CHAPTER 71. PROMISE THAT

Liona lowered her head with a blushing face hearing Reynard tease her. He was embarrassed and wanted to hide himself in the hole. “Why are you silent? Come here I want to hug you.” said Reynard again. 

“I don't want to hurt you, you just came to your senses.” Liona said.

“This basket is big enough for both of us, still too loose here won't hurt me. Come here.” said Reynard.

The woman slowly climbed into the bed, lying on Reynard's left side as his right hand was infused. The VIP room bed was wider in size so it could accommodate both of them, after all Liona's slim body.

“How are the kids? I haven't seen them since.”

“Elvano is in my house with the nanny. While Felicia was picked up by your parents and brought to their house.”

“Have you called Felicia? She must not be at home with her grandmother. For so long she has never parted with Elvano, she must have felt lonely without her brother.”

“So I tried calling her phone but it was off.” Liona replied. “Tomorrow I will bring Elvano here to visit you.”

“Good. If you are tired go home and rest at home.”

“No, dear. I will accompany you here until you are allowed to return home.”

“Are you afraid that this hospital nurse and female doctor are teasing me, hmm?”

“Isss....why are you so flirty now?” Liona pinched Reynard's waist.

“Awww..do you want to hurt me? Your pinch hurts so much.” said Reynard pretending to put on a face of pain.

“Ma—maaf Rey, I accidentally. Hurt huh? Where does it hurt?”

Reynard pointed at the lower part of his body with an eye glance, “Sick conditions.”

“You what the hell Rey! What does your waist have to do with it?” liona merona.

“Hahahaha...why is your face flushed? You are so adorable.” god Reynard,

The two teased each other and Reynard laughed out loud at Liona's timid expression. Suddenly the door of the room opened and the sound of a man's cry jerked the pair. “Kakkkk....what happened? Why did you get in an accident?” delvin shouted running in.

“Delvin! You are noisy once.”

“Upss...sorry, forgive me. I didn't know that you guys...” Delvin did not continue his speech because he saw Reynard and Liona position on the hospital bed.

“What do you think, ha?” ask Reynard. Delvin just chuckled then sat down on the sofa.

“So tell me what happened?” asked Delvin who got word that his brother had an accident. He hurried to leave all the work outside the city.

“I had an accident at the intersection of the road to the toll road. Brake car blong, it looks like something broke the car brake. Rather than you here making a riot, you better go investigate. Get my people to figure out the cause of the accident and who broke the brakes. One more! Go see a doctor and ask the driver's condition.”

“Good. I'm leaving now and will find the culprit!” delvin said he grabbed the phone from his pocket and contacted someone as he walked out of the treatment room.

“Rey, do you have any enemies out there?” ask Liona.

“I am a businessman and will definitely have enemies and people who do not like me. Such a thing is the face of the world of business. Never mind too much, I'm fine too.”

“Sssstttt. I'm sorry I worried you.” Reynard said, peeping over Liona's head. His heart was happy to be next to the woman he loved who was worried about him.

“Please promise to always be with me and never leave me and the kids.” Liona said.

“I promise! I will survive and live long for all of you.” said Reynard.

“Bigger! What have you done, huh? I told you to harm the woman.” shouted a man at his hired man.

“I've run as ordered by Sir. I cut the brake cord myself and paid someone to harm it. Now I'm asking for the rest of my pay!”

“You won't receive a dime! The woman is fine but someone else is wretched! You shouldn't touch that guy!”

“What do you mean don't pay me? I did as you ordered!”

“But the car you broke is not that woman's car! Stupid fool!”

“I've damaged the car you ordered. How do I know if the person in the car is not that woman. I'm running by order of Lord!” said the man was upset.

“Arrrgggg....go there! Don't ever show up in front of me or I'll throw you in jail. And remember, never bring my name in this matter! Here's your money.” said the man then dumped an envelope with money. As soon as he received the rest of the payment, the man passed.

 Fucking shit! Stupid stupid fool! Why are women*******it's always lucky! This cannot be allowed to continue. The woman must die this time.

Seth walked into the hospital in a hurry. Just as he was about to get into the elevator he saw the figure of the woman he recognized just walking out of the cafeteria. The man hid behind the wall until the woman arrived in front of the elevator and went inside when the elevator door opened, with Seth's quick steps into the elevator and closed the door.

“Ahh!” liona shouted in surprise at Seth's presence. Only the two of them were in the elevator. Suddenly the dilift air felt tight.

“Why? Are you afraid to see me?” tanya, Seth sharpened the woman in front of him.

“What are you here for?”

“What's your business, huh? This is a hospital and anyone can be here.” Seth has pressed the 4th floor button. Seeing that his feelings were not calm because Seth was standing in front of him in the way.

“What do you want? Move there!” liona's hand tried to push Seth's body. The elevator had reached the fourth floor and as soon as the elevator door opened, Seth immediately pulled Liona's hand out forcefully. Liona's wrists were flushed so tightly that the man's hands clasped.

“Release! What are you doing! I have to go back to your uncle's treatment room!” said Liona trying to let go of her hand.

“You're not going anywhere until our business is done!” snapped Seth pulled Liona into the corner room and closed the door. The room was a VIP room patient equipment storage room. Seth pushes Liona's body to the ground.

Liona's anger peaked then she stood up quickly and slapped Seth with all her might, Then her leg kicked Seth's lower body until the man screamed in pain and fell to the floor with pain. His hand held onto the part of the body that Liona had just kicked.

Liona's actions made Seth even more angry, his eyes looking at the empty bottle that was on the shelf next to him. One hand held down the lower abdomen that Liona kicked while the other held onto the shelf and grabbed the empty bottle.
