CHAPTER 98. COUPLE HUSBAND AND WIFE

“Why? Can't we come here?” ask Reynard ketus.

“Oh no. Uncle don't misunderstand me. Come on please log in.” Miko tilted her body to the side giving way for her two uncles to enter the house. As soon as Delvin entered the living room, he saw Liona then exclaimed in exaggeration. “Who happens to be Liona is also here!”

‘That's so fucking Delvin's uncle started acting again.’ thought Miko, her mouth twitching violently. He was very sure that his two uncles knew where Liona was. After exchanging greetings, the two men sat down on a sofa.

Reynard sat beside Liona, leaning against the sofa with his arms outstretched behind him. The pose looked like he was hugging Liona. Miko glared in disbelief. Uncle Reynard's attitude now further confirmed his conjecture. Based on his experience so far, Reynard never took the initiative to approach a woman. Miko is convinced that Reynard really likes Liona.

‘Basic jerk! Why does Liona seem calm and unsuspecting at all?’ he lamented inwardly after seeing Liona's calm reaction.

“Miko! I'm thirsty!” delvin.

Miko immediately went to the kitchen and took some cold drinks such as beer, coca cola, sprite and mineral water.”Please drink uncle.”

Reynard picks up a bottle of mineral water, Liona takes a sprite and Delvin picks up a can of beer. While Miko sat on the other side of Liona then opened a can of coca cola and drank it. Suddenly Reynard said, “Didn't you know that coca cola can decrease cell motility*****?”

Miko was so shocked to hear her uncle's words that she almost spouted coca cola out of her mouth. Liona choked while Delvin could not help but laugh anymore.

“Uncle Reynard...” Miko said before finishing her speech, Reynard took the package from Delvin and threw it at Miko.

“Your grandfather asked me to give you this package. He knows you're back and asks you to come home and eat with them. Take your time.”

“Good uncle.  I understand.” Miko answered obediently while standing in front of the man like an SD child who was angry with his teacher. Liona was amazed by the way Miko answered her uncle. He never expected how much Miko would obey Reynard.

Miko put her drink on the table and said, “After returning I was immediately busy filming. I'm sorry uncle, haven't had time to visit you. I brought a gift for Felicia from Hong Kong, I will give her a gift when we meet next time.”

“Alright.” Reynard replied briefly as if he didn't care about the gift.

After they finished talking, the atmosphere in the guest room was silent. Liona who was sitting between Reynard and Miko was embarrassed.

He moved his body restlessly. “Do you feel uncomfortable?” reynard asked while looking at him gently.

“Oh no no no no...”.

“Didn't you say you were going home for a nap? Why are you even here now? Aren't you tired? You should rest and take care of your health.”

“Hem...I'm here because we will practice the scene that will be recorded tomorrow.” Liona replied to take out the script and smiled awkwardly. “Me and Miko are a couple in the story of the Third Wedding. For a few days I didn't come to the filming location because of Aurora's problems. Tomorrow I'll be back filming with the crew so we intend to rehearse first.”

After hearing Liona's explanation, Reynard finally glanced at the script on the table. Then he picked up the script and read it, when he read the script suddenly his eyes narrowed.

“Rey? Is there something wrong with the script?” asked Liona confused. He noticed Reynard's facial expression.

“No. Nothing wrong.” said Reynard pulling his gaze from the script. “Are you done practicing?”

“Not yet. We have not even started.” Liona replied.

Reynard nodded his head and drank his mineral water. He sat down casually as if he had no intention of leaving. “You can start training now.”

Liona was speechless hearing the man's suggestion. Miko was just as confused and even misbehaved. But eventually they both ventured out and started playing their roles.

“We can't work under these conditions. The atmosphere is less supportive, we cannot live our role. I think it's better we continue practicing taped filming tomorrow. Miko.

‘Huh Uncle Reynard don't you think I don't know what you're thinking. But uncle can't do anything because that scene you can't stop us from doing. We will definitely do that kiss scene.’ Inner Miko.

After being satisfied with his thoughts Miko casually threw the script on the table. Delvin sat down beside Miko and wrapped his arms around her nephew's shoulder as if they were close friends. Then Delvin bowed and asked curiously, “Miko what was the story of your encounter with Liona?”

“I fell in love with Liona at first sight while we were filming.” Miko replied.

“Then you chased after Liona and broke up with her after you got bored. Is that right?” tanya Delvin tried to pry deeper information.

Miko's face was immediately grim hearing her uncle's question. “It is true that I pursued him but it was not me who ended our relationship. Liona dumped me.”

“Hah?” The surprised Delvin was even more curious. He looked at his nephew then turned his attention to Liona.

He scratched his head anxiously. “Miko! Tell me what really happened.”

“I also want to know uncle. Why did she dump me.” said Miko was upset because she also did not know the reason Liona asked to break up. He is handsome and popular also comes from a wealthy family. She treated Liona well and she didn't mind Liona having a child. But he never expected that a Liona asked to break up with him just after the first date.

“Liona, can you tell me, what happened between you?”

The woman sighed. “Delvin, you'd better switch professions to be a gossip reporter.”

“Come on, tell me. I just want to know.” said Reynard who is as curious as Delvin.

Liona's scalp suddenly got stunted, she finally replied. “After we were with I realized that we were not suitable as a couple so I asked to break up with him.”

Delvin's face looks disappointed, he thought he would hear a tragic love story in the style of Korean drama. “Only that?”

“Iya. Want anything else?”

‘Huh....really boring.’ thought Delvin inwardly.

“It's been four and a half hours.” said Reynard suddenly then looked at Liona. “It's time to prepare dinner.”

“Are you hungry?” asked Liona looking at Reynard.

“Ya little hungry.” replied Reynard.

“Good. I will go home and prepare dinner.” Liona said.

“OK. Make me food like two days ago yes.” said Reynard again.

Miko who heard the conversation of the two people felt an oddity. ‘Why do I feel like they've been talking like married couples for years? They're like a couple.’
