By accident?

Julia stood staring at the flat tire of her car. I don't know why this could happen.

After dinner at the hotel restaurant, Theo drove her to the office to get Julia to pick up her car.

The atmosphere of the bazaar was still bustling when Julia arrived. Julia deliberately refused Theo to accompany him because he was reluctant if later Theo even took her to the house.

Julia quickly got out of the car and thanked Theo. Without looking again, Julia ran to the parking lot. But fate reluctantly sided with him when Julia saw the left front car tire looks deflated.

Immediately Julia frowned looking at a formally dressed man standing in front of her.

"Irfan? Are you really Irfan?" asked Julia hesitatingly.

This parking lot was not too bright, so Julia did not clearly capture the figure of this man in front of her.

"Yes, Julia. I'm Irfan, your old high school friend. Did I turn handsome so you forgot?" Irfan smiled at Julia.

"Geez Irfan, how many years have we not seen each other?" ask Julia happily.

"Ehm ... Maybe it's been fifty years" joked Irfan.

"Would you like to go home, Jul?" ask Irfan.

"Yes, but my car's tires are leaking."

"You brought a bum?" ask Irfan to come closer and check the tires of Julia's car that looks deflated.

"Bring it up, but I can't replace it."

"Yes, here I help," said Irfan sincerely.

"Thank you very much, Fan. But it'll trouble you."

"Not bothered. Where's tires?" asked Irfan while folding his sleeves. He's ready to help Julia.

Julia gave the bums and the equipment needed.

Irfan quickly changed the tires of the car so that it does not take long, the car can be used.

"Thank you very much, Irfan. Fortunately you were here," said Julia who was very grateful to meet Irfan tonight.

"Maybe it's fate, Jul." Irfan threw a laugh in his eyes.

"Irfan, how come you're here? Come to the bazaar?" ask Julia who is curious about her meeting with Irfan tonight.

"I got a little thirsty after changing your car tyre. Let's go get a drink, Jul, tell a story," Irfan asked.

"But it's night." Julia is looking for an excuse to reject Irfan's invitation.

"Come on." Irfan pleaded with a face made to be heartless but looked witty.

"Ehm ... Gawk. But just a minute."

Irfan took Julia on foot to a nearby cafe. Actually Julia wants to go home and contact Karel, but he was forced to follow Irfan in return for changing his car tire.

Arriving at the cafe, Irfan and Julia ordered a drink.

"Irfan, you haven't answered my question about how you happened to meet me?" ask Julia who is still curious.

"Oh, I was just visiting a friend. He's a doctor who gives free service in your office bazaar" Irfan said casually.

"What's Doctor Robby?"

"Yes right. He was my boarding buddy when I was in college" Irfan explained.

"What a coincidence. Do you live in this city?"

"I've only been moving for about 3 months. After graduating high school, I went to college out of town and opened a business there. Now I'm moving here to explore the expansion of my business" Irfan said.

"It turns out that way, so after graduating high school we never once met ya."

"Yes, but it didn't last long. You know love can't be forced and it fails. But luckily I met Karel, my husband now. We love each other."

"I'm so happy you've found someone who loves you."

"What about you, Fan? Are you married?" ask Julia curiously.

"I was married but didn't last long. I and Nisha were married. But like you said, love can't be forced."

"You love another woman? Or your wife who doesn't love you? Uh ... I'm sorry, why am I being a kepo ya haha." Julia felt bad for her curiosity.

"Haha ... It's okay, Jul. I admit I cannot open my heart to Hisya because my heart is only for this one woman, my first love. Eitss, don't poke yes, because I won't tell you" Irfan said with meaningful eyes.

"Yes yes." Julia smiled looking at Irfan's eyes.

After the cafe, Julia went straight home. But Irfan insisted on following Julia's car from behind because he just wanted to make sure Julia got home safely.

When she got home, Julia parked her car. He got out of the car and walked over to Irfan's car.

"One more time I want to say thank you for all your help, Irfan. If my husband is home, I'll ask you to come in, but my husband is out of town. Someday I'll introduce you if we meet again" Julia said.

"Yes, Jul. I'll go home first, but tomorrow we'll meet again."

Irfan drives away from Julia's house.

When the complex exits Julia's house, Irfan can breathe freely. Instantly a satisfied smile fell on his lips.

Irfan increased the speed of his car to immediately go home.

It wasn't too late when Irfan got to his house. New clock shows at 10 p.m. With a slow step, he walked into a room. Karel's eyes closed. Doubtful Irfan was standing next to his best friend.

"How was it, Fan?" karel asked surprisingly.

"Geez, Karel ... You made my heart just jump! I thought you were sleeping. How you doing, man?" Irfan asked back.

"I asked you not to answer, instead you asked," said Karel annoyed.

"Yes I managed to meet Julia naturally. As we planned, I leaked the tires of his car a little so that my meeting with him seemed coincidental." Irfan told me with a smile on his face. Didn't expect this surf.

"Why just 'hem'? I'm sorry Karel must have felt so hard to take your wife off." Irfan felt bad.

"Then how are you, Rel?" ask Irfan to worry.

"We go to the hospital, yes" asked Irfan a little pushy.

"I told you it wasn't necessary. I'll just stay here."

"Karel, don't you feel sorry for Julia? Supposedly as a wife, she has a right to know your situation" Irfan told Karel to tell Julia.

"Don't you, Fan. I beg of you. I don't think it's time Julia found out."

"Alright if that's what you want. You just rest first. Tomorrow we'll talk again" said Irfan at last.

Walking slowly, Irfan exited the room. Her heart felt sad to see her friend. He and Karel met while in college first and because it was suitable then the friendship continues to be established until now.

Irfan was deeply saddened when Karel told him about his illness and his request for help. Yes ... Since the accident that once happened to Karel, it turns out that a hard impact on his head left a blood clot that was missed during the CT scan examination.

A small blood clot is causing Karel to develop brain cancer now.

Irfan was very surprised when he found out that Karel's wife was Julia, his first love while still in High School.

But Irfan frankly said it to Karel, so it was in Karel's mind if he wanted to entrust Julia to Irfan after he was gone.
