CHAPTERS 152. MOSQUITO BITES

‘Okay, now that it's time, Reinhard must be upset by now.’ Liona held her breath and waited for the man's anger to explode. However, Reinhard was not angry. The man just stared at the photo on his phone screen.

But when she saw the writing, ‘Searching for a new friend, she turned her eyes and looked at Liona again.

“The photos look good yes.” Reinhard said as he nodded.

‘What do you think? That's not what I meant! Damnit!’ Liona cursed straight into her heart. He did not make many sacrifices to get compliments about good photos.

Last night he took a photo with a foreign man and captioned it with deceptive words.

Not only that, Liona also did not come home all night, Reinhard should have been angry, right? If Reinhard was a normal man then he had already concluded that Liona had slept with the man in the photo.

But Reihard still looked relaxed as if he was not at all. That indifference made Liona feel confused.

‘I understand. Looks like I have to use my secret weapon.’ thought Liona while rolling her eyeballs. He removed Reinhard's coat and exposed his shoulders and collarbone.

She was wearing a slip dress and Liona looked very sexy and alluring. In Liona's collarbone and chest were red marks that resembled kiss marks.

Liona yawned wide and deliberately leaned closer so that Reinhard could see more clearly the reddish marks all over Liona's body. Liona can't wait for the man's reaction to realize the former ‘kiss’ on her body.

“Yes for Liona! Were you bitten by a bunch of mosquitoes?” reinhard asked with a frown.

“What did you say?” liona's body instantly froze. He did not expect Reinhard's reaction to be like that at all. ‘Did he know that the reddish patches are indeed mosquito bite marks? Is it similar to a kiss? Why does she know ya?’ whispered heart.

He had not expected Reinhard's reaction to be like that. She accidentally goes to a bar to take a friendly photo with a stranger.

She accidentally doesn't come home all night to add to her list of sins, she has red marks all over her body that look exactly like kiss marks.

Any sane man would think that Liona was already in touch*** with a man last night. But now Liona was rendered helpless and she felt frustrated.

“Reinhard Wilfred!” liona shouted looking intently at the man. Hearing his name being called, Reinhard finally noticed Liona's collarbone and other limbs with furrowed brows. “Wait here for a minute! Don't go anywhere!”

“Oke.” Lione answered helplessly. His attempt last night to make Reinhard jealous turned out to be futile.

Before long Reinhard went down and brought the ointment, then he sat down next to Liona and put quite a lot of ointment on his finger. The man patted her thigh and told Liona,

“Put your feet here.” he said with a serious expression.

“Oke.” Liona immediately complied. Reinhard gently removed the woman's high-heeled shoes and applied the ointment on her shin evenly.

“What is this salep?” liona asked as she felt a cold sensation touch her skin as the ointment was applied.

“This ointment was developed by family doctor Kevin Ardana. This ointment is very good for mosquito bites like this on your body.” Reinhard said with a circus to make Liona embarrassed to be caught lying.

Liona was silent.

The ointment was slightly cold but Reinhard's fingertips were warm, causing a strange sensation in Liona's body. Thinking of this, Liona's body stiffened and she involuntarily pulled her leg out of embarrassment.

“Do not move first. Let me apply the ointment.” said Reinhard commanding firmly. Liona's body froze and let the man do as she wished.

The red scars of mosquito bites are no longer itchy. Kevin was indeed very admirable, Liona was amazed at the instant effect of the ointment.

Reinhard patiently applied the ointment on the arms, back of the neck and also the collarbone of Liona. All the itching all over the woman's body disappeared in an instant. Liona's eyes sparkled as she felt very happy.

“Salep is really effective,” comments. Reinhard looked at Liona's face with a faint smile.

‘Oh no! Unknowingly I fell into this man's trap!’ Liona felt annoyed herself for not being able to pay attention to her words. He admitted that the ointment worked well.

Liona admitted that the red marks on her body are indeed mosquito bite marks. Liona felt disappointed and ashamed of herself.

He wanted to feel like he was bullying himself for being stupid and reckless. ‘No..no. It's not my fault. I'm not careless at all. It's just that my enemies are too cunning.’ Liona said inwardly looking for a reason to make herself feel better. Liona cleared her throat and looked at Reinhard to reduce nervousness.

“Do you have no questions at all?” liona asked with a hopeful expression. Reinhard pondered for a few seconds and replied, “Nothing. Why indeed?”

Liona's patience was thinning but she still did not want to give up, “Did you not feel curious about the man in the photo? I don't go home anyway. Don't you want to know if I slept with that guy?”

Liona looked at Reinhard's face meticulously and tried to read the man's mind. Reinhard's attitude remained ordinary. Not showing the slightest emotion that made Liona overwhelmed trying to figure out the contents of Reinhard's mind.

Just as he was about to ask another question, Reinhard closed the ointment and turned his head towards Liona. “I believe in you. So there's nothing I need to ask.” Reinhard said. Lena was at a loss for words. Only this time did he experience the bitter taste of defeat.

The woman was overwhelmed by mixed feelings and wanted to cry but no tears came out. He did not expect Reinhard's words to sound simple and innocent to have such a huge impact on him.

Liona was confused as to what to do next. He's lost his mind. Then Liona stood up and said, “I want to rest now. I've been tired all night.”

Reinhard did not force him, he only gave instructions to Liona, “Apply this ointment twice a day and the red bump on your body will soon disappear.” he thrust the ointment into Liona's hands.

“Alright, I understand.” Liona left while sulking and put on a sour face. The first thing she did after being in the room was to remove her makeup and take a shower.

Elvano entered her mother's room just as Liona came out of the bathroom. Liona sighed in relief while pretending to have just woken up.

“Good morning my dear.”

“Good morning mami.” say Elvano smile. As they went downstairs, Elvano noticed a lot of red bumps on her mother's body.

He frowned and asked gently, “Mami, why so many mosquito bites on mami's body?”

Liona was instantly dumbfounded, ‘What? Why are Elvano's words the same as Reinhard's?’

The serious expression on Elvano's face was exactly the same as Reinhard's expression a few minutes ago. For a moment he thought Elvano standing in front of him was Reinhard. ‘What the fuck? Wait a minute!’

“Elvano, is this red mark similar to mosquito bite mark lump huh?”

Elvano looked at her mother amusedly, “Ya of course mami. It was a mosquito bite.”

Liona was stunned again. He did not know why he was saying this to a child. “Mami forgot to close the window last night, so my mom was bitten by a mosquito.” Liona said.
