CHAPTER 29. FULFILL HIS REQUEST

“Only that's my request. I beg you to be considered.” Liona said begging. Now he has a chance to have a much better life and he doesn't want to leave Hiro alone after all these years he's always helped him.

“Please wait a minute, I will ask you first on my boss.”

“Good. I understand this is not your authority to decide.”

While in the CEO room there is Bastian, Delvin and Reynard who seem to be unhappy with Liona's request.

“What relationship is he having with Hiro? Why is Liona so considerate of the man?” delvin asked as he glanced at his brother.

“Shut up!” said Reynard who was provoked by Delvin. “Approve all the requests.” Reynard told Mona who immediately returned to the room where Liona was.

“Alright, sis. I only guess because now there are many people who do not dare to be honest and tell the truth. Maybe Liona is, too, she doesn't dare to reveal her true relationship with Hiro.”

Reynard did not want to hear his sister's explanation, which he wanted at this time was Liona to immediately sign a contract and be bound by his company.  That way Liona won't be able to have a relationship with another man without his consent.

“Kak. Is sister okay? Your face is pale and your eyes are red.”

“No need! I'm fine if you shut your mouth and stop talking.” said Reynard who was upset.

“Rey! Do you really like that woman? Is this why you hired him in this company?” ask Bastian.

Reynard only looked at Bastian for a moment and then shifted his gaze again without responding to his friend's question.

“Bastian. Have you ever seen my brother spend so much time and energy thinking only of a woman before? So you don't have to ask that.”

Bastian's face immediately changed then he said again “Reynard! Hiro Abirama was our friend and best friend for a long time. We grow together. Have you ever seen him as close to a woman and as attentive to a woman as he did to Liona? For the sake of a Liona Gantari, Hiro came and asked for our help to audition and get a role, renting a house for the woman. Not only that, he provided everything that the woman needed. Do you have the heart to snatch the woman Hiro loved?”

“Their relationship is just a friend. Not as you think.” Reynard replied.

“You're wrong Reynard! I heard it myself from Hiro. She told me that she loves that woman.”

Reynard's face turned cold and his eyes were sharp. “Don't make Bastian. We all know who the woman Hiro.” loves Reynard said in a flat voice. Bastian's face immediately blushed red. While in another room, Liona reread the contents of the contract and let out a long sigh. Now he regretted his request earlier which he felt was inappropriate and had crossed the line.  If by that ridiculous request he would have lost that good contract, he would not have forgiven himself. Surely the CEO of the company considers himself an ungrateful newcomer to be given a good and profitable contract even asking for more.

The door of the room was open and Mona walked in with a smile “Nona Liona sorry for making you wait a long time.”

Liona who was about to get up from her seat and leave was immediately stopped by Mona. “My interface agrees with your request.” said Mona who made Liona very surprised. ‘What? Wait a minute.why did they directly agree to my request? Does the CEO really agree?

Liona was flabbergasted still in disbelief.

“Good. I'll sign it now.” said Liona eagerly signed the contract and wrote her name. Mona immediately heaved a sigh of relief after the contract was signed. He managed to finish this job, surely Mr. Reynard was satisfied now he thought. Mona affixes the company's stamp and from that very second the contract is in effect. Mona gives one copy of the contract to Liona.

“Nona Liona, our boss is very appreciative of you and would like to thank you directly if you do not mind please follow me to the room of the CEO.” said Mona still smiling sweetly.

“Good. I have free time and also want to thank him for his kindness has given a good contract for me.” said Liona Basasi stale when he had to go home soon, why even say have free time. What Liona knew was that if Wilfred Media's CEO was Bastian, why didn't the man say a word back in the car? Bizarrely.

“Can you show me the way?” ask Mona.

“Of course, Miss Liona. Please follow me.” the secretary brought Liona up to the elevator with a folder in her hand and said “The CEO room is on the thirty floor. Sorry I cannot take you there because there is an important job that I have to do.”

Liona was just fixated and at a loss for words.  Although he felt awkward going to the CEO's office, it was his first time coming to the building and now he has to go to the CEO's own room.

“Are you okay, miss? You need something?”

“Nothing. Thank you very much Mona.”

Mona scans her employee card and presses the 30 button, and Liona steps into the elevator without hesitation and the elevator takes her to the thirty floor. As the elevator clang and the door opened, Liona saw that the place was very spacious and bright but there was no one there. The employees had gone home, the atmosphere was so quiet that the sound of Liona's shoes broke the silence. The temperature of the room on the thirty floor was extremely cold and Liona began to feel afraid of finding herself alone there.

He immediately threw away his bad thoughts and stepped towards the CEO's office. “This Mr. Bastian I am Liona Gantarai.”

“Please enter.”

Liona's heart stopped beating when she heard that familiar voice. It wasn't Bastian's voice but Reynard's. Suddenly shaking, Liona pushed the door open and stared at the empty CEO desk. But a hand immediately grabbed his hand in. “Aaahhh! Release!” liona shouted in surprise.

“Hahaha….Liona Gantari why are you surprised? Look at your face pale as if you just saw a ghost.” Delvin ledek laughed out loud.

“Delvin Wilfred?” Liona held her chest so surprised to see Delvin there. “Ngapain you here?”

“Not only me but my brother is also here waiting for you. That's it sitting there.” said Delvin pointing towards the sofa. Reynard sat down on the sofa leisurely as he flashed a smile at Liona.

His eyes stared at Liona sharply making the woman feel uneasy. Reynard and his daughter spent one night in his house and in just one night there was a lot going on, a shameful event when he slept with Reynard. Liona thinks she won't see Reynard and his daughter again after that day because they never come back to her house. Now his face was red cursing itself. The name of this company, Wilfred Media, will definitely meet with Reynard again. Now he is under contract and that means he will be seeing Reynard and his daughter more often.

“Where is Mr Bastian?”

“hours of work have passed so he has come home from earlier.” replied Reynard in a hoarse voice while continuing to look at the beautiful face of Liona. Today the appearance of the woman looks very beautiful by wearing blue donker jeans and a white shirt with hair tied up showing a smooth neckline. Her skin was very smooth as white as porcelain, she looked fresh and looked like a young girl. Liona's appearance made Reynard's body heat up, the man's face immediately scowled. Two buttons over an open shirt showing a smooth white chest ‘Did she dress like that on set? Thought Reynard who thought about how many people saw the smooth skin of the woman he liked.
