MARRIED

MARRIED
Love her so much

The clock on the wall ticked down at 23:30. It was almost midnight, Julia was still sitting in her place. Waiting for Ben to return.

The sleepiness has gone somewhere. By the way, Julia had already composed the words she was going to convey to Ben. Want to clarify the matter to be resolved tonight as well.

Julia felt anxious, afraid something bad happened to Ben. But he was left with a bad and optimistic mind that Ben needed time to calm himself down.

The silence of the night seemed to accompany Julia minute by minute. Until the sound of Ben's car engine stopped in front of the house.

Julia quickly got up and walked outside to open the door.

Ben is seen getting out of the car and only glimpses Julia.

"Ben!" call Julia stuck.

"Jul, I'm tired of going to bed."

"But Ben, I need to talk to you for a second. Please listen for a moment!" pinta Julia's.

Ben looked unconcerned and continued walking into the bedroom. He picked up a t-shirt and without looking straight into the bathroom.

Julia takes a breath and regulates her emotions, letting Ben change his clothes. Julia sat in bed waiting for Ben.

"Ben, just give me a minute to talk," Julia asked back when Ben was out of the bathroom.

"I'm sleepy and want to sleep now. Tomorrow we'll talk" said Ben indifferently and then climbed into bed. Pulling the blanket and sleeping on Julia's back.

All right, Ben, I can wait until tomorrow morning. Julia was inwardly staring at Ben's back, as if talking to him.

Morning sunlight shone on the clouds that were still gray. There was a faint sound of the earthy chirping of birds. Cold air still lingered this morning.

Julia was still curled up in her thick blanket withstanding the cold morning air. As his consciousness fully gathered, his eyes quickly opened looking for the whereabouts of Ben who slept last night beside him.

Ben was no longer there, but the sound of a cup colliding with a spoon. Julia quickly got up and exited the room leading to the kitchen. Ben was stirring his favorite arabica coffee.

"Ben, did you wake up in the morning?" julia asked as she picked up the glass and filled it with water. Sipped a full glass to wet his dry throat.

"I had to leave early in the morning so as not to get stuck on the road" Ben said as he enjoyed a cup of his hot coffee.

"When can we discuss our problems Ben. I'm not who you're accusing me of. You can ask Karel directly," explained Julia carefully so as not to damage the morning atmosphere.

"I have no business with your friend!" saut Ben is fierce.

"Bbj ... "

"Stop! Let's talk about it tonight after I work. I'm leaving first" said Ben, who walked out of the house. Start the engine and leave the house.

Until when will Ben continue to delay talking about this matter?

Julia was silent to Ben's departure. His heart was sad but there was nothing he could do but wait again.

***

That afternoon at the office, Julia kept busy with her work. Don't want to think about anything other than his job today.

When Karel approached Julia to take lunch together, she subtly refused. Reason is there is a lunch appointment with another friend. Julia does not want Karel to know if she and Ben are currently fighting because of a misunderstanding about her friendship with Karel.

Julia had lunch at her desk. All his friends went outside the office. Enjoying solitude makes Julia feel at peace.

The phone ring surprised Julia as she was enjoying her lunch.

Julia looked at the phone screen and saw an unknown number calling her. With doubt Julia accepted it.

- "Hello, Julia. It's me Nadine. Do you remember?"

- "Ehm of course Nadine. What's up?"

- "Can we meet now? I'm waiting for you in the back garden of your office building."

- "All right."

Julia hung up.

It's true Ben said that Nadine would contact me. All right, I'll hear what he wants.

Julia walked towards the park and saw Nadine waiting for her.

"Hello Julia," Nadine greeted me kindly.

"Hello again Nadine," Julia replied and took a seat beside Nadine.

"Sorry to interrupt your lunch break" Nadine said with a warm smile.

"No problem. What's looking for me?"

"Jul, I was sorry about the other night. I really don't know if you and Ben are married" Nadine said.

"Well that's it. Like I said the other day. When I was getting married, I was trying to find you to tell me, but all your contact access I can't call."

"I knew. Last night Ben told me everything" explained Nadine with a smile that now made Julia suspicious.

"Every night?"

"Yes, last night I met Ben. Ben didn't tell you?" Nadine asked back.

"Ehm no ... "

"Well that's it. Last night we accidentally met at a cafe. Then without realizing it all has been revealed. I explained everything that I never cheated on Ben and I left because I wanted to calm myself down. Luckily Ben believes me now" Nadine explained with a glowing face.

"Then?" julia asked confusedly. His heart was beating painfully.

"Then what do you mean? We just told Jul. Take it easy, I know you're married and I can't take Ben away from you." Nadine grabs Julia's hand as if to promise.

"Ehm ... But I'm sorry I asked you this. Do you still love Ben?" julia asked hesitantly fearing offending Nadine.

"Sorry Jul, I'd be frank with you if I still loved Ben. I loved her so much that I came back to look for her. But don't worry, I'm telling you again that I won't interfere with your marriage to Ben."

"Thank you Nadine," that's the only word that escaped Julia's mouth because she couldn't think right now.

"Well ... How else?! It was all my fault for leaving her so that now you're married" Nadine said with a smile on her face that sounded mocking in Julia's ears.

"What do you mean?"

"Ben told me everything. About your three-year marriage agreement." Nadine's smile now mocked Julia.

Julia's face paled, not understanding why Ben told Nadine everything. I don't know what Ben wants or what Nadine's going to do now?
