CHAPTER 23. VEIN ROT PLANS

“Sorry if I haven't seen you because lately I've been busy with filming and chasing deadlines.  Thank you for your help at that time.  I was very surprised after hearing the incident.”

Liona just smiled and said nothing.

“Good. Since you're already here, let's get to work. We're gonna take some photos for foster publication. Go wash your changing room and make up your face.”, Reiki said.

“Wah, it just so happens that there is a scene with Naomi today so it can be completed all afternoon later.

“It’s ok. I'll just watch, maybe I can learn something later.” Liona said.

Liona is a smiling and humble woman, she also likes to communicate with others easily.  Reiki really likes Liona and she believes the new actress will soon skyrocket.

Beneath a tree, Vena and her assistant Rianti are resting. Rianti takes a chair for Vena and Rianti fanned it as the air started to heat up.

“Have you done what I told you?” vena whispered to her assistant not to be heard.

“Ya, already. Janga was worried, I did it carefully. Be assured everything will go according to plan. I have put the chemical into her cosmetics, her beautiful face will soon be destroyed and damaged in thirty minutes.” Rianti explained. The filming is still going on, some scenes are being shot. In the series the male lead is Yogi Pramudya while the female lead is Vena Odelia who are both top artists.  For the main cast they usually have their own dressing room.

There are several other supporting actresses in the series. Yogi Pramudya is in the shade of Wilfred Media with a supporting actress named Cindy Pradita is twenty-nine years old and has acted in several TV series and films. He also has his own dressing room.  Liona as a newcomer had to share a dressing room with several other supporting actresses. The dressing room was spacious and clean. There are eight chairs and three makeup artists to arrange the makeup and clothes of the actress. When Liona entered there were only two makeup artists while the other one had yet to come. “Hai, Liona introduced this is Aisyah Maharani, one of the makeup artists here and this one is Ajeng. This is Liona who will play the role of Rosalind.” an actress introduced Liona to makeup artists there.  They also shook hands and exchanged polite smiles.

Before long, a staff member entered the dressing room carrying a dress that Liona would wear.  The red dress will be worn by Liona because the scene later is the scene where she attends a party, there she will meet the Young Master.

Liona checked the dress she was going to wear later. She made sure the dress was undamaged, and then she asked the staff to help her put the dress on. Today is her first shoot and she is going to do a scene with Vena. The war between them had already started, Liona was determined to show her ability and make Vena crumble. The feud between artists is indeed common, sometimes they even drop each other. And the easiest way to destroy an artist is to damage the clothes, makeup and other objects they will wear. That was why Liona was very careful while checking the dress she was about to wear.

Thankfully, there was nothing wrong with the dress she was wearing. Since she was in the filming location with Vena, then the girl would definitely try to hurt Liona. Liona understood that and was very careful. After she finished changing clothes, she waited for her turn. Liona sat waiting for her turn, Ajeng was endlessly staring at Liona admiring her beauty and pure white skin.

“Ajeng.” call Liona when only the two of them are in the room. Without hesitation Liona handed an envelope containing money to Ajeng the makeup artist. “Sorry yes, I don't like to wear cosmetics that others have used. Can you help me?”

Liona wore a red dress, her hair rolled up, her makeup was not too thick and looked more natural. The red dress exuded a powerful aura, with her white skin Liona looking like a queen wearing that red dress. She even admired herself in front of the mirror, so dazzling, one by one the supporting actresses started to enter the room and looked at Liona in astonishment. My Lord!

They put their chest hands to see the charm of Liona in a red dress. If women alone feel fascinated by the beauty of the woman, you can imagine how the men react when they see her appearance later.

Director Reiki Savian chose her for the role of Rosalind. Only the beauty of Liona can bring Rosalind to life.  A staff member came to pick up Liona and took her to the shooting location.  Photo capture sessions for publication also went well.  It was time for lunch and all the crew were seated at the most comfortable place they chose.  Veins watched Liona from a distance.

“Hei Rianti, you said everything went well. But why does she look okay? It's been a few hours and his face is normal.” Vena told his assistant.

Rianti's face immediately changed, he did not know what to answer. He did what Vena told him.

“I. I put that chemical in the cosmetics. According to what you said earlier.”

“Damn you! How dare you give a reason. Just tell me you're not working!” snapped Vein.  Rianti immediately fell silent and lowered his face.

Vena Obelia is known publicly as a gentle and kind actress. Only his close ones knew how bad his nature and behavior were.  She's a shameless, selfish, grumpy, envious and promiscuous girl.

“Vena..”

“Go there! How dare you cry before me, hu?” grunt is upset “Go there! I don't want to see your face.”

Rianti tried to restrain herself from crying again. Vena was getting more emotional as her plan failed today. Goddamn bum! It turns out that Liona isn't as stupid as she used to be. “Vena, please tell me what else I can do. Maybe I can do something else to him.” said Rianti.
