OPEN MARRIAGES

OPEN MARRIAGES
The Part 88

When Dinda was on her way to a meeting with Billy, Dinda remembered about Billy's trip abroad.

"What are you doing in Australia?" ask Dinda

"I'm looking for information about Dovi's whereabouts" replied Billy, who was still focused on driving his car on the road, which was crawling heavily with motor vehicles.

"Clearly how? Is there something?" ask Dinda again.

Billy shook his head.

"I went to see Mama Dovi. But he said he had not been contacted by Dovi for nearly three years. Mama Dovi went to Mita's apartment several times, but it was the same...

Mama Dovi only met Mita, Dovi was never there when Mama Dovi came. Mita said, Dovi moved to another apartment outside the city because of his job," said Billy.

"Why didn't Mama Dovi ask for her contact with Mita?" ask Dinda who was astonished.

"It has been requested, but the reason Mita, Dovi did not change his old number, it's just that Dovi never wanted to activate his personal phone, while working. So, Mita can only wait for Dovi, who called her first," Billy continued.

"Mama Dovi don't know where Dovi works?" ask Dinda again.

Billy shook his head.

"Said Mita Dovi works at one of the film production houses. But Mita does not know the details," said Billy.

Dinda speechless. He felt strange, how could Mita not know what about Dovi, even though he said Dovi still often meet him.

"Buntle, right?!" said Billy.

"Everything, Mama Dovi suspected that something happened to Dovi, just like my suspicion," Billy said.

"I asked Mama Dovi to help her find information about Dovi now. I've met some of Dovi's friends, but there's no bright spot yet...

Only one said that Dovi once said he would go to the countryside with a woman...

I haven't been able to check there. I just asked my acquaintance there, to help find him," Billy said.

Billy fixed his seat on the driver's seat. He took a long breath.

"I don't want to linger there. I can't stand my nerves anymore, to quickly meet you," continued Billy, while taking Dinda's hand to hold.

Dinda blushed in embarrassment. Her cheeks flushed.

Billy glanced at Dinda for a moment, then kissed the back of Dinda's hand.

When the road seemed a bit quiet, Billy then drove the speed of his car.

When the two of them arrive at one of the fancy restaurants, Billy unhesitatingly holds Dinda's hand, while walking in.

Billy brings Dinda into one of the rooms, which is sealed off from the eyesight of another customer.

After the door opened, Dinda could see her boss, then the woman who had been Billy's wife.

Dinda tried to remove Billy's arm, but to no avail.

Billy held Dinda's hand.

Shamed, Dinda lowered her head.

"You have come!" the woman was excited.

Dinda was puzzled to hear the voice of the woman, who kindly greeted them.

"Minda?" ask the woman.

Dinda raised her head. He saw the woman thrusting her hand, to shake hands.

"Yes" answered Dinda timidly, while welcoming the woman's hand.

"My name, Gracie! Just relax...! I already know everything. Billy has told me before" said the woman, with a cheerful face.

"Just Billy never told me, if you're the one he asked to take care of our files," the woman continued, staring at Billy, intently.

"We should have been able to get acquainted since the first time I came to your office" said the woman, in a disappointed tone.

"Come, sit down!" said the woman again.

Billy shifted the chair, for Dinda to sit down.

At that time, Dinda could see the face of her superior who looked less happy. Dinda then looked around with a glance at her eyes.

There was one that caught Dinda's attention. Beside Billy's contract wife, there was a man who treated the woman, affectionately.

"It's my sweetheart!" said the woman who noticed Dinda's eyes. The man next to her just smiled, then nodded his head.

Dinda nodded her head.

"Can we start?" ask Tops Dinda flat.

They then chat there, after Billy and Gracie sign the file on the table. Except for Dinda's boss who still looks upset.

"Sometimes, we can go for a walk together" Gracie said, hugging Dinda.

Gracie and her lover, then first leave from there, leaving Billy, Dinda and Dinda's superior.

As Dinda's boss bids her home, Billy quickly holds her back.

"Wait a minute!" billy Exclaimed to Dinda's Boss.

"Mr...! Can you get to the car first?" billy asked, looking at Dinda.

Dinda looked at Billy, then at his boss. He looked back at Billy, then nodded. Dinda stood up, then walked out of it.

Dinda put her feet up, which felt really heavy.

What did Billy talk to his boss? Guess what's going to happen at the office? chief Dinda was full of questions.

Dinda could clearly see the dislike of her boss, from the look on the woman's face. Dinda could only stop.

Nearly fifteen minutes later, Dinda sees Billy already walking toward the car where Dinda is waiting.

"What are you talking about with my boss?" dinda asked, hurrying as Billy got into the car.

"Just calm down...? To be sure, he won't bother you" Billy said casually.

"If he dares to mess around, he'll be fired, '" Billy continued.

Billy starts the engine of his car, letting Dinda dissolve into his still-unbelieving mind, what Billy says.

Billy takes Dinda to a jewelry store, then takes her downstairs to take a look.

"For what?" Ask Dinda.

"You picked our wedding ring" said Billy, staring at Dinda.

"Workers... " Dinda hasn't been able to continue his words, Billy then cut it off

"Don't think about your job...!" Billy let out a long sigh while shaking his head.

"You don't believe me? Your boss won't dare bother you" Billy continued.

"I want us to formalize our relationship" Billy said as he rubbed Dinda's stomach gently.

"You want to marry me?" asked Billy, who was still staring at Dinda

Dinda speechless. He must admit that since the bad accident, Dinda can only miss Billy.

Shortly before Dinda fell unconscious in the car, which was imagined not the face of Rudi, but Billy.

It's just that, Dinda had not thought of getting married so quickly.

Dinda looked at Billy's hand, which was placed on his stomach. He then realized that he could not delay.

"Yes...! I want to.." replied Dinda slowly.

Billy hugged Dinda. The man was very relieved. As Dinda fell silent, Billy's heart was racing. There was still some worry in case Dinda still thought about Rudi.

Billy loosened his embrace. She looked at Dinda with teary eyes.

"You love me?" billy asked, probing in Dinda's eyes.

Dinda smiled, nodding her head.

"I love you baby...!" billy said. The man then kissed Dinda's lips, gently.

With a cheerful face, the two entered the jewelry store. They then chose a pair of rings, which caught the attention of the two.

When Billy is about to pay for their groceries, Billy asks Dinda to go to the car first. Dinda just complied, then waited for Billy there.

"Why is it so long?" dinda asked, when Billy just got back to the car.

"I have something for you." said Billy.

Billy took out a small jewelry box, from one of the grocery bags. He opened the box, then attached a ring to Dinda's ring finger.

"You bought another one?" ask Dinda wonder.

"Yes... A pair for our wedding later. This is our engagement ring" Billy said.

"Especially, the ring that once seemed to have been lost," continued Billy again. She pointed with her eyes at Dinda's hand, which only had one new ring attached to her.

"Yes" replied Dinda, looking down. He felt guilty, for not being able to keep people's gifts.

"I went to shower. As I recall, I never kept it. I used to put it in a glass next to the bed...

But, know when I look for it, the rings, go somewhere," said Dinda.

"No need to think about it...! What's gone, yes it is." said Billy slowly, while peeping Dinda's forehead.

"Come, we still have one more goal!" billy is excited.
