A mysterious energy emerged from the vortex, annihilated it, and then shot towards the crocodile turtle.

This was no ordinary turtle; as soon as the mysterious energy approached, it began to shine with a golden light, especially its shell. After taking a closer look at the shell, Bai Xiaochun's mind began to spin.

"The turtle shell .." he muttered, "it looks very familiar …." As soon as the mysterious energy swept through the crocodile turtle, its body disappeared, leaving only its shell. Then, that energy seemed to be preparing to remove the shell from existence, but before it could, an illusory large flower suddenly appeared within the starry sky!

Then, it drew closer to the Mortal Renegade itself. Even when Bai Xiaochun was seen in excitement, the energy revolved around Mortal Renegade .. and without harming him in the slightest, turned around and shot into the distance ….

"Huh?" Renegade Mortal exclaimed in shock.

"Nh …." Bai Xiaochun said, extremely shocked and disappointed as grains of sweat appeared on his forehead.

After a moment of silence, the Mortal Renegade turned to look at Bai Xiaochun coldly. And then, the previously silent Fingers of Annihilation continued to rumble to Bai Xiaochun.

"Spirit? What type? It's totally unreliable! " At this point, there was no time for him to turn to the turn of time; the Annihilation Finger was right above him. With eyes widened into a sharp gaze, he stretched out his right hand, summoning the turtles to block the finger attack. At the same time, he shouted at the top of his lungs.

"Waterswamp !!"

It was so huge that it could support the starry sky, its shell was emitting a golden light, and its expression was ferocious to the extreme. It seemed to be raging to an unparalleled level! This was the exact same .. crocodile turtle that had just emerged from the vortex and entered the Eternal World right in front of Bai Xiaochun and the Mortal Defender!

The expression of The Mortal Renegade could not be more unsightly. He could never have imagined that Bai Xiaochun would have this kind of divine ability that he wanted. After all, even he trembled in astonishment when he saw the cruel and ferocious crocodile turtle attacking him.

I would like to point that out in chapter 1021, as well as the later chapters, I purposely refer to Bai Xiaochun's life essence spirit as "crocodile" and not "crocodile"

In Chinese, "Holy Annihilation" here consists of two characters that rhythmically almost perfectly with the characters for "Evastation" in "Older Annihilation" that appeared or was mentioned at certain points in the Immortal Renegade, Pursuit of Truth, and I Will Close Heaven. From the moment the bodies and warships appeared earlier in the AWE, Chinese fans speculated that he was the Destruction of the Old Man. This section pretty much confirms that.
