OPEN MARRIAGES
Part 4's

Mita drops Dinda in front of the house. He also drove on his motorbike.

Dinda and Mita's house is just one block away. Their parents used to take them to play in the green park that was housing.

That's why they've known each other since they were kids. When they want to go to school, they choose the same school and become friends until now.

Dinda put her foot in the house.

The papa is not visible. Looks like it's at the office. He saw his parents' room. Her mother is sleeping.

Not wanting to disturb Mama, he tiptoed to look at her up close and kissed her sick mother's forehead. Mama Dinda has stage three cervical cancer. Her hair was shed due to chemotherapy.

"Have you come home?" Mama Dinda woke up. The woman's eyes opened slowly "How's Dovi doing, your friend?"

"That's okay, Ma!" said Dinda. "Dinda wants to take a shower, Dinda plans to go back to the hospital with Mita and Billy. But if Mama wants Dinda to accompany her, Dinda doesn't have to go with them."

"It's okay. Dinda went away. Papa said it was just going to the office for a while! Uh, is Dovi's mom coming?"

"Not yet to Ma, maybe noon or afternoon later. His father is not in the hospital either. Yes... Mama knows Dovi's father, maybe he still doesn't know that Dovi was in an accident."

Mama Dinda knows the Dovi family. He knows how Papa Dovi behaves who is a co-worker with Papa Dinda.

Poor Dovi, fortunately he was a good boy, the woman thought.

Dinda then came out of the room to let her mother rest.

Mbok Inah, Dinda's house assistant, comes to Dinda when the girl closes the door to her mother's room.

"Non"

"Eh, dislodged," Dinda said in surprise.

"Yes Mbok?" said Dinda

"Sorry not." Mbok Inah regrets that he surprised Dinda.

"Non want to eat ?" connect mbok Inah again

"Not to mbok. Dinda ate. Dinda wants to take a shower and rest, while waiting to be picked up by Dinda's friend" said Dinda

"Eh, mbok please often check Mama yes. Until Papa gets home. Thanks mbok!" continued the girl who immediately passed leading to her room.

While the girl was taking a bath, she recalled the incident this morning when Billy and Dovi told her. He had actually woken up, but was still lazy to open his eyes. He peeked a little at Billy when Dovi said he would be with Mita to Australia. The girl saw Billy's disappointment.

The girl understood Billy's feelings. Dinda can't go with him yet. Most likely they will split up. The girl was sad, but resigned. See how he thinks later.

Dinda was just lying in her bed, the sound of a car coming. He looked at the window, Papa is home.

Dinda went to see her Papa.

"Dinda's home yet? How's Dovi?" ask papa Dinda, when she saw her daughter was waiting at the door.

"Oh, so is Dinda coming back?" ask the man again.

"Yes, pa! Later picked up Mita and Billy using Mama Billy's car. Dinda had permission from Mama" explained Dinda.

"Okay, but be careful?! if there's anything call papa!"

Dinda was on her papa's shoulder. They went into the room to accompany their mother. The girl, although she was almost an adult, was still spoiled with her parents. They're close to each other. There is nothing they are hiding.

Dinda though spoiled but also taught to be responsible, so she always got the trust of both parents.

Mama Dinda who woke up again, stroked the hair of her daughter who was lying next to her.

"She said she was going to the hospital?" mother said.

"Yes, just haven't been picked up yet. Take it easy, Dinda is ready if they come later" replied Dinda

"Your face is all tangled up!" mama Dinda pointed at Dinda's wrinkled clothes, as she lay in a mattress.

Dinda looked a little.

"It's okay!" he said, then continued to lie down with his mother, while reading the homepage of his social media account on his cellphone screen.

Her father who was sitting in a chair had just stood up to go to the bathroom. Dinda's phone sounded.

"Ma, Dinda go first huh?!" said Dinda kissed her mother's forehead.

The girl half ran out of her parents' room and rushed back to her own room. He forgot to take his bag.

Papa Dinda's at the front door.

"Hello, Om!" Mita and Billy greet Papa Dinda.

"Billy's driving?" ask Papa Dinda.

"Yes Om!" answer Billy.

"Be careful on the road, son!" said Papa Dinda.

"Dinda seems to still take something in her room" continued Dinda's father again.

"My bag missed earlier," said Dinda. This time he was at the door.

"Pa, we go first" Dinda then greets her Papa.

"We go first Om!"

Billy and Mita ask permission to continue their journey to the hospital.

Papa Dinda was still sitting at the door of his house, until the back of the car used by the young children disappeared in the distance.
