CHAPTERS 16.CALL ME 'SAD'

A strange man and this is the first time Liona has been proposed to by a man.  Moreover, that man was very handsome and wealthy. His hand touched his head which again throbbed pain. Felicia was a child and she had no idea what she was saying and what she was asking for.  Isn't that little girl's request so ridiculous? But how could his father even agree to his daughter's request. It's ridiculous for them.

They did not know her at all but she easily asked to marry him.  Is it because of Liona's pretty face? Father and son are just as silly, both stubborn and pushy to get what he wants.

The man was indeed the type that Liona liked, a handsome face, a muscular burly body, his skin was pure white and well-groomed but the aura of the man was extremely strong made Liona afraid.

“Mr..”

“Reynard Wilfred's. Just call Reynard.”

“Uh...what?”

“My name is Reynard Wilfred.  Don't call master, just call Reynard. Or you can call ‘sayang’ if you want.” his words make Delvin and Liona widen their eyes to hear the man's ridiculous speech.

“Wait! Brother said what just ‘sayang?” rework Delvin to convince.

Liona became clumsy and embarrassed until her face blushed red. Seeing that Reynard smiled in satisfaction, it meant that the woman also liked me she thought.

No words came out of Liona's mouth. What do you wanna say try? New period has been told to call ‘Sayang?’ Must be a shock, right? Delvin who realized the clumsy situation directly chimed in “Call Reynard to my brother, do not hesitate, yes.”

“Ba—alah.” replied Liona lowered her face.

“Call only ‘Sayang”. I think you should start getting used to it, if we get married it's not awkward anymore,” Reynard said again. ‘What the fuck? Since when did my brother become such a seductress? Oh my, Brother Reynard, please don't embarrass yourself.  Your attitude even makes Miss Liona will run away in fear thinking you are a perverted man.’ Delvin monologue in his heart. Unknowingly, he even patted his own eel. Delvin notices how his brother interacts with Liona, although he looks awkward but he can see if the two have any interest. 

Liona presses her temple “Please don't joke Mr. Reynard. I'm a nobody just an actress who just started a career in this city.  We also just knew each other, it feels strange if I should call you that.  Doesn't that sound like a lover's call?” said Liona “I don't think I deserve to be with you.  You are a rich and powerful man, there must be a lot of women chasing you. Honestly, I don't dare to have a romantic relationship with you.”

Reynard looks pouted but he still does not want to lose “Worthy or inappropriate is not you who decided it. I know who deserves to be my lover. I think you're worthy enough to even deserve that.  My daughter likes you too, doesn't she love?”  he said glancing at Felicia as if asking for her daughter's support.

“Papa Betul! A pretty aunt deserves to be my mama! I just want a pretty aunt, I don't want another woman to be my mama. Accept papa ya?” he said again with a clear face. Geez how could she refuse that little girl with her adorable face.  Just as Liona was about to say something suddenly the door of the room opened and a small figure rushed to run into the room “Mama!”

“Elvano, darling.”

Liona stretched out her hands but the boy stopped his steps when he saw his mother's head wrapped in bandages “What happened to mama? Does your mom feel pain?”

“Mama has improved a little, it does not hurt anymore because you are here.”

Elvano sighed deeply and realized that someone else was in the room. He stared at Reynard sharply “Oh...it turns out you are the one.” said Elvano ketus.

Reynard was surprised to hear the boy's cold-sounding words.  Reynard felt like he heard himself speak.  His facial expression changed, but he just stared gently at Elvano without feeling angry at the boy's attitude. The boy is very handsome..wait a minute..Why does this boy look like a stranger? Where have I seen him? Her handsome face but her gaze was cold, her demeanor was adorable.  Reynard likes Elvano.

“Do you know me? We've met before?”

“I often see the Master in magazines and in the news.” replied Elvano.

Reynard raised his eyebrows upon hearing the way the boy spoke, firm and cold. Hiro, who was also there, observed the situation in the room. “Hai Reynard! Delvin! How are you guys doing?”sapana. “Isn't this a coincidence? It turned out that the little girl Liona had saved was Felicia. It's a sign!” he said unconscious.

Liona gaping “Ja---so you guys know each other?”

“Iya. We were good friends a long time ago.  We were friends from small, more precisely we grew up together.” Hiro walks over to the bed and pours some warm tea for Liona.  “How are you doing, are you feeling better?”

“I'm better now. My head wasn't as sick as it was.”

“Good. Take a break and don't think about filming because the director told me that he gave you a week off.  You can return to filming when your condition has completely recovered.  So take your time to rest.” Hiro said at length explaining then thrusting warm tea on Liona.

Delvin just fell silent, his eyes back and forth looking at Liona and the boy who had just barged in. Various thoughts popped into his mind after seeing the boy, was he Liona's son? That means Liona was already married, then what happened? Where's husband? Means Liona's a one-child widow and my sister's a one-child widower.  Fate of both, he thought.  Delvin brought himself closer to Hiro and whispered softly “Hiro! Is that boy the son of Miss Liona?”

Actually Delvin doubted if Liona was married because if you look at him like he was twenty years old.  If this boy was Liona's son, then how old was Liona when she married and gave birth to the boy? Did she get married at a young age and give birth to a child? Her brother likes her and wants to marry her.  Delvin wanted to ascertain Liona's true status, was she divorced or what? If Liona has a child, Reynard's love life might just die.  Are not single mothers usually more likely to be reluctant to marry again and choose only to take care of their children? This situation is getting more complicated and difficult.  Liona must have thought the same.

“Hiro! Is this child your son and Liona?” delvin asked suddenly.

“You are crazy huh? Where could he be my son! How is the story I can have a child the age of Elvano, ha?”

“True too.  If you look at the boy who is four years old and you returned to the homeland four years ago.”

“Already! It's already! Don't be stupid and shallow. I'll tell you everything later.” while the two boys start interacting and chatting.
