CHAPTER 47. UNCLE'S LOVER?

Liona hears Miko calling Reynard and delvin uncle.

“Did uncle hear the news that I have returned? Is that why you two came to this set to pick me up?” miko said confidently. While Liona just lowered her head and fell silent. Shamelessly, Miko hugged Liona's waist and introduced them “Liona, this is my Uncle Reynard and Uncle Delvin. Catch them.”

“What did you say?”

“Sapa both my uncles. Come fast!” Miko chuckled and turned to her two uncles “Uncle, this is my girlfriend Liona. Forgive her shy person.” Miko was busy talking without noticing Reynard's flushed face. With a blade-sharp gaze, Reynard stared at Miko's hand curled around Liona's waist.

“What? Girlfriend?”

Liona's body instantly trembled. Die me! The contract! I'll be told to pay the fine if I get in touch with another man. Ah...chaotic! I'm Reynard's girlfriend! Recalling that, Liona pushed Miko away and kept her distance with the man. Then he waved at Reynard and tried to smile sweetly “No! Nah! She's not my girlfriend, I'm not Miko's. He's just an ex. I swear I had nothing to do with him. Please believe me, baby.”

“Hah? Did you just say? Dear?” A little confused by the behavior of his ex-girlfriend Miko asked “Why are you calling darling? Who's the guy you call baby?”

“Shut You!”

Miko did not receive unfair treatment, obviously she heard Liona calling ‘sayang’ which was definitely aimed at one of her uncles.

“Former girlfriend?” ask Reynard.

“Ya right! He's just my ex-boyfriend. It was a long time ago and we only dated five days.” Liona tries to explain to Reynard not to misunderstand. He could see the jealousy in the man's eyes.

Reynard looked at Liona and Miko alternately with a strange look, as if he did not believe what he heard. Delvin looked at the two people with a strange look. Is fate playing games with his family? It seems that Liona has a fateful bond with the Wilfred family. How could the three men in the Wilfred family fall in love with Liona? His two nephews were even involved with the woman. Delvin turned his head to look at his sister who liked Liona and they were officially dating. The atmosphere in the car became gripping and awkward. After a few minutes, Reynard broke the silence and said “Put in the car.”

“Alright, uncle!” Miko quickly answered her uncle's orders and had just gotten her foot in the car. “Not you!”

“Come. Come on in, it's time we went home. The kids are waiting for us at home.” said Reynard. Miko was stunned to hear her uncle's words.

“What does uncle mean? Uncle just called Liona ‘sayang’?

“Iya. I call him ‘sayang’ because he's my lover and my future wife. Haven't you heard the news?” reynard ketus.

Liona immediately jumped into the back seat, before Miko could react the car door was immediately closed and the car drove away from the set.  Miko was still standing frozen completely unexpectedly! He did not understand what was happening, he was completely shocked to the point of freezing, his pose that was lifting one leg looked very funny.

While in Reynard's car, there was no silence. The cold aura emanating from the man sitting next to Liona gave her goosebumps. Liona felt trembling and was afraid that Reynard would be angry with her.

“Liona. You and Miko know each other?” asked Delvin who was curious.

“Ia, correct. We know!” Lione answered without hesitation. “I met him while filming a movie in Hong Kong. I don't know how to explain it but we had a date but only lasted five days and broke up. It was a long time ago, long before I came back.”

Reynard was still grim and the look on his face did not change. “Sister Rey! Why are you acting like that. Liona explained. They have no relationship whatsoever.” said Delvin who was worried to see his brother. Reynard's attitude was cold. “Do you still have feelings for Miko?”

“No! I never had any feelings for him before. I didn't even pay much attention to Miko when we met at the filming location.” said Liona, slowly touching Reynard's hand as if to convince the man she loved. Reynard glanced at her hand held by Liona. Delvin just smiled looking at Liona's actions.

Liona has never been interested in Miko since the beginning she accepted the man's date just to make Miko stop chasing after him. Miko is a playboy, just like Delvin. Liona who always rejected Miko made the man pursue her even more. Sensai chasing after Liona makes the man determined to seduce her and continues to pursue her in the belief that Liona will accept her. The more Liona rejected Miko, the more she chased after him. To resist and avoid Miko, Liona even brought Elvano to the set to tell her she already had a child. But Miko still kekeh and did not want to give up just like that, she did not care about the status of Liona.

They only ever dated twice, went to watch and had dinner after which Liona decided Miko. He was informed that Miko has many lovers and easily bored with her partner. Miko has never been in a relationship with anyone for more than a week. For five days Liona pretended and when she couldn't take it anymore, Liona decided Miko and left filming and never came back.

“Liona! Hey!”

Liona was awakened from her daydream. “You haven't answered my question.” said Delvin.

“No! It's been a long time in the past and I never liked it, he's not my type I used to be forced to accept because he kept chasing me and I was tired. He's a shitty guy and I can't stand a guy like that. We only ever went on a date twice the first one went to watch and the second time went to dinner with Elvano, that's all. After dinner, I decided it the next day.”

Reynard was still silent and just glanced at Liona. Suddenly Liona's phone rings and she sees a notification from Miko in the chat app asking for friends. After Liona receives a friend request, there is a voice message from Miko.

“Liona! What's your relationship with Uncle Reynard? Since when?”

Miko's voice is like a man who suspects his lover is cheating. Liona turned a dejected face. The two men stared at Liona simultaneously. Liona was very upset at this moment and she pretended not to notice the gazes of the two men.

“Shut up! Stop all your nonsense and don't bother me anymore.” Liona replied. “I'll skin you if you dare to act weird on me.”

“Liona you'll never find a husband if you've always been rude to me. I just want to make you my wife!” miko won't lose.

It was Miko's latest voicemail, making Reynard's jaw harden. Liona felt uneasy as she noticed Reynard's piercing glare. “Sorry, Rey. I don't know how to shut up Miko.” This was a situation that was very impossible for a stubborn man like Miko to overcome. Liona lowered her head and tried to tighten her grip on Reynard's hand. Suddenly the man grabs Liona's phone and sends Miko a voice message. “Stop interrupting my wife!”
