LOVE AND REVENGE LIONA

CHAPTER 24. REYNARD SUPPORT

On the other side of the set, Reynard sees a overheated Liona waiting for her turn for the shoot.  Reynard was in the AC room, the man was wearing a blue dongker suit, he knew that Liona had been waiting for filming for three hours.  With the clothes and makeup complete, Liona seemed uncomfortable waiting any longer.

“How much longer will he have to wait for his turn?”

“According to the crew in the field, they are currently filming for Vena and Yogi, they are the main cast and Liona is just the supporting cast so Liona will have to wait a long time until the main cast finishes filming.”

“So, how long will the two main cast be filming?”

“If it is not wrong it is likely to be completed in two hours but since Vena made a lot of mistakes during filming so maybe it will be much longer, it could be that Liona can not shoot today.”

Reynard puffed up and his clenched hands held back emotions.  How could the woman he liked have had to wait so long there.  Delvin knew that his brother was angry and he tried to assuage Reynard's anger. “Kak, such a thing is common. Newcomers to the entertainment world must patiently wait until their turn arrives.”

“Liona don't need to do that!”

Delvin frowned, did Reynard intend to support Liona's career and not want the woman to suffer through all the laborious process? Delvin stared intensely at her brother “Kak, everyone knows if to become an actress is not easy. Currently the main cast is still filming and is not finished yet so Liona will have to wait until the main cast finishes shooting new she can start shooting.”

Hearing his sister's explanation made Reynard dislike, the look on his face changed immediately and he pulled out his phone from his pocket and contacted Bastian.

“Bastian, go set for Third Wedding now, I want to talk to the crew there.”

Due to the long wait, Liona felt sleepy. Suddenly Reiki's assistant comes to him “Nona Liona, the director asks you to meet him now.”

“Good.”

‘Why does he want to see me? Is there a problem, huh? Liona was surprised because the director wanted to meet her, she immediately left the shooting location.  From a distance, Reiki waved at him. “Liona fast here.”

“Iya..I came.”

Liona already standing in front of Reiki “Reiki Director...”.

“Did you see the man standing there?” reiki asked as his index finger pointed to where Bastian was standing. “He is Bastian Hartono president of Wilfred Media.  Maybe you don't know him because you're new here.  But she was present at your audition back then.”

“Ya, then?”

“Mr Bastian visited the set to see you act.” said Reiki smiling as she patted Liona's shoulder “This is a chance for you. Don't you waste it.”

Hearing that Liona was happy, it was a sweet surprise for her.  Who would have thought that would be visited by a president of a major entertainment company. He knows about Wilfred Media.  Sky Media used to dominate the entertainment world but since the last two years Wilfred Media dominated and became the company most targeted by artists to be under the auspices of the company.

“Stupid very whatever the reason for his arrival, what Reiki said was right. I can't waste this opportunity.  If I can I should get a contract with that company.”

“You don't mind his presence?” ask Reiki.

“Oh. No problem at all for me. I'm even happy, it's an honor for me.”

Reiki nodded and asked his assistant to call Vena. He wanted Liona to immediately take pictures, after all the process of each episode does not have to be taken in sequence. Liona was asked to shoot her role.

“Action!”

Currently Liona and Vena meet in the same episode. Veins wore black clothes with thick makeup while Liona was still in her red dress and natural makeup. Actually Vena did not like it when the assistant director asked her to shoot with Liona now because it had not yet come her turn. The presence of Liona in front of him made Vena nervous, when the dialogue started her mouth stuttered and she forgot her dialogue made the filming forced to be repeated.

“Ma—maaf. I uh...that floor..it..”.

The cast and crew who were watching felt a cold sweat looking at the scene of the two women who looked extremely tense. It was Vena's turn to speak the dialogue, but when her eyes met with Liona's sharp gaze, Vena lost her mind and forgot the dialogue she had to say.  His mouth was unable to say anything.

“Cut!” reiki shouted furiously. He did not expect Vena to forget his dialogue and look very unprofessional at the moment.  They had no idea that Vena was so scared to face Liona.

“Vena! What are you doing, ha? This is the umpteenth time you forgot your dialogue.”

“Sorry!” vena bit her lip while changing her face so that all the crew felt sorry for her.

“Good. Once more. If you still like that, today's filming is off!” reiki was upset.

Liona is very passionate about her role and performs much better than Vena.  The scene was repeated again, but this time Liona stared at Vena more sharply and horribly like a pyton snake that wanted to coiled and squeeze its prey to shreds. Vena stammered in horror at Liona's gaze, she forgot again her dialogue.

“Cut!”

Reiki has lost patience, just a simple scene but must be repeated several times. “Vena! Your acting sucks, the hell time you lost to a newcomer artist, hu? Liona is even acting much better than you. Damn you!”

All of the shots failed despite being repeated many times.  The stressed Reiki sees Vena, asking all the crew to rest for twenty minutes.

Vein who was angry at Liona also ran over to him “Hei cheap women! What have you done to me ha?” his yell. He had no idea why he could forget all his dialogue every time he faced Liona.

“Hai my sister...eh wrong we are not blood yes, I forgot. Vena listen carefully yes, as long as I am in the same series as you and filming with you, then you will continue to make mistakes. Believe no?” Liona smiled at Vein.

“Shut up!”

Terikan Vena made everyone look towards them. Vena immediately left and was determined to practice her dialogue. ‘I can't lose! Liona is no match for me, she is a nobody.’ he murmured.
