On the roof of one of the buildings, Stacy fought with dozens of people. Seeing the crazy archers trying to attack using bows from close range, the woman shook her head. He immediately took out two short swords.

Prisoners who were there were divided into four types. One was the elderly who looked weak and desperate. Two were the girls hugging each other in the corner while grinding their teeth. Three were little children who were huddled in a corner of fear, they looked extremely pale. Lastly were random people looking angry and crazy, it seemed like an enemy from the Crux of Shadow that was captured to be sacrificed.

Seeing Ark's appearance, many of them were instantly frightened. Because usually, the one who came would take some people to sacrifice. But not everyone is afraid, some elderly people seem so calm because they expect nothing more. There are also some rebels who seem to know Ark well enough.

Ark walked towards the cell filled with rebels trying to fight against the Crux of Shadow.

Ark's eyes narrowed.

Ark opened the prison cell door. Before anyone could get out, he kicked them inside. The young man then went into the prison cell.

A few seconds later, screams, cries, and apologies instantly echoed throughout the room. The elderly still wore a flat expression, the girls instantly stopped crying while covering their mouths. Young children cover their ears while constantly shrinking in the corner.

They were all unexpected, not heroes .. but demons who came to where they were!
