A Will Eternal – Chapter 113
Chapter 113: Something Really Bad
There was something strange about this tier 3 spirit medicine. As for the overall quality, surprisingly, it had surpassed the low class to reach the middle class. Bai Xiaochun was overjoyed, and immediately forgot about how depressed he was because of the rabbit.
Holding the pill in his hand, his excitement grew until he gasped for breath, and his eyes glittered.
“This pill is a spirit medicine that can change the fate of 10,000 Snake Valley…. It will teach all these snakes .. how to keep their mouths shut! " Even as a proud smile spread across his face, he suddenly recalled the rabbit, and his heart was pounding. But then a loud hiss of the snake reached his ears, as well as the sound of the snake slamming into the shield of the spell formation.
"Shut up!" he snarled, glaring at them. With it, it produces turtles and does spirit enhancement …. Moreover, he did not stop at the twofold increase; he utilized the few remaining tails of his spirit to make a threefold increase.
The silver light glittered, and many impurities in the medicinal pill were eliminated; surprisingly, it rose from the middle class to the premium class!
The medicinal pill in hand, Bai Xiaochun walked out of the stone hut to stand on the edge of the spell formation, where he saw countless snakes spraying poison and slamming into the shield.
“Half a year ago, Lord Bai told you that I would show you how great I am. Don't forget you forced me to do this! ” With that, he waved his hand, sending a shooting medicinal pill out of the spell formation to land in the middle of all the snakes.
He had added a drop of his blood into the mix, so as soon as the pill flew out, countless snakes pounced, fighting amongst each other to become the one to swallow it. The snake to win was ultimately at the fourth level of Qi Condensation, the turbid-eyed viper. Immediately after ingesting the pill, a tremor engulfed him, and his eyes began to glow with a strange light.
Bai Xiaochun looked on excitedly, but before anything else could happen, one of the bloodgod cobras flocked. Considering it was at the eighth level of Qi Condensation, it destroyed many other snakes that blocked its path, reducing them to nothing more than bloody paste. Then, it swallowed the dwarf-eyed viper in one gulp.
Bai Xiaochun's eyes widened as he looked towards the blood cobra, which looked at him with cold eyes before sliding into the rocky ground, where it was coiled.
Bai Xiaochun started to fidget, but had no choice but to wait and see what happened. After the time it took to burn the incense, the bloodgod cobra suddenly shivered. It seemed, he wanted to open his mouth, but something very sticky closed it. He struggled with all his might, and managed to open his mouth slightly, revealing a sticky strand that stretched between his lips and fangs.
Bai Xiaochun was happy to see that his work was a success, and eagerly waited for the second effect of the spirit medicine to start working.
Again, enough time passed to burn the incense. The mouth of the blood cobra was now tightly sealed. His eyes bulged out from his head, and instead of being cold and ferocious, they now looked like goldfish eyes. The snake looked puzzled, and instead of being as fierce as before, it looked a little comical ….
Immediately, a poof sound can be heard from the blood cobra, such as flatulence. A pink gaseous substance appeared, which quickly turned into a mist that spread out in all directions.
More poof sounds could be heard; apparently the blood cobra had not yet finished emitting gas. Bai Xiaochun looked excited as the process continued for the rest of the day.
Other than the area within the spell formation, the entire cave was now filled with pink mist, which was inhaled by the other snakes. Slowly, sticky substances began to accumulate in their mouths, and their eyes began to bulge. Immediately, the next set of snakes began to emit gas.
Finally, the poofing sound sounded like muffled thunder, constantly echoing about the cave. As the fog filled the basement, all the snakes became affected.
Even the innermost snakes in the room, whose most glittering eyes were discovered by the most terrifying Bai Xiaochun, started to emit sweeping sounds.
A few days later, the fog disappeared. Bai Xiaochun stood there in a spell formation, looking around at the silent snake cave. No hiss, no poison spouting. The mouths of all the snakes were tightly shut, and their empty eyes glared in confusion.
Bai Xiaochun threw his head back and laughed out loud. While raising his chin proudly, he naturally took the sullen stance of a lonely hero and swung his sleeves.
