The Part 69
In front of Dinda's house.
Billy's head had been nodding a few times, almost falling out of the chair.
So did Rudi, who had difficulty withholding his sleepiness, but still fell asleep on the porch of Dinda's house.
Mbok Inah opened the door, then touched Billy's shoulder.
"Master! Mr Billy!" mbok Inah said, trying to wake Billy from his sleep.
Billy was shocked and opened his eyes. He fixed his sitting position on the chair.
"Yes mbok!" billy said.
"Why not rest inside?" ask Inah, as Billy opens his eyes. The old woman looked the other way. When he saw Rudi who was awakened because of the sound of mbok Inah was there, mbok inah felt confused.
"Loh, is Mr Rudi here too?" asked the woman with a surprised expression.
"Where's Don Dinda?" connect mbok Inah.
Billy stared at Rudi. They both don't want to worry.
"Dinda stayed at her friend's house" replied Billy, who inevitably had to lie.
Mbok Inah seemed to be in disbelief, but he did not want to question Billy's words.
"Why not rest inside?" ask Mbok Inah again.
"It's okay mbok! We're waiting for Dinda's friend, to drive Dinda home" Billy replied in search of an excuse.
"Mmd! Billy asked for latte coffee mbok?!" billy continued, to distract the old woman.
Mbok Inah nodded, then turned to look at Rudi. The woman had not spoken. Rudi immediately said, if he also wanted a latte coffee like Billy.
Mbok Inah then went inside the house.
Billy stretched his body. Pain from falling asleep in an uncomfortable position.
Billy then checked his phone.
There is still no word from Dinda. So did all of his acquaintances that Billy asked for, to find information about Dinda's whereabouts.
"Is something?" ask Rudi curiously.
Billy shook his head.
The faces of the two men looked crumpled with fatigue. The two fell silent, each thinking about what could be done in that day.
Before long, Mbok Inah came out while carrying two cups of coffee with two pieces of bread. He served food, and the drink was on the table.
After finishing the arrangement, mbok Inah then walked back into the house.
Billy sipped hot coffee. He wanted his mind to be refreshed quickly, in order to find a way to find Dinda.
"I know Dinda was friends with Laura right?" billy asked Rudi, who was sipping coffee from his glass
"Yes. But said Dinda, Laura has been this week can not be contacted," said Rudi.
"I'm trying to call her right now!" keep Rudi.
Rudi took his phone out of his pants pocket. He tried to call Laura. Rudi waited, while his phone was taped to his ear
"It's true said Dinda, Laura's number is not active" said Rudi. He noticed that his phone was running out of battery again.
"Bas on stupid stuff!" Maki Rudi who was upset, almost slammed the object, but she remembered, how about Dinda contact her again.
Rudi saw Billy busy sticking his phone in the ear. While lowering the object again, Billy shook his head. Billy's behavior repeated over and over again.
Rudi looked here and there. He saw an electrical terminal on the side of the house, near the garden light switch. He quickly ran to his car and then came back with a charger, then he flash and charge his phone there.
"Can't be contacted?" Rudi seemed to understand, that Billy was calling Dinda's number.
"God...! Where is Dinda now? There's been no news all night" complained Billy who was frustrated.
Rudi just fell silent, he still blamed himself. He could only duck, holding his head with both hands.
Rudi and Billy are completely out of their minds. The longer they think, not get a solution, the more dizzy they become.
Billy remembered something.
"Rudi! We're going to Alex's workshop. But you get off, I wait in the car. Try to find out where Alex is. Alex will suspect that I'm looking for him" Billy said.
"Come on!" sahut Rudi is excited. He walked straight to his car
Billy sips coffee and then bites the bread, while chewing the bread goes after Rudi to his car.
Rudi drives the car on the street. With a definite purpose. Alex's workshop.
When they got there, according to plan. Rudi is looking for information on Alex's whereabouts. Billy watches from inside his car.
Billy noticed Rudi's movements in that place. He could see Rudi walking around, meeting with Alex's employees who worked there.
As Billy was focusing on Rudi, his phone suddenly rang. There's an incoming call from Mita. Billy was astonished but he still welcomed her.
"Hello, Mita!" billy said.
"Yes, I want to see you!" mita from across.
"Aren't you already in Australia?" asked Billy
"I just got back this morning!" sahut Mita's.
"I can't see you now! I'm looking for Dinda again" Billy said.
The call was interrupted. Billy didn't care much, his mind was still busy with Dinda.
Billy looked back at Alex's workshop.
Rudi was seen walking half-run back to the car.
"Said his men, Alex has been out of sight for days. They said Alex might go hunting out of town" Rudi told Billy, as he was already in the car.
"So Alex wasn't lying. But, I don't know!" said Billy, who then laid his back in the car seat.
The two of them went back into silence, they were immersed in each other's thoughts.
"If so, Alex used to tell about the cabin owned by his late father. Is he there?! But I don't remember where it was, '" Rudi still suspects Alex.
"Is there another idea?" ask Billy, who feels very tired.
Rudi shook his head.
"Then, we go to the police station first, just back to Dinda's house. Who knows if there's new information out there" Billy said.
Rudi. He then drove his car to the police station, where they made the report last night.
There they haven't got a single bright spot. Billy begins to get emotional with the behavior of police officers, who seem to underestimate their reports.
Rudi pulls Billy out of it, before something goes wrong. Then bring Billy back to Dinda's house.
"You waiting here?" billy asked as he got out of Rudi's car.
"yes" answered Rudi briefly.
"I'll take a shower first! I can't think of it as tangled like this. Let me know as soon as you get any information." Billy walked to his car.
Arriving, Rudi saw Billy turn back, towards Rudi.
"Let's remember where Alex's cabin you said it was. If you remember, we can try to get there," Billy said, then he drove off in his car.
While Rudi, back sitting on the terrace chair of Dinda's house.
