Steven kept talking to himself.

'Wait a minute, I'm not actually the one who's between the two flames. To be more precise, I was actually between three flames. I forgot Willa's mom. Steven then said, "i'll make a call first, then we'll go."

"Then, I'll go now to prepare myself. Once you're done calling, you can find me waiting for you in front of your car. I'll go first to your car." Willa said excitedly.

Steven smiled and said, "alright. Once I'm done, I'll also be there quickly."

After Willa leaves, Steven picks up his phone and calls his fiance Lucy.

"Hi Lucy, sorry for not picking up the phone from you earlier. I'm so busy." Steven felt guilty.

"Hi Steven." Reply Lucy.

Steven said, "what's the matter Lucy? What's the important thing you want to talk to me about?" Ask Steven.

"I'm so worried about you. Ever since you met that crazy woman yesterday and you started acting really weird. You even forgot about the wedding dress we were supposed to see since yesterday. Steven, tell me. I'll listen to everything if you need someone to listen to what you say. I will always be with you." Said Lucy.

Steven looked down and bit his lips in guilt as he spoke to Lucy in a sad voice.

"Don't think too much. I'm doing fine. So don't worry, I'm sorry. I have a lot of work to do today. We'll go tomorrow to see your wedding dress. I promise you that I'll do everything for you." Steven Said.

"Thank you very much Steven. I'll see you tomorrow at 03:00, after you're done." Lucy said excitedly.

"Well Lucy, I'll be waiting for you. See you tomorrow Lucy." Steven Said.

Then Steven hung up the phone, then he put his hand on his face as he started talking to himself with a face so angry.

'This is the first time I have felt this way. I feel guilty and feel cowardly about what I did to Lucy. Lucy is a good woman. He doesn't deserve all this treatment with me cheating on him. I just hope he'll punish me and object to all this, because this guilt is really killing me.'

Then Steven looked at the watch in his hand and said, "oh my God, I'm too late. I have to make another call quickly before I leave."

Steven picked up his phone again and then called his best friend.

"Hi John, it's me Steven. Are you still sleeping? You're really so lazy." Steven Said.

John replied to Steven by shouting.

"What's up Steven? You know very well that I never woke up this early. Is there anything important that makes you wake me up this early?"

John's voice sounded annoyed and still sleepy.

"John there's been a lot going on since yesterday, and I want to talk to you. But you still seem sleepy. So I'll talk to you later. But I have something you want to do for me." Steven was serious.

"As for Steven, just tell me." Reply John.

"You know my driver Jack, right? He's in big trouble. I want you to solve that problem for him, because I have a lot of work to do today and I can't solve it all by myself." Steven Said.

"Come on Steven, just say it quickly. I still want to sleep again." Reply John.

Steven said, "the life of Jack's son is in danger. The doctor said Jack's son should have been in an appendectomy yesterday. But Jack did not do it, because yesterday the doctor misdiagnosed the disease suffered by Jack's son. Jack is now in a small hospital close to his home, but if his son does not get medical attention quickly, he will lose his life. So, I want you to send Jack's son to a hospital in M. That's why I need a friend like you. Friends will always help each other in times of distress. Anyway you should stop sleeping now, and help me."

"All right, I'm giving up. I'm not going to sleep anymore and do what you want. Anyway, I've always been leaking with that sweet word of yours." Said John.

Steven smiled and said, "that's my new best friend. Thank you John. See you soon."

"See you Steven." Reply John.

Steven disconnects the phone and rushes to his car.
