The huge shock wave spread out in all directions. Bai Xiaochun had struggled just to keep his wounds in check, and was unable to avoid the troops. When it hit him, his mind started to spin, and he started to fall in the air, completely out of control.

Even as his consciousness began to fade, he jerked his eyes towards Daoist Heavenspan, only to see him overwhelmed by the shockwave. It is impossible to say whether he survived or died ….
