OPEN MARRIAGES
Part 3
Billy woke up. In the glass window looks like sunlight has shone forcing in from between the curtains.
He saw Dovi was looking at Mita who was asleep with a sitting position next to him.
Dovi felt noticed, then turned to look at Billy.
In a whispering voice Dovi then said,
"I love her..."
Billy smiled at Dovi.
"Yes, I know" Billy said.
"Does my mother know I'm like this?" ask Dovi.
"Already! Maybe by noon he was here. His chat last night he had the earliest flight ticket," replied Billy explained.
Billy wants to tell Dovi about his papa but he hesitates, he chooses to wait if Dovi asks.
"Ooh.." said Dovi briefly.
"I'll take Mita away with Mama later, as my Mama prepares to return to Australia. I don't want to wait. I'm tired of living here with my Papa."
Dovi's face turned sour. He remembered the behavior of his father who did not want to change. His mother asked for a divorce because of his behavior, but did not make the man aware.
Billy just listened to Dovi's words without being able to say anything. He understood Dovi's situation during his stay with his Papa. Billy also felt it was best if Dovi went with his mother.
Mita's head is moving. The girl woke up from her sleep.
"iii... There's a light!" tease Dovi as Mita lifts her face from the bed.
Mita quickly wiped the edge of her mouth with her hands.
"Aciiss... Slovenly!" god Dovi again.
Mita scowled, she pinched the spoiled young man's hand. Anxious.
Dovi just grimaced in pain.
"How are you feeling? Any change? or is something getting sick?" ask Mita.
"There's a pain" said Dovi "My hands!" the young man smiled mischievously, while showing Mita's former pinch in his hand.
"Ah, you are this. I pinched it slowly!" Mita stroked Dovi's hand.
"In suun, it does not work if only in elus," said Dovi still tease Mita.
Mita kissed the young man's hand.
"It hurts too," the young man pointed at his cheek while holding back a smile.
Mita is getting anxious to see Dovi's behavior. But he complies. The girl kissed Dovi's cheek.
The sight was quite tickling to Billy.
"I'm out right now?! Find breakfast... Any orders?" said Billy.
Billy stepped out. He suddenly turned around, heading straight for the toilet in the room. Before long, he walked out of the room, leaving behind his friend.
In the cafeteria, Billy recalls Dovi saying that he and Mita were going to Australia together. Mita has long been allowed her parents to continue school there.
He compared it to Dinda who had not received approval from her parents. How later? The LDR? That hard. In his heart there was envy when he saw Dovi could be with Mita.
Dinda's parents already know each other with Billy's parents. But with the reason Mama Dinda is often sickly, they are still hesitant to let go of the child just wayangnya go far.
Actually Mama Dinda let her daughter go, her father was still worried.
"Fear of Mama why-why.." Papa Dinda said at that time.
Billy bought food wrapped in sterofoam, not forgetting a few bottles of mineral water. He rushed back to Dovi's room.
Dinda had just come out of the toilet when Billy arrived.
"See, you're awake! I bought you breakfast. We had breakfast together before we went home. I want to change clothes at home" Billy told Dinda.
The three of them ate the food Billy had brought. On the sidelines, Mita feeds Dovi with patient food delivered by the hospital catering officer.
"I want that cracker," said Dovi.
Mita then takes the crackers that Billy brought and feeds Dovi.
"We'll go home first, right?! Take a shower first" Billy said, chewing his food.
Dovi.
"Mita coming? Or still waiting here?" ask Billy.
Mita looked at Dovi.
"Why see me? Take a shower first there. Smell, tuh! " sneered Dovi.
"You must be. It's been a pain that can still tease me," said Mita. " I'll come back first, right?! I'll be here again."
"We are also here again anyway, can be together later," said Dinda who followed Billy's nod agreed.
They finished their meal before going home. Leaving Dovi alone in the room.
"Wait to pick me up, will I?! I'll borrow Mama's car. We are the same," said Billy who has started his bike.
"okay!" Answer the two girls at the same time.
"Be careful!"
Dinda and Mita riding on Mita's motorcycle. They walk first, followed by Billy.
They parted ways because their dwellings were in opposite directions.
Dinda still had time to wave her hand towards Billy
"Be careful, yes!" shout Dinda.
