"Hi Nora! How long have you been waiting for me?"
"Eh, Hany. Not long. Let's hurry, 15 minutes to go, our plane's leaving."
Nora and I got on our plane. The next few minutes our plane started taking off and drifting through the air. I felt tired of having to rush to see Nora. And thank goodness I'm not late.
I checked my bag to find a cell phone. That's when I felt a book was in there. I took out the book, which turned out to be the one I had brought from my office two days ago. I put the book in my lap and continued my purpose.
Nora picked up the book and flipped through it for a while. "This is the book in your room, right?" Ask Nora. I also nodded. He also opened his first page. Nora laughed. "Ha ha ha.. Tell me which silly man wrote a stupid thing like this" she wrote.
I took the book from Nora. "Give me back!"
Suddenly he held my hand. "Oh.. You came home to pick up this ring. Just come home in a hurry" ledek Nora.
"Yes-yes-yes. Just think of it that way. Because if I deny you won't budge."
I also saw the clock on my phone. It's there at 9:30. I also checked Whatsapp. There was a message coming from Fajri. I opened it too. He said:
"If you have arrived in Bangkok, you will be greeted by one of my friends named Vifi. So, don't worry, your work schedule has been arranged by him."
I don't understand what Fajri said. Work schedule? It's not like he's already given that work schedule.
"Nor, is our work schedule fixed?" I asked Nora.
"Already, Han. What's wrong?"
"I just got a message from Fajri, he said there was a friend in Bangkok who would welcome us. And he's also making our schedule."
"But here everything is already there. Tomorrow we'll have a meeting at Ashava Company. And after that we'll have a product launch at one of the downtown malls." Nora was obviously to me.
"But why did Fajri say that?" I'm still amazed.
"Already, Han. Fajri is so. He's always playing us. Especially my feelings." Nora said with a slightly disappointed expression.
"Kok you being a baper like this?" My ledek.
"It's okay. Sometimes I want to confide," said Nora.
A few hours later, we landed at an airport in Bangkok. After getting off the plane, we picked up our luggage and headed for the airport exit. However, as I walked, suddenly someone approached me. I was surprised to see the man in front of me. He looked at me while putting a smile on his lips.
"You're Hany, right?" Asked the man in a strange manner.
"Yeah. You who?" Ask me clumsily.
"I'm Viskha Adoragon. You can call me Vifi." He also extended his hand.
"Oh, so you're Vifi. I thought Vifi was a girl" I said while holding Vifi's hand.
"No. I'm a man" Vifi said with a humorous tone.
"Oh yeah, meet this friend and my secretary, Nora." Nora and Vifi met each other. After the meeting was over, Vifi took us to our hotel.
On the way to the hotel, I was busy wondering to Vifi about the company where we would be promoting the product. Vifi said that if she worked there, then Fajri asked her to direct us. We also talked about the spread of products that we had previously exported. And thank God, the product is growing rapidly in Thailand.
"Oh yeah, Fi, Fajri said you'd set our schedule. That means how, huh? We have set our own schedule. And that's also on Fajri's will" I asked the man of Thai blood.
"Yes, Hany. Your schedule is actually right. You have to meet on the 16th, right?"
"Yes. But it's still the 12th. Then we'll have a meeting on the 13th, right?"
Vifi nodded with a smile. "You forgot that April 13th" Vifi had not yet finished the sentence I immediately interrupted, "Songkran Celebration."
"Fuckin' thick!"
"That means for these three days we can go for a walk, Han?" Nora Typal.
"It seems so, Nor."
"I will take you around Bangkok while enjoying the festival," said Vifi.
"Thank you, Fi," I said.
Vifi parked her car at a five-star hotel. He invited me and Nora to get the keys to our room. After that, he took us to the inn room.
"This is your room. If you need anything, just call me. Here's my card" Vifi held out a card to me.
"Just give it to Nora, Fi. He'll call you later" I asked. Nora also received the business card.
"Alright, then I should go back to the office. You guys get some rest" said Vifi.
"OKAY. Thanks Vifi. Bye bye!" My speech.
"Bye bye!"
Vifi left our room. Instantly Nora approached me with a slightly strange gesture. "What's wrong?" My toot.
"Vifi is pretty, too." Nora.
"Basic girl flirtatious!"

Ssr!!
Huuuuuu!!
I rubbed my face that felt a little damp. I just realized that I was still wearing a face because I fell asleep after morning prayers. I let go of my face and folded and put it on my pillow. I just realized that Nora's not in the room. It's not even lunch time yet. Where the hell's he going?
I looked towards the balcony door that was wide open. At first glance I saw the balcony trolley looks alkaline like it had just been in the rain. However, it seemed that the sky was clear outside.
