The old engine was just heard leaving my yard. That means the day is too high to be greeted as morning. I woke up asleep on the floor covered with ice. Even the most advanced subordinates are still attached to my waist well.
I looked towards the window curtain that was still closed. A timid-looking light broke through the blemish of the long cloth. I turned to the other side of my room. There was a round clock with its long needle in the number ten and the short needle in the number near eleven.
I immediately got up from my bed and packed my prayer kit lying on the floor. After that, I took a towel to refresh my body.
After feeling very fresh, I went out of my room to the kitchen where Kak Ina usually move. As I thought, he had prepared a breakfast that could almost be called lunch. I also approached Brother Ina who was busy at the dining table.
"Ehm.. Where's mother, sister?" I asked when I realized that Mother was completely invisible. "Mother goes with Dad to Grandpa's rubber garden" replied Kak Ina briefly.
I immediately frowned and nodded. "Kok, they didn't ask me anyway, brother. I'd like to come too" I whine.
Ina smiled as she gave me a pair of spoons and forks. I couldn't accept that he ignored my words and just gave me a smile. I also returned to whining. "Sir Ina.. How come Ina didn't have a response?"
"Yes.. How else, Hany right, still sleeping," Tukas Kak Ina while giving me a plate of fried rice. I also pursed my lips. "I want to come."
Brother Ina smiled again. He sat across from my chair watching me gobble up some fried rice. It took a few minutes before Ina raised her voice. After the fried rice on my plate ran out, he spoke.
"You don't like being in a rubber garden. There's a lot of mosquitoes in there." Brother Ina is trying to improve the state of my heart. I also leaned towards him. "Belvin. At least there's Rain," I said. "Huu.. You're flirty!" Cheers Kak Ina while throwing plastic tissue at me. I also chuckled across from him.
"Eh, by the way about Rain, he was here, you know!" Said Kak Ina.
I almost choked in the middle of my drink when I heard Rain's name called. "Huh? Rain here?" He also nodded.
Ina also told me about the chronology of the morning I had missed. He said Rain came here to take me out. But since I was still asleep, he stopped going alone. So, he's not in the garden. Where does he go?
"Eh, but this morning a guy came in here, Dek. He said he wanted to see you. But Brother said that Adek was still sleeping. After that, he left." I was shocked to hear the story of Ina. I know who Ina's referring to. That man must be Brother Fatha. I forgot that I had a sightseeing appointment today with him.
"Astenghah! That guy must be Fatha's sister, right?" Tukanku while patting the dining table.
"Ah, right. She said her name was Fatha." Said Kak Ina who seemed to have just remembered something. "Oh yeah, sorry before, Dek. Fatha asked for Adek's mobile number. So, brother love, deh. No papa, right?"
"No problem, brother." I turned from where I was sitting and went to my room to look for my cell phone that I knew where I had put it. "Where are you going?" Shouted Brother Ina who I just left. "From Mobile!"
I found my phone under the bed pillow. I also turned on the screen which was still shiny. I saw one notification on the rectangular screen. Then, I pressed the screen to see the contents of the message that had not been read.
Number not known. And I can tell that's Sister Fatha's number from the message I read. He asked if I was awake. And this message came in about an hour ago.
I told him I was awake. As well as apologizing for not keeping the promise to travel with Sister Fatha. The message was quickly responded by Brother Fatha. And how surprised I was because the streets were canceled.
Suddenly my phone rings. I almost dropped it because I was shocked. There is a number of Brother Fatha that I have not been able to save. I answered the phone hesitantly.
"Huh-hello?" There was a noise across there.
"Hello, Han! I'm sorry we didn't take a walk. Suddenly there is an event that cannot be delayed. So, let's go tonight, shall we?"
After I agreed to her invitation, Brother Fatha hung up the phone. I put my phone under my pillow so I don't forget where I put it. After that, I went to see Ina again in the kitchen.
...----------------...
Right after the prayer, Brother Fatha came to pick me up. I also picked up the bag I used to carry and put my phone in it. After that, I met Kak Ina who was busy playing her phone on the sofa. I asked him for permission, because he was the only one left at home.
I got out of the house and found Brother Fatha standing next to her car. This time he was carrying his car instead of the toothed motorbike he always carried. The car is white with a license plate number indicating its name. It looks like the car only has two rows of car seats. I can tell from the size of the car that looks tiny.
"Can we leave now? Or do you need to ask Hany's parents for permission first?" Ask Brother Fatha who is still standing in her place.
"No need, Brother. They're not at home. We can leave now" I replied.
I also approached Brother Fatha while holding the strap of my backpack. I was nervous because I had never been with a man other than Rain before. And this is the first time.
Sister Fatha opened the car door when I got close to her. I got in the car and threw a smile at him. It didn't take long for him to occupy the driver's seat. Then he started the car engine.
I kept watching Brother Fatha for a long time. He looks good in the clothes he wears. A blue-and-white striped shirt with a knit sweeter lining it on the outside. Jeans that are rather loose dress the legs of Kak Fatha that can be said to contain. As well as her hair in a neat pomade adds to the appeal of a Fathana Jordi.
"You're beautiful." Said Brother Fatha who made me more nervous. "Thank you," I replied.
After Sister Fatha said that, I did not dare to look at her again. Even because I was so nervous I didn't even ask where we were going.
We were silent for a long time. Before Brother Fatha finally stopped at a restaurant a little far from where I live.
Brother Fatha also invited me to sit on the top floor of the restaurant. At that place the view is quite beautiful. Flickering city lights flashed on the windows beside our seats. And it made me feel like we weren't just eating dinner. But I'm dating.
A waiter came to bring us a menu book. Brother Fatha also asked me to order food first. I chose to order a drink. Cappuccino has always been my choice.
I just watched Brother Fatha eat while sipping the cappucino I ordered. Sometimes I scoop the red velvet that Brother Fatha ordered specifically for me. He looked like a starving person by eating that fast. In just a few minutes, the food on his plate had run out.
I'm trying to find a topic of conversation. It didn't take long, something caught my mind.
"Where is that sister's girlfriend by the way?" I tried to start a conversation.
Brother Fatha also looked at me. "Because, we promised him noon. If she says she can't." Answer it calmly.
"Oh.. I see," I said.
"Later when you're done, you tell Brother, yes. Suddenly Brother has a stomachache, huh." Brother Fatha groaned in pain. Then he went to the toilet after asking me for permission.
