Chapter 26: The Skull Troops

After making up his mind everyone followed Grey's orders to move forward. They drew their swords even Sartina herself handed over the entire command to him.

They ran as if they were about to attack blindly but in reality they stopped immediately.

Just as the skulls got closer, they were blown up with mines. January who was the figure of a big wolf and also the leader furrowed his brows.

"They have set a trap, obviously they all shot arrows so that my first troops could not activate the trap and take the opportunity to be attacked in two, haha... I think there are people who are used to war there, it's getting interesting."

January called on his entire army to attack and only left himself in the rear line, coinciding with the smoke of dust disappearing in the wind. A battle had spilled, Grey finishing two in front of him before finishing on his left and right.

The troops that had been behind the main army led by Grey and Sartina now ran ahead, they made themselves as a shield to hold all the skulls, because some carry a shield so it is easily put to good use.

"Forward!"

The main troops started running to the left, in short they took a detour.

Two of them broke away to help the other troops while Grey and Sartina had approached towards a happy-grinning January.

"So then, you guys from the beginning did intend to go straight for me, come you two and I will show you how weak you are who live as humans."

Grey bowed half his body while running with his sword dragged across the ground. Grey's well-restrained attack produced a metallic clashing sound, both of them bouncing off half a meter which was further spliced with Sartina's sword swing.

They took turns attacking him.

Their movements were quick and it was enough to make January fuss before finally keeping his distance, he readied and Grey parried him to the side.

Before January drew his sword back the figure Sartina had swung her sword, it injured part of her left hand.

He groaned in pain and just then Grey had already launched his next slash.

"Dam."

Thumped.

January's body bounced back.
