This world technically did contain a slight flow of qi, in much the same way that the Eternal World only contained memos, which Bai Xiaochun had taken and used to reach the Archaean Realm. But now, there was no flow of qi available to Daoist Heavenspan.

As soon as Song Que woke up, he made a spell move, sending the Dao Essence mountain rumbling in the river with devastating force towards Daoist Heavenspan.

Daoist Heavenspan was just about to start an attack again, only to find the mountain that was now sliding towards him. Subsequently, Song Que took control of the river, making it appear to come to life again.

Instantly, the stream turned around, simultaneously shifting to surround Daoist Heavenspan.

At the same time, the Dao Essence mountain expanded, growing immensely and emitting Essence power as it descended.

It was as if he could see Bai Xiaochun there, meditating!

Even when Bai Xiaochun's name came out from his lips, he threw both of his hands wide, causing even more shocking flames to appear from within him !!

Clearly, he had held back a little before, and only burned his flesh, blood, and life force. However, he did not burn his soul or the Dao he obtained from the Mortal Renegade!

But now, he doesn't care. He burned his soul and Dao together, causing a sea of blazing flames to spread out in all directions, accompanied by a roar of pain.
