CHAPTER 93. A GIFT TO REYNARD

“Ehem...but as far as I know Delvin is a guy who likes changing girlfriends.” said Vena.

“Oh yes he's a playboy?” reply Saskia. The information made him happy. “His love affair never lasted more than a month! Liona is indeed beautiful and her body is sexy, sooner or later Delvin will definitely dump her!”

“But I'm not sure of your opinion.” said Vena provokes. He knew everything but he wanted to use Saskia to avenge Liona so he did not tell her the truth.

Vena plays her bag chain while pretending to be in disbelief. “Delvin must be interested in Kak Liona so he gave his black card.”

“Do not be silly! Delvin is famous for being very kind and always buying expensive things for all his girlfriends. How do you think he captivated all those TV stars and models? Saskia spoke as if she was having so much fun over the suffering of others. Vena remained pretending to be surprised after hearing her cousin's remark. “Oh no! I won't let Brother Liona be humiliated like that! I have to convince Ms. Liona to immediately cut ties with a playboy like Delvin!”

“Don't be stupid Veins! Currently Delvin is showering him with affection and expensive gifts. If you tell Liona now then she'll think that you're trying to ruin her relationship. Huh!!! Liona may be hoping that Delvin will marry her. You stupid woman! She thought she could marry into a rich family that easily?”

Saskia thought she could already see clearly the future Liona had in her arms and she smiled mockingly.

“Someone who has no status like Liona deserves to be taken advantage of and dumped by Delvin. That way he will know that he is not worthy to marry a rich man.” Saskia said. The one thing she doesn't know about Liona is that she's in a relationship with Reynard and even lives at home with him, what happens to Saskia if she knows the truth?

Vena still pretended to be an innocent girl and cared for Liona then said, “But after all Brother Liona is my older sister.”.

“Really? You're too good, Vena, wasn't he yelling at you rudely? Even he spoke rudely to both of us, is it like that a brother treats his sister? I'm telling you, he doesn't deserve your kindness. Let's go home!”

At the same time, in the rest area the two children were sitting on a soft leather sofa while eating ice cream. This is the best way to cool down when the weather outside is very hot.

“Mama!” Elvano immediately jumped when she saw Liona walking over and she pulled the end of her mother's shirt so that Liona crouched down. Elvano gave her mother ice cream.

“Ehmm. Very tasty!” Liona hugged the small body of Elvano while kissing her cheek. “Thank you dear.”

The boy's ears began to turn red. Felicia ran and took a spoonful of ice cream and thrust it at Liona. “Mama Lina, my ice cream is good too, let's try a little. This strawberry flavored ice cream.”

When Liona licked the spoon clean, felicia watched her every move excitedly. Liona tried hard to hold back the laughter looking at the little girl's expression. Then he kissed Felicia firmly making the little girl beaming with pride.

Reynard who had just finished talking on the phone walked towards them. Felicia immediately took a spoonful of ice cream and gave it to him. But Reynard just scrunched his forehead and closed his mouth. Delvin who saw Reynard's reaction immediately laughed out loud. “Felicia baby, have you ever seen your dad eat ice cream? You know what the reason is? Your dad doesn't like ice cream, he says it's cold and sticky and it tastes too sweet.”

‘Liona just ate that ice cream?’ Reynard wondered in his heart. He looked at Liona's face and saw that there was a small pink stain on the corner of her mouth. To Delvin's astonishment, Reynard opened his mouth and ate the ice cream Felicia gave him.

‘Hem...cold and strawberry flavor.’ thought Reynard was trying to decide whether he liked it or not. Felicia's eyes shone with joy.

“Papa, do papa like this ice cream?” asked Felicia in a spoiled voice.

Reynard glanced at Liona and said in a soft voice, “Enak. Cold but sweet!”

Actually what he meant was Liona wasn't his ice cream.

Liona stared at Reynard without saying a word. ‘What the hell is he? Why is Reynard looking at me like that? Is there something wrong with me?’

Liona started to look around and then her eyes were fixed on the spoon in Felicia's hand. The same spoon he used before. Reynard also wore the same spoon, Liona's face hinted red.

‘Wah. Actually he can think of some romantic steps right?’

Reynard stood up and walked towards his sister after looking into the paperbag in Delvin's hand and he turned to Liona. “Liona, thanks for your hard work.”

The red hue on Liona's face had not faded and Reynard's sexy voice only worsened the state of Liona who was beginning to tremble.

Liona waved her hand, “No need to thank, women do like to shop even more if shopping without spending their money. I'm so happy shopping with your card."

“Then, from now on you are responsible for selecting clothes for me.” Reynard said. "You can shop as much as you can with that card. Get the kids shopping again next time."

Liona did not know what to say, the red hue on her face grew redder and she smiled. Liona immediately took the paperbag from Delvin's hand and handed it to Reynard. “You should try it first, I want to see if this outfit suits you. The shopkeeper said it could still be returned or changed in size if it did not match.”

This was the first time that Liona had bought him clothes even if they did not match, Reynard would not return them. But because he wanted to make Liona happy, he took out a black coat and gave it a try. The man was born with a perfect body and fit into a model. The black coat was well designed although it looked simple but was suitable for Reynard.

Usually Reynard will look serious when wearing a suit every day but this particular coat makes his appearance more casual. Reynard looks like a model.

“Papa! Papa looks so handsome!” Felicia praised as she clapped her hands. “Mama Liona tastes good yes.” the little girl is very happy to see Liona buy clothes for her father.