Choosing not to argue with myself, I decided to approach the place. And when I was surprised by the crowds of people who were gathering in the streets in their wet clothes. Ah, I forgot again that today there is a Songkran celebration. No wonder the sound is so noisy it can even be heard up into this hotel.
Those who realized there were people on the balcony, occasionally shouting like inviting those people to come down and play water. They sprayed the men with large water pipes to the point of almost getting the man wet if they had not fled. No exception I was almost hit by the big splash of water, but fortunately my place was a little higher to reach.
I just smiled watching their behavior down there. Moreover, some of their faces were dyed with various colors. Whether it's on purpose, or tradition, I don't know. It certainly seems like it's fun.
My phone suddenly rang. I immediately grabbed the phone lying on the bed.
"Hello! Nor, where are you?" Suddenly attack.
"Han, I'm outside with Vifi. We're stuck in a little tavern in front of the hotel" Nora said across the street.
"Well, how can you?"
"Yes, there's a festival, it's a street race, Han"
"Eh, that's not it, I mean, can you be with Vifi?" Ask wonder.
"Ohhh.. That's." There was a typical laughing voice of Nora over there. "So Vifi to the hotel to take us to breakfast while dancing a water gun. Because you're sleeping, so we can't get up. Yep.. We go both ways."
I also rotated my eyeballs. "You may be looking for a chance!"
Nora sounded chuckled.
"Then we wait for you in the car, yeah. The road is closed. So our car is parked on the sidewalk before the highway. You come here, but no need to shower, free later it will also get wet" explained Nora at length.
"Yes-yes. Wait there. In 15 minutes I'll be there."
I cut my connection after the conversation was over. After that, I rushed to wash my face and change clothes accordingly. After I finished with my hijab, I immediately left the hotel to see my secretary.
Fountains are everywhere. Like rain, even worse. Water is on each side. Even some people deliberately in the guyur with a bucket like a scene in a comedy film. Even I who had time to keep watch with an umbrella can still be on a little water.
Not too long to reach the place mentioned by Nora, I also saw a white car parked beside the sidewalk. I immediately ran and got into the car. Inside is Vifi and Nora sitting in the front seat. She really is a great secretary!
"Are you okay, Hany?" Ask Vifi with her special accent.
"Yes, Fi, I'm fine" I replied. "Where are we going, by the way?"
"Vifi wants to take us to Rattanakosin Royal Square. He said, there is a festive Songkran celebration" said Nora.
"Yes, Hany, we can hold some activities there. Once gus, I want to follow the ritual."
I'm just a little ooh. "Yes, that's it."
Rattanakosim Royal Square, here we are. Enjoying the thrill of playing water and following Vifi held a ritual. There are several activities that are carried out here, such as washing Buddha statues, feeding monks, making pagodas out of the sand, and also releasing birds. I just enjoy the activity and the atmosphere. While Vifi and Nora were busy following the ritual, I preferred to play water war with the children who had teased me with water guns. I also have a water gun. Vifi gave it to me. He said it was not afdol if he did not bring a water gun to the Songkran celebration. So, inevitably I have to use this gun as best I can.
Those kids really enjoyed the shower I shot over their heads. Sometimes they shoot their water bullets at me to make my clothes become moist. I too eagerly returned their fire. Until making some of them run in a mess in all directions.
One of the children hit a wheelchair sitting in a woman's seat. I don't know why he was in this crowd of people without anyone watching him. I saw him being overwhelmed by the gun that had just fallen off his lap. And no one cares even to see it that is distressing.
I approached the woman and picked up her water gun. Then I handed it to him.
"Khob khun kha!(Thanks!)" said the woman while smiling.
I just replied with a nod while smiling back.
"What are you doing here alone?" Askaqua. "Are you waiting for someone?" My next.
He was smiling even sweeter now. He nodded slowly. "I'm waiting my husband."
I was a little surprised, but not too. Because I thought this woman was my age or even older than me.
"Hu-Husband?"
"Chai! (Yes!)" Said the woman with spirit.
"Then, where are your husbands?"
"There!"
The woman pointed somewhere in between to the rumunan people who were scrambling to buy noodles boxes. I narrowed my eyes and tried to find this woman. There are a lot of men there. Then, which one? Or maybe he's messing with me.
"There are many peoples. So, which one?" I'm still curious.
The girl smiled at the person behind me. Then, he waved his hands excitedly. "That's my husband!"
Then I turned around and saw a tall man with a very familial posture. My blood flow instantly moved like an electric shock. And my lips started to shake. I froze in my place. Likewise with the man who was carrying two mi boxes in his hands. My knees are starting to feel wobbly and want to fall. My face warmed up because it held back tears.
"Yes!"
No, it's not the man's voice. That's the voice of the approaching Vifi call with Nora.
"You've been anywhere, Han. We're tired of kam nyari" Nora looks silenced.
"R-rain!?"
