PASUTRI (On Love & Happiness)
CHAPTER 17

“Tuh be an example so you do not volunteer your brother's rich friend.”

Fadly could only sigh at the nagging of his mother. Just because Zahra called asking Faza his mommy tension went up.

“So wife is not becus. Husband until this night has not come home for sure because lazy and choose to find entertainment outside.”

“You said so anyway. Faza is not so.. Maybe now is indeed brother Faza is overtime so not home.”

“Mamah knows more about Faza. He it if overtime must be talking.”

Fadly was confused as to why her mother could be so distasteful to Zahra. Zahra is a kind and polite woman.

“Ya is mah.. I hope Faza is still working. It's not good too if until he snacked outside mah.”

“Biarin only. Better so let them split up.”

“Mah.”

“You dare to volunteer mamah?!”

Fadly clucked slowly. Fadly knows how Faza is so very caring for his heart and love for Zahra. Fadly was sure Faza wouldn't be out there.

“Your brother must be bored in the woman's house so choose to leave. She's not happy with her marriage.”

Fadly was silent. Debating his mama was also of no benefit to him. The one who has himself will instead be blamed by the mama.

“Pokonya mamah ask you to always recite the same mamah papah. Remember Fadly, God blesses every step of the obedient child to his parents.”

“Ya mah.” Answer Fadly slowly.

“Ya is sleeping first. Later if papah comes home please open the door. Mom locked the door earlier.” Sinta said before passing leaving Fadly in the family room.

Fadly stroked his forehead slowly. Until now Fadly still does not understand the way the rules of both parents. They both always thought their choice was the best for their two children. While Fadly himself felt all the rules of his mother were not all the best for him. One of them is in choosing a life partner.

----------

On Sunday morning Zahra was not allowed to go to work because Faza asked Zahra on the grounds that Faza wanted to be with Zahra all day on his work holiday.

“Mas let's get up..!! It's noon.!!”

Zahra's shouting from the kitchen made Faza cluck. Instead of waking up from his sleep the man actually covered his head using a pillow. Faza is looking to wake up today enjoying his time off work by resting his body all day.

Zahra who was pouring fried rice from the frying pan into her big bowl was cursing in annoyance. Faza is very hard to wake up. Though Zahra had woken him since dawn but Faza was just squirming. Worse yet Faza even pulled the blanket and changed his back position.

“What does it want? I've belain not work but even gini.”

Zahra walked towards the dining table. Zahra placed a bowl of fried rice on the dining table and then stepped wide into her room.

Zahra narrowed her eyes annoyed at Faza, who covered his head with a pillow so as not to hear his screams.

“Yes God... Still not awake.”

Zahra clucking. Angrily, the blanket covering Zahra's burly body was revealed. But it seems like Faza's sleep has returned soundly because Faza did not move at all. The man who only wore boxer pants really managed to make Zahra's mood go down this morning.

“Mas wake up why the hell? From dawn I woke you up.”

“Mas.”

Zahra pulled the pillow that Faza used to cover his head.

“Yes geez.. You can't just ra.. I'm still so sleepy.”

Both of Zahra's eyes were rounded. It was almost noon and Faza still reasoned sleepy.

“Mas I've belain not working for you.”

Faza. Zahra is very taffy and interrupts the rest on her day off.

“You asked me to make a non-work permit. Time to wake up, you don't want to. It's almost noon.”

Faza hissed then got up from his lying down.

“Bawel really you.”

“What? I bring? you are the one that is difficult to build.”

Reluctant to argue Faza immediately got up from and down from the bed. The man grabbed the towel behind the door and then came out of the bathroom to take a shower.

“Nggak seneng very rich see husband rest on holiday.” Dumel Faza's.

“I denger mas.” Screech irritated Zahra from inside the room.

Faza clucked and accelerated his pace towards the bathroom. Back when I was dating Zahra was very sweet and gentle. But after getting married slowly the attitude of the carousel and annoying her increasingly become so.

“Rest at home mommy ajalah later.” Gumam Faza.

Faza went into the bathroom and immediately cleaned himself up. Although Zahra continued to chatter furiously but Faza did not care. Zahra could not be silent if she was angry. Even Zahra often brought up Faza's mistakes if even a little bit of Faza made a mistake.

Finished shower Faza immediately breakfast because Zahra who had been waiting for him at the table eating.

“Abis breakfast anterin me to the market ya mas. All ingredients in the refrigerator. Home also its rich should be cleaned full.”

Faza stopped chewing the food in his mouth hearing Zahra's words. Instantly Faza regretted asking Zahra for permission not to enter work. Though Faza thought with Zahra at home he would be pampered and massaged. But it turns out not he took advantage of the time off for rest instead had to be extra busy with homework.

“Why? Don't want?” Zahra asked looking at Faza with a look of annoyance.

Faza.

“Zahra is my time off, my time to take a break from various jobs and activities both inside and outside the house. Not that I should be this busy. Before I got married, I spent my days off sleeping and staying at home. Mom never told me this when I was off work.”

Zahra narrowed her eyes disagreeing with what her husband said.

“It used to be the same now it's different mas. It used to be alone. What's more at the parents' house there is also a housekeeper who does everything. Yes, it's appropriate that your mother doesn't tell you this. But if now you are married to me and here there is no domestic assistant. There is no harm in helping me?”

Faza took a breath then exhaled it violently.

“Yes, I will help you but not now. Today I want a full break.”

Zahra's mouth opened unexpectedly with Faza's uncaring attitude. Faza has always understood himself. Faza never refused any of his wishes. And Zahra felt Faza was very different now.
