Grey doesn't expect climbing the mountain to be as easy as flipping a palm, along the way he'll have to face off against some red birds who keep eyeing him as a game animal, he swung his sword to split the bird in half.
If he continues to be there everything will not change, so Grey chose to walk while brushing things off.
"You guys are really troublesome," just as Grey climbed further the bird decided to retreat and now he's faced with some red lizards, these lizards were natural enemies of earlier birds where they liked to steal eggs.
Even before reaching its peak the journey was quite tortuous.
He slashed them through his sword and some had bitten off his arms and legs even so it was not something that was difficult for him to deal with, with his sword he sliced them apart in small pieces and finished them off mercilessly.
There were several adventurers he found against them as well, consisting of two men as well as one priest job, it was the standard group set by the guild.
They moved well to finish them off.
"You guys did well," realizing that Grey was behind him, they gave a surprised shriek.
"Don't worry I'm also from the guild."
"Why do you look like that?"
"Sorry, sorry, I intend to climb to the top so see you later."
"Wait a minute, instead the place is dangerous even the top adventurers don't want to go there."
"No problem, this is my mission."
Grey left them to continue his steps back, sand soil mixed with gravel he passed until he finally reached the top of his mountain.
Blue lily plants are plants that can live anywhere under any conditions, even they can be found in basements, underwater, dungeons and other hidden places.
It is only a hope that is cooled by many people but in fact, if these plants are picked they are difficult to grow in different soil.
Thinking about it would only be futile, so Grey threw away any thoughts then skated down to get down closer. In front of him were many blue lily flower beds yet he did not see any dragons.
Is he going somewhere?
When Grey thought of the dragon coming out of the hot lava, it landed in front of him while shaking its wings before walking around Grey's alert body with a sword in his hand.
Grey hopes he doesn't have to fight unfortunately not for the dragon, about 15 feet tall with a scaly body and a mouth that spouts fire.
Grey rolled over to avoid his breath before getting up and running with the tip of the sword aimed at the very body of the dragon, he slightly injured it before leaping backwards as the dragon used its claws to attack.
Grey positioned his sword in defense as his body was directly hit by the dragon's head.
"Roaaaaaaarg."
The dragon roared and again breathed out fire, Grey realized he should have brought a shield before coming here so he could have a little easier to deal with a dragon.
Regretting is too late.
By hiding behind the rock, he could take shelter for a while as the dragon stopped him moving back.
Unlike before, Grey chose to attack the dragon. He swung his sword diagonally which made an internal wound.
When the dragon again breathed out, Grey did not avoid it but broke forward while thrusting his sword through his heart.
The dragon roared for a while before collapsing downwards, if this much larger dragon Grey would obviously not be able to handle it, either, by reflex he hurriedly rolled around in the sand to extinguish the flames that were burning his clothes.
