THE SURPRISE!
Shocked, no, you guys?
Katherine stared intently at the presentation that was taking place in that meeting room. Two years had passed, and during that time he began to gain much knowledge and also lessons on business and management. Until six months ago, the father began appointing Katherine to replace herself in regulating the company and trademarks that have been in possession since those years.

“The reunion ceremony tonight is so, right?” ask Richard across the street.
“I don't like the show, but, yes I have to keep coming. You can accompany me, right?”
“How, yes? Should I accompany you? Do I need it there?” asked Richard again in his joking tone.
Katherine sighed hearing the sentence over there. Two years is a long time for him to get to know this man. In the end Katherine decided to give up on the feelings she had and just start being honest with Richard. Pretending not to have feelings is also quite tiring, indeed the best thing is to be honest and eliminate prestige and ego.
Richard had returned to his original job before he was stuck with Katherine, but he still had the responsibility to keep an eye on Katherine and all of her projects. Katherine knew that too, and she accepted it well. At least he did not need to be nervous about making mistakes, and Richard monitored work in Indonesia through Germany with occasional return to Indonesia.
The reason Katherine didn't want to get married is, she hasn't been able to follow Richard to live in Indonesia. If they get married, Katherine has to give up work in Germany and start taking care of their company branch in Indonesia.
