CHAPTER 36. OFFICIAL COURTSHIP

Reynard hugged Liona tightly and pecked at the top of the woman's head repeatedly.

“Rey! I'm a single mother, what do you think your family's reaction would be if they knew, would they accept my situation?”

“You have a child you adopted, right? You still keep your chastity, you good women don't have to worry about that. Liona, every relationship is not always going well. “Yes, I'm the only one who deserves to be a stepfather to your wonderful son. I love him very much, he is a smart and fun child.” both smile and hug each other while Delvin who had listened earlier so moved and the corner of his eyes fell crystal granules.

‘At last they confessed their feelings as well. I was sure from the beginning that it would end like this.ha...ha.’ muttered Delvin removing the corner of his watery eyes.

“Listen to me Liona, I want to marry you and become Elvano's stepfather! I'm willing to accept you both in my life!” Reynard spoke in one breath trying to show his determination through the words he spoke firmly. Reynard managed to influence Liona so that the woman began to waver. Delvin who had eavesdropped on their conversation, smiled with satisfaction. She was very happy to see her brother who was convincing Liona.

Very good, brother! Who says you don't know how to approach a woman just because she's never been seen close to any woman before.

If everyone were to look at the drama with their own eyes then they would change their judgment about Reynard all along. Every sentence Reynard said made Liona's face blush with happiness. After Delvin shed a tear, he went back to cleaning the kitchen while wiping his tears.

“I want us to be in a closer relationship, will you be my lover? If the time comes and you're ready, I want us to get married.”

“A---aku.” Liona shook not a word out of her mouth, but a second later her head slowly nodded, as if she had agreed with Reynard's will. After all, he also needed the man to be beside him if he wanted to avenge all his grudges on the people who had already hurt him.

“Thanks, babe.” Reynard hugged Liona tightly and peeked at the top of her head repeatedly. The two boys who peeked out from behind the door looked at each other and smiled and ran back into Elvano's bedroom.

“Liona!”

“Nothing. I'm so happy tonight. Since we're already officially lovers, I hope you won't refuse if I give you a bodyguard who will look after you out there. Remember, the entertainment world is very cruel especially after the press conference later.  There will be a lot of people who will try to hurt you.” Reynard explained

“I don't think it's necessary to wear a bodyguard. It's too much let alone I'm a newcomer actress, maybe everyone will judge me who is not right.”

“Don't think about it, they'll be watching you without anyone else's knowledge so you don't have to worry.  If anyone dares to talk ugly about you let alone want to harm you then I make sure that person will be destroyed.”

Liona leaned her back against the wall then let out a long sigh. He felt his shoulders weighed down by the burden of being Reynard's lover but he had already made his decision, he could not take back his words. Whatever tomorrow he has to bear as Reynard's lover, inevitably he must be ready to face all this anyway as well as he wants. Have a rich and powerful man who loves him and his son who will protect them.

Suddenly Delvin came out of the kitchen in an exaggerated style shaking his hands wet with water “At last I finished also washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen. Liona if you don't hear wrong, you accept my sister's request? Does that mean I can already call you brother-in-law?” Delvin with his mischievous smile teased Liona. Reynard looked at his sister sharply and gestured through the eyes to leave immediately. Delvin got out of there and sat on the couch and turned on the tv.

Isn't this all very good for me and Elvano. Our family is very close and familiar especially Felicia likes me very much and is familiar with Elvano and they can spend time together during my filming. Absolutely the perfect setting, I no longer have to worry about leaving Elvano alone at home. Liona's mind repeated all the things that were in her favor at the moment.  Yeah, there's no harm in being Reynard's girlfriend. He was very handsome and I liked him.

“Liona, from now on you can focus on your filming. You no longer have to worry about everything now. Felicia and Elvano are familiar and you no longer need to think about finding a nanny for Elvano. Maybe with this situation Elvano can be more active and cheerful with Felicia.  They can do many things together all day and a waiter is also a bodyguard who always watches over them.”

“Yes, I know. Thank you for everything.” he said with a sweet smile.

Elvano can have lunch with Felicia and she can eat whatever she wants in our house. If Elvano is sick, he can be treated as soon as possible because we have a family doctor ready twenty-four hours.” Reynard explains that Liona is more confident in her decision.

“Alright, it's late at night. We all need rest, I'm very sleepy and Felicia's asleep in Elvano's room.” said Delvin glanced at his older brother who was always staring at Liona as the woman rode on the second floor and shortly carried Felicia in his carrier.

“Teerthank you, baby. We go home first. Tomorrow morning do not take a taxi, there will be a driver who will take you to the set.” Reynard lands Liona's kiss and leaves with Delvin.

Liona closed the door and locked it, leaned back her body for a while and smiled. His life has changed completely in a matter of days.
