Chapter 70

David had nowhere to go after leaving the building, nor did he want to go back to class, so he went into the small forest beside the sports field and stared blankly at the students on the sports field, he said, the sweaty heat.

He thought about his experience for the past half a month. It really was like a dream.

He didn't realize how long it had been. A crisp and clear voice sounded beside David's ear.

“Are you David?” David looked to see.

'Luna?

What the hell is he doing here?

Is he looking for me?'

Amidst his confusion, he replied, “Ya!”

“You know Zachary?” Luna asked again.

“Sort of it!”

“Are you guys friends?”

“Enemy!”

“Oh? Those who could qualify as enemies of Zachary were not ordinary people! No wonder Howard is so scared of you!”

“You're wrong! I'm just a regular guy!”

Luna did not think about this matter and asked, “Do you want to join the martial arts club?”

“At first I wanted to, but I didn't want to join again!”

“Why?”

“Why should I join if I can't learn anything?” David answered the question.

Luna was a little angry after hearing David's reply. If David looked down on the martial arts club, didn't he also look down on himself as the club's chairman?

“You think the martial arts club is just a fight between weak girls?”

“Is there any real talent then? Didn't you yourself say that it's too late to practice martial arts now?”

“Because Howard is so afraid of you, David, and since you see Zachary as your enemy, I'm sure you're quite strong, right? Want to join the martial arts club as vice chairman?” Luna invited him.

“Sorry, but I'm not interested. Maybe you should find someone else!” David answered.

“David, I have been personally appointed to be Zachary's wife, so since you are hostile towards her, don't you want to upset her? Or maybe humiliate him?”

David turned to look at Luna.

'This girl must be crazy!

What am I supposed to do with you who don't want to marry her? Are you trying to use me as a weapon? Or use me as an excuse? I'm not stupid!'

It'll bite back on him someday. He only won once by chance. If he had to compare himself to Zachary, he was trailing far behind!

David did not give an answer.

He stood up instead. Luna was a little confused by David's actions.

Are they not enemies?

He thought he would be able to get David to join the club by saying that. It will be interesting to see if Howard will continue to interfere if that happens. After all, based on Howard's reaction earlier, David was at least on par with Zachary, right?

Seeing David about to leave, Luna immediately launched an attack on David out of desperation. He thinks David is good at fighting. Moreover, he did not use all of his strength, so David should be able to block his attacks.

'Is that not the problem?' David did not dare to say that.

“No! Nah! I overreacted! This is my fault! My fault!” David answered.

“Because it's your fault, what do you suggest we do? You can kill me if you clutch a little harder just now. I'm just trying to tell you that martial arts clubs aren't just weak women's fights. I didn't even try to hurt you.”

“Then what do you want?” ask David.

“Join the martial arts club as vice chairman and agree to one condition!” Luna.

David thought about it and said, “I can join the martial arts club, but I won't agree to your terms. I don't want you asking me to do unnatural things?”

“Don't worry, it won't go against your own wishes. You can choose to do it or not. I'm fine with it even if you choose not to!"

“Bulkah?” ask David.

“Mm hm!”

“Alright then! But I'll say this first! I will choose whether to do it according to my own wishes or not!”

“Sure! Agree!” Luna said with a smile.

David looks at Luna's smile and thinks that she may be in love with him. While it was true that if she clenched her hands a little harder just now, this beautiful woman would die. It seemed like he had to learn how to control his strength as soon as possible!

David left because some students started to notice what was going on. He didn't want anyone to watch him like a clown.

Luna watched as David left. Although she was still a little stunned, there was now a charming smile on her face.