“By flicking a finger, I covered the mouths of all the snakes in the 10,000 Snake Valley. As for the perfect pill of mine, I will hereby name it. Close your eyes! ”
The lonely hero walked out from within the spell formation to the beautiful horde of small snakes. As he looked around, he smiled happily and felt more like a hero. But then he saw a viper one step in the distance that was flushed red, almost as if his body was heating up. Then, in his most bizarre development, he suddenly started thrashing violently.
Now, when the one-step viper snake stopped, it could not hiss, and even seemed resistant to pain. Immediately, his skin was torn apart and bleeding, yet it did not stop thrashing.
Most striking of all was the blood cobra, which had grown much larger since taking the medicinal pill, and thrashed with a certain hardness.
In the depths of the cave, rumbling sounds began to echo, and soon all the snakes thrashed about with mad violence. Some of them even shot into the air and smashed into the stone walls.
Bai Xiaochun's eyes were as wide as plates as he dove back into the spell formation. Instantly, the countless surrounding snakes began to fight against the batter of the spell formation as if they were insane. Just looking at it caused Bai Xiaochun's scalp to go numb.
"Geez, this is bad. These snakes are going crazy. If they continued to thrash around, something really bad would happen! " Bai Xiaochun started to get very nervous. His original intention was simply to make the snakes shut their mouths; he never imagined that something like this would happen. As soon as he thought about how angry Li Qinghou was when he saw the current state of the snake, he started to tremble.
He ran anxiously back to the stone hut and started making medicinal pills. He produced a large number of medicinal herbs, hoping to concoct some medicine to solve the problem. He was no longer as satisfied as before. Instead, she looked like she was about to cry, and fear came out of her mind. A few days later, he came out of the stone hut, disheveled hair, red eyes.
He had three medicinal pills in his hands, which he made for three days and nights without sleep. What he expected was that these pills would calm the snakes down, and at least buy him some time to concoct a true antidote.
The scene that met his eyes as he appeared was shocking. All the snakes were writhing and thrashing in total madness. The stone walls were cracked and shattered, and many of the snakes were covered in bloody wounds.
Bai Xiaochun was completely ready to cry. He quickly disposed of the medicinal pill, which exploded in the air, causing a mist to spread over the snake. Almost immediately, they became calm, and their wounds even began to heal ….
A few days later, the snake was still calm, and the thrashing behavior had not returned. Finally, Bai Xiaochun heaved a sigh of relief.
"You almost made Lord Bai die of fear! I think something bad is going to happen. Huh! Well, with my expertise in Dao medicine, this is not an event! ” Feeling very proud of himself, Bai Xiaochun was about to work on an antidote to the poison when he suddenly stopped in place and gulped, looking at one particular snake in the distance.
It was a wrinkled-eyed death viper, and now that it had fully recovered, it began to emit a shocking aura. Fluctuations were not from the cultivation base, but rather his fleshly body. It suddenly twitched, hitting a nearby rock and smashing it into pieces.
Bai Xiaochun. There were a few wrinkled-eyed vipers in the cave, and although their venom was extremely deadly, their bodies were relatively weak. They were definitely not this strong physically, however, his eyes did not deceive him.
Gasping for breath, he looked around at the other snake, and sweat began to trickle down his forehead.
"How is this possible?" murmured with raucous.
More snakes started twitching, and then erupted with fleshly body strength. They did not thrash around, however, the slightest movement they caused the ground to tremble. The huge stones shattered as if the snake was a whip in the hands of an almighty being, a whip that could shatter all obstacles into pieces.
They all had seemingly limitless fleshly body strength, and worse, some of them started heading towards him.
Previously, the spell formation could stop them easily, but now it started to tremble and let out cracking sounds. If the spell formation were to break apart, Bai Xiaochun could not even imagine how he would deal with so many extremely powerful snakes.
That was when the blood cobra snake, which had a flesh body even stronger than the other snakes, struck the spell formation. At the same time, another snake head emerged from the depths of the cave. The snake looked at Bai Xiaochun with bulging eyes.
The head was extremely large, about three meters in length; thus, it was only possible to imagine how long the rest of the snake was. Terrified, Bai Xiaochun screamed and ran back to the stone hut to start concocting medicine while others.
