When the enemies are seen, Grey and his army attack, using explosives and then using holy magic to render the undead powerless.
Sartina led in the front line and shouted while riding her horse.
"groaning."
And they followed his movements, this was a barren field that became the next battle. Grey was there to eradicate the undead as much as he could until something shocking happened.
In front of him a giant skull appeared, it was as high as a hill and each in his hand held a femur that was made into a weapon. The moment he slammed it into the ground it created an explosion into the air while the troops flew in all directions, from them also being killed on the spot.
"That's great" said Via in the form of a sword, before he was carried away to dodge the next attack. Grey wasn't too careless to withstand his attack there was no guarantee that he was able to compensate for this skull.
He asked the entire army to retreat to make room for him to fight one-on-one.
Grey jumps to the side then jumps towards the skull to give it a double slash, even so it doesn't really hurt him well but rather makes him bounce back.
Grey said to Via.
"We do that."
"Owh, finally the time for me to shine has come."
Two strikes hit Grey from above.
"Grey?" sartina shouted but she was not there but above the creature. In short he flew with wings of light.
"So it's a spirit technique" Sartina added. The sword in Grey's hand began to enlarge much larger and larger. The moment it was dropped the skull head along with its body split in two parts then exploded violently.
The fight ended with a victory.
There was no way to bring those who had died, they only took their identification marks to give to their families, while the rest they buried on the spot.
It is for the freedom of all people, their sacrifice was never wasted, what everyone thinks now.
"Good."
The Greys would continue to clear the attackers and when they managed to take them all down, they would move into the real undead king territory.
They rested again in the forest around which was decorated with fruitful plants, on the edge of which was a clear stream.
"Is it really safe here?" asked Sartina who replied with a nod Via.
"Of course, this is spirit territory.if it wasn't for me we wouldn't all be able to get inside here anyway" he said proudly.
"But I don't see any spirits?" cut Sartina.
"Obviously it isn't, they don't want to meet humans, ever since humans kidnapped us and made them into weapons they don't want to be seen anymore."
The incident occurred when the three countries fought the undead king for the first time. Grey can understand what they feel if they don't want to show themselves at least Grey is grateful because they want to welcome this group and even allow them to rest.
Some people need to get treatment and they need a safe place to recover.
Two days after their wounds were healed, Grey, leaning on a tree, was awakened by the figure of Via next to him
"What's wrong?"
"There are enemies coming, other spirits just warning me."
"How many people?"
"There's only one person, moreover he is able to break through this place."
Grey did not want to involve the people here, therefore he slipped away alone.
