The Frigid Matriarch betrayed her master, and joined the Blood Ancestor to try to kill him!

In the end, the Blood Ancestor died, and sank to the bottom of the Heavenspan River, with only one, defiant hand that stretched above the surface of the water …. The Frigid Matriarch also perished. However, he managed to create a soul clone that had a true spirit. After which, he remained hidden in the Spirit Stream Sect, forever gazing into the distance at the Blood Ancestor.

Because of the things that happened .. Celestial's first chance to concoct the pill he wanted ended in failure.

But the Celestials did not give up. In the years that passed, he tried to find another way to escape the world in which he was trapped. But at the same time, he kept the Undying Live Forever Pill in his back pocket, ready to use as a last resort.

If no one else could master the Live Forever Codex, then perhaps the Celestial would be forced to finally abandon his crazy plan. But then, his daughter, Du Lingfei .. became the second person capable of cultivating this technique!

After all ... he had the support of Heaven, and therefore, it was only natural that his cultivation went easier than others.

Celestial was not entirely cold-hearted when it came to the fact that his daughter was successful with the Live Forever Codex. On one hand, he was eager to escape from the Heavenspan Realm. But on the other hand, she was still hesitant at the thought of sacrificing her own child.

As far as the Celestial is concerned, the gravekeeper actually forced him down this path. That was not what he really wanted, but he felt he had no other choice. And thus, he went to war with the Wildlands.

He would end all life in the Wildlands, kill the gravekeeper, expel the Underworld River, and end the lineage of the Arch-Emperor Dynasty. Amidst all that, Bai Xiaochun became the next person after the Blood Ancestor who mastered the Death Codex!

In the end, the Heavenly has two choices. Sacrificing his own flesh and blood, or watching his longevity run out, and his hopes of escaping the Heavenspan Realm would be shattered into pieces. Finally, he chose the first …. And considering how his initial attempt at this plan failed, as soon as he made his decision, he placed the magic slave seal on Du Lingfei!

Then he just waited for Bai Xiaochun to appear. After confirming that Bai Xiaochun had succeeded with the Undead Codex, he made a move. Nothing stood in his way, and thus, he brought Bai Xiaochun from the Wildlands to Heavenspan Island.

In response, Du Lingfei shivered and looked slowly. An empty expression, he started walking slowly towards Bai Xiaochun, who could do nothing but watch his approach. When he stepped on the blood in the pond, it immediately stained his white clothes to black. At the same time, a greedy magical symbol started to crawl towards him and passed around on his skin.

He stopped right in front of her, where he slowly grabbed. When he did, he began to shine with the crystal light ….

A resonance formed with the light from the spell formation, where a shocking gravitational force erupted from Du Lingfei!

The force of gravity spread through Du Lingfei and onto Bai Xiaochun, causing him to shiver. Looking at Du Lingfei grimly, he .. slowly closed his eyes.
