Ahsan chewed on the bread, Ahsan suddenly ran out and immediately vomited the food.
