Rudi that night had no interest in kongkow with his friend. He wants to spend his time playing games at home.
Rudi put a headset in his ear, and started playing online games on the computer. While his cell phone was just left lying on the table.
Dinda's silence was considered a rejection, which felt very heavy to accept. He was thinking of keeping his distance from Dinda. He would not be able to if he had to see Dinda friendly with Mark, like the behavior of Laura and Eko.
Just imagine it, the pain of his heart.
Rudi tried to concentrate on his game.
I had to forget about the girl, he thought.
While playing, the phone screen then turns on.
Rudi glanced at his phone screen
"Where are you?" a chat from Laura.
Rudi was lazy to return it, so let it go.
"Dinda is with you? The number's off" Laura's chat came in.
This time Rudi felt the content of the chat was enough to attract his attention. Dinda didn't get together with them? Ah, don't Dinda walk alone with Mark.
Then his phone rang many times.
With a sense of laziness finally Rudi welcomed him
"Hello"
"Hello Rud! Dinda's on the road with you? Poor Mark was waiting for him. Where're you? Is Dinda's number inactive? Are you close?" laura's question was as tangled as a machine gun.
"No, I'm at home! No longer feeling well," replied Rudi origin.
"Oh... Yes already! I tried calling Dinda again!" laura's voice was cut off.
Dinda wasn't with Laura and the others, nor was she with Mark. Wh why? thought Rudi.
A little worry came to his mind. Is Dinda sick? It looked good.
Rudi did not want to drag on in his mind about Dinda. He's back playing games on the computer.
The phone screen is back on.
"Can you pick me up at home? I want to talk to you" the incoming message was from Dinda.
"Can, wait for me to come" type Rudi reply to Dinda's message.
Rudi stood up from his chair, mindlessly taking his car keys.
Rudi's car drove fast on the asphalt of the road. When entering the residential street, there was a slight sense of regret in Rudi's heart. Dinda just wants them to stay friends.
He almost turned his car around as he approached Dinda's house.
Be late. Rudi saw Dinda was waiting at the gate of his house.
Rudi parked his car on the side of the road.
Dinda got in the car.
"We are at the beach." replied Dinda.
Sure enough, thought Rudi. It will only disappoint his heart. Dinda wants to go to the beach to meet Mark. Looks like Dinda wants her to know that Dinda's gonna take Mark to be her boyfriend. And Rudi remained just a friend, nothing more.
With a sense of reluctance Rudi run his car.
Upon arriving at the beach, Rudi rushed down but was detained by Dinda.
"We're going to the other side of the beach. Not here!" said Dinda
Rudi's running his car. Feeling that it was far from the first location, Rudi stopped his car.
The two of them walked together on the beach.
Rudi was worried about what Dinda would say.
"What are you talking about?" ask Rudi. He was impatient with Dinda's silence.
"Just in front of me!" said Dinda.
They stopped walking when they reached the point Dinda meant.
Dinda sat in the sand, followed by Rudi.
"Do you remember anything about this place ?" ask Dinda.
Rudi looked around. His eyes stopped on a coral stone. This is where Dinda fell first while with him.
Those sweet memories returned in Rudi's memories.
"Yes I remember..."
"I've liked you ever since" said Dinda.
Rudi kept silent. He is waiting for the continuation of the word Dinda said. But the girl was silent.
"Keep what?" asked Rudi pushy, impatiently he waited.
Dinda looked at Rudi, she was astonished to get mixed up in anger. That stupid guy, I don't know what he means.
"I don't want to date Mark. I want to be your girlfriend. Already understand?" Dinda said almost screaming. He was worried about the stupid behavior of the young man.
Rudi smiled with satisfaction. Dinda's sour face did not diminish her sense of pleasure.
Rudi hugged and kissed Dinda's lips excitedly. Dinda did not refuse, the girl returned Rudi's kiss.
"We're officially dating!" said Rudi.
"Where do you want to cut the ribbon?" dinda said jokingly.
Rudi laughs. He was worried by the words of Dinda. Rudi hugged Dinda even tighter. Then again landed his kiss on Dinda's lips.
They satisfy their affection through that sweet kiss.
They were both that night. Sitting hugging on the beach while chatting, accompanied by moonlight. There was no intention of going out with other friends. Dinda forgot her promise to Mark.
