Faza kept silent as dinner went on. Precisely after Zahra told that Fadly who delivered all her belongings Faza had indeed looked different. His face was so flat and did not speak at all.
Zahra cleared her throat trying to attract Faza's attention but to no avail. Faza remained silent and focused with the food on his plate. Zahra wanted to know what Faza thought of his cooking tonight. Although according to Zahra itself is delicious, Zahra wants to hear Faza's opinion.
Zahra looked at Faza sitting in front of her. Perhaps his and Faza's thoughts about Sinta were the same now.
Zahra suddenly remembered about his departure to Aris' house yesterday. Zahra hasn't had a chance to tell Faza. And Zahra thought maybe his honesty would make Faza's mood good. Faza will be happy that Zahra will tell him anything.
“Eem.. Mas..” Call Zahra heart.
Faza looked at Zahra waiting for Zahra to say something to her.
“Yesterday afternoon I went to Aris's sister's house. I explained all the deals we lied about about our marriage. I'm doing it because I don't want you to be the only one to blame.” Zahra.
Faza released the spoon and fork he was holding. Zahra did not ask her permission first when she was leaving.
“I'm sorry I didn't ask your permission. I thought I'd say it after you got home.. But.”
“Good.” Sela Faza smiled.
Zahra who saw the smile frowned.
“Good you have made brother Aris more and less respect the same me.”
Zahra was surprised to hear that. That means it's not like that. Zahra just wants to be honest with Aris that in the lie she played a role.
“What do you mean mas? I just explained that I was involved in that lie.”
“Already. I'm full.”
Not wanting to hear anything Zahra said, Faza got up from his seat. Faza passed from the dining table towards his room. Faza even slammed the door of their room.
Zahra nodded in disbelief. I don't know where the fault lies so that Faza arrived angry and blamed his good intentions.
“Mas Faza why the hell?” Upset Zahra.
Zahra sighed. Zahra thought Faza would be happy with what he was doing. But in fact Faza was angry even to the point of slamming the door of their room.
“Nyebelin really be a guy.”
Zahra felt unappetised to finish her dinner and decided to clean it up. Faza's indistinct anger made him feel very upset right now.
After cleaning the dining table Zahra followed Faza into the room. Upon thinking back, Zahra felt that she did not accept her good intentions being blamed by Faza.
“Mas.” Zahra approached Faza who was sitting on the bed with his back.
“You why the hell angry with me? My intentions are good, I don't want you to be wronged yourself with brother Aris.”
Faza hissed annoyed. The man got up from his seat standing facing Zahra.
“But your brother didn't call or send me a message to apologize. You think your explanation is useful? No Zahra. Your explanation actually makes your brother even more distrustful of me. Know you?!”
Faza's voice slightly raised at the end of the sentence. Faza is really frustrated right now. His mother indirectly expelled him. And Zahra, yesterday she went to see Aris without asking him for permission.
Zahra won't lose. Zahra is not to blame for her good intentions.
“But where is the evidence? Brother Aris did not call me to apologize for making me battered, right?”
“Kak Aris did that because mama you mas. You realize that?”
Both Faza's eyes widened. Zahra began to link their lies with her mother.
“What do you mean bring mamah hah?!”
“Mamah you insult me do you think brother Aris can accept? mamah you accuse me of keeping you away from your family.”
Zahra and Faza continued to argue. No one wanted to give up until Faza decided to get out of the room and sleep in the guest room.
As for Zahra, she instead locked the door of the room so that Faza would no longer enter.
The night passed so short. The sleeping Faza on the living room couch slowly wriggled and woke up from his deep sleep. At that moment Faza felt strange with the presence of a thick blanket covering his body.
Faza woke up and sat down on the sofa thinking. Faza was sure last night he didn't bring a blanket.
“Zahra..” Faza Gumam.
Faza put away the blanket covering his body then rushed up and stepped quickly towards his room. The door is no longer locked by Zahra. The bed was also quiet.
“Where is he?”
Faza stared at the clock on the nightstand. The clock is still showing at half 6 am.
“Has she left for the restaurant?” Faza asked himself. Faza felt very sorry for being angry at Zahra last night. Though after Faza thought what Zahra did was good. Zahra didn't want Aris to just blame her.
Faza returned to the guest room to pick up his phone. When Faza tried to call Zahra, the ringtone of Zahra's phone was clearly heard from the direction of her room.
It is certain, Zahra must have deliberately left the phone to avoid it.
“Ya Lord..” Complain Faza.
Faza let out a rough sigh. Not out of sense Faza called Tina, Zahra's coworker. Tina said Zahra had already come to the restaurant.
Hearing that Faza felt relieved. At least Zahra was fine even though Faza knew Zahra must still be very angry at him.
“Better I shower now. I don't want to be late for the office.”
Faza stepped back towards the room to pick up a towel and a change of clothes. Faza will apologize later to Zahra. But for now Faza must hurry to the office because he does not want to be late and exemplify that is not good for his subordinates.
After finishing cleaning himself, Faza's gaze was fixed on a plate of fried rice that might forget to be covered with a hood serving by the maker. Faza chuckled amusedly. Either forgotten or intentionally Zahra did not cover it for Faza to see. Because the Faza tau Zahra is a person who upholds the value of cleanliness. Zahra will definitely not let the food open just like that because it could be flies will perch on the food.
Feeling that he did not have much time left, Faza grabbed the lunch box and poured the fried rice into a heart-shaped green container.
“I'll eat it later in the office only.” Faza muttered as he passed from the dining table.
Faza hurried off on his favorite red motorcycle. But before the office Faza took the time to go to the restaurant where Zahra worked. Faza smiled when he found Zahra serving customers with a friendly smile.
