35-END CHAPTER

The warm sunlight hit my face that afternoon. I wiggled my chair while researching every stitch on the cloth I was working on. The pattern of the picture of a name that I painted on the dark blue cloth seemed to make me smile when I saw it. I was so excited to finish the stitching on top of that dark blue cloth.

A drop of fresh blood came out from my index finger. The knock on the door just now shocked me so much that the carelessness happened. My finger was pierced by a sewing needle. However, I quickly regained my senses and smelled that finger. Then I left my job to move to the door that was just knocked on.

The door opened and showed a woman whose face I knew very well. I smiled and saw the arrival of the woman.

"Carsy! Let's go in." Say it while giving him a way to get into the house.

Carsy was sitting on the sofa in the living room. He was seen observing the whole room of my house.

"Wow.. This house is so big, Han. You must be so lonely living alone in this house." Carsy.

Carsy smiled too.

"Rain's got business, Han. So he can't come here."

I also nodded in a sign of understanding.

"There's actually something I want to tell you, Han." Carsy took something from her bag.

Carsy also gave me a tespack and ultrasound results. That made me surprised.

"You-you.. You guys..?" I asked not to expect.

Carsy smiled as she nodded. I immediately held onto Carsy's hand with great joy.

"Since when, Cars? How did you just tell the story?" Ask enthusiastically.

"Actually Rain has accepted me for a long time. But he can't do that because every time he tries he's always on your face, Han. Then six months ago he went to a psychologist for help and finally he could."

I who heard that instantly felt very uneasy and concerned. Because of someone's past, others can feel the bad effects.

"Together, Hany." Carsy rubbed my stomach.

"Oh yes, we will move to Thailand from tomorrow." continued Carsy.

"I'm pregnant and I want to be with my family at times like this. But we'll be back after our baby turns 2."

"I'm gonna miss you so much.." I hugged Carsy with teary eyes.

"I'm also Hany. I'll always call you while there." Said Carsy while rubbing my back gently.

I came with Brother Fatha to take Rain with his family to the airport. They had already prepared with their luggage to immediately fly towards their home country.

I hugged Bu Mega who was also with Rain. I shed tears as I hugged the woman who had so many stories with me.

"Kabari if Mother's grandson is born. I'll be back soon to see your granddaughter." His whisper in my ear while sobbing.

"Yes, Mom. I'll call Mom soon. Mega Ma'am take care of herself there. Call me often." Reply me.

We also took off our hugs and smiled. I noticed that Mega Ma'am was walking first. After that, Carsy approached me and hugged me. I returned his embrace as well.

"Take care of yourself and my niece.." My speech.

Carsy smiled too. "Surely, Han." Carsy passes by and follows Mega behind her.

I noticed the two women starting to move away, that was when Rain appeared in front of me. I stared at his brownish nanar and that handsome face.

"I still love you, Han.." she said.

I looked around to see the whereabouts of Brother Fatha. He was seen away from us because he was busy talking on the phone. I looked back at Rain. From the bottom of my heart I want to say this sentence once again, "I love you Rain.."

I also close my eyes with a circle of water falling from my eye. A warm kiss landed smoothly on my forehead. My blood immediately boiled and my tears grew louder. I opened my eyes and looked into Rain's eyes. Rain wiped my tears.

"See you, Hany. I hope later we can accept each other's situation. There is no more love as a man and a woman, but there is only love as a brother."

Hearing those words my heart was deeply sliced. There is a sense of disbelief and a sense that cannot be explained. However, I realized what Rain said was very true. We have to accept our circumstances and destiny. This must be the best for us.

"Thank you for finding me, Han. And thank you for awakening me. You've always been the best."

Rain smiled and passed to Brother Fatha who was calling who. I turned around and saw them shaking hands and laughing at each other. I don't know what they were talking about before the breakup.

One thing I understand now is that destiny is not to be guessed. No matter how hard two people struggle if not destined to remain unable to be together. But here there is a mistake. It is too late to be aware of love and struggle when everything has gone awry that one factor triggers failure.

If only on that day I knew that Rain would misunderstand me I would definitely forbid him to go and express my feelings right then and there. There will be no feelings of loss, no searching, and no mistakes. But that is a destiny we cannot ask for and cannot refuse.

Everything is set and we have enough. It looks like the money we have collected to buy something and in the end the money is used for other purposes, it does not need us to regret because that is the destiny of the money.
