Grey wakes up in a foreign bed groaning in pain, believing he has fainted after fighting Minotauros.
Along with a gust that shook the curtain, the light from there hit Grey's face, who did so was Irena who seemed to put on a slightly unexplainable look.
Grey finally realizes that he is not wearing his helmet.
"Irena."
"Don't worry that I'm the only one who knows your face, I don't think you're a vampire, I just want to hear everything."
Irena stood still as Grey explained everything. He let out a long sigh and bit by bit understood what had happened to him.
"Whether I'm human or what, my purpose remains the same."
Grey put on his clothes and then covered his face again.
"Then thank you."
"For the corpses to be taken care of by the guild even so they ask you to come tomorrow."
"Well." Yeah."
Grey walked over without saying a word and left Irena, who was silent as she held her head.
"You've endured all this time" he said with sadness.
Grey walked into the basement of her residence and saw how Anabeth was still asleep with the entire chain tying her body, she let go of everything and hugged Anabeth with her hands.
"Grey, are you back?"
"Sorry late, do you want to eat something?"
"Then make me kare."
"Do it."
Grey or Anabeth behave as they always do but Grey can't always be like this he must find a way to eliminate the influence of the red moon for Anabeth even if he has to destroy the moon.
After resting all day, Grey came to the guild just as what was requested by them everyone seemed to be speechless with a gloomy atmosphere. Not because of its appearance but because of the situation that occurred at this time.
Irena was appointed as the leader of the adventurers even so there was nothing she could do even the previous guild master had been killed in the first wave.
In exchange Grey must now act.
"When you've been quiet like this, have you given up."
Irena was about to stop him but being gentle never produced any good for this cruel world so she chose not to. He knew before the next wave happened he had to be ready for something bad.
Grey appeared with little hope.
"Before the next wave we'll do something to protect this city."
One of them answered.
"How can we survive, without top-ranked adventurers we will die."
"What you're saying is true but there are still many other ways we can do, we'll set traps, blockades, and also set many traps even if without the help of the kingdom we'll be able to live."
Grey takes out a paper about a trap he created just overnight, he gives it to Mary as well as Irena as the guild representative.
"This?"
"Use it, I even made a simple explosive that you can make."
Everyone was amazed at what Grey showed.
"Then what about you?" ask Irena.
"I want to find out something that can bring back that red moon, as long as I'm going away from this town."
"Grey?"
"We can't keep going, there has to be something called change for all of us."
Grey just walked towards the exit of the guild leaving the people who started discussing with each other.
"Please return safely" murmured softly Mary prayed.
