Next morning. Golden Leaf Hotel.

"Miss Pearl, I'm planning to set up an investment company called East League International, but I don't have time. So, I need someone I trust to help me set up a team for it. I hope you can help me!"

"Master. Lidell, I'm afraid I'll fail!” Pearl replied doubtfully.

He wants to do it, but he's afraid he's not capable enough and will destroy David's grand plans.

“Nona Pearl, you can afford. You have to go beyond this little hotel. You have to go out and see the world.”

"All right! I'll try it!”

“Go then! The greatest support I can give you is unlimited financial resources. We'll hire anyone you think we can. If someone offers a million dollars, we'll offer five million, or even ten million. We're not afraid to spend money as long as it's good."

“OK! When should I start?”

After last night, David thought Pearl had changed. He used to be optimistic and cheerful. Now, she turned into a ruthless-looking business woman. To be honest, David still likes the old Pearl, which occasionally gives him a bit of an accidental flirtation. However, there is no other way. People will change after experiencing certain things.

On the other side. Billy and the others stayed in a regular hotel. In the morning, everyone gathers and waits for Billy to decide what to do.

“Dad! What are we going to do today?” ask Sam.

“What do we do? We'll go straight to his hotel and find him!”

"But what if my brother doesn't want to see us?”

"He doesn't want to see us? I let her be born and raised for so many years, but she doesn't want to admit her own father now that she's living a good life? So, I will make a fuss at his workplace so that he cannot raise his head high in front of his comrades.”

"Yes, let's do it! It's not easy to get rid of us now that he's grown up!" Leigh chiming.

Minnie's family doesn't say anything, but they still hope Sam can get Pearl's help. After all, it was related to the future of their daughter.

The group is on their way to the Golden Leaf Hotel, where Pearl works. When Pearl called and asked them to go to the hotel for dinner.

"Dad, it seems Pearl has agreed. We'll get the house and the car!" sam said happy.

Minnie was happy too. What belongs to Sam is his. He will have a luxury car too.

Billy also smiled and said, “See you. Your brother-in-law is a wealthy businessman who lives in a house worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He couldn't handle a hotel that big alone. Didn't you say Pearl was the manager? Ask him to give you a surveillance job!”

"Yes, he is the general manager. He holds the most power besides David. I'll ask him to arrange a job for Minnie and me."

"Begging your sister to set you up with a surveillance job and put Minnie in charge of hotel finances. That way, we can prevent your brother-in-law from having an affair with all his money, and you two can help your sister a little" Leigh said.

“‘Uncle and Aunt, you've come a long way. I'll buy you a meal today. Do yourself a favor. I'll ask the kitchen to make more if that's not enough" David said.

"Thank you, David!” Sam sat down and helped her prepare the food, and several others followed.

"This lobster is delicious. Minnie, try this a little! Mom and Dad, eat this lobster too.”

“‘Why is this crab so big?”

“Bu, this is king crab. It's very expensive. The price can be thousands of dollars each!”

"What'sthis? It's black and melted in our mouths. It tastes so good."

"It's caviar! It's more expensive!”

"It's abalone!”

"This one, I don't know either!”

“This one tastes better!”

While they enjoyed the meal, David got up and said, “Uncle and Aunt, take your time and enjoy the meal. I gotta go. If the food isn't enough, ask Miss Pearl to tell the kitchen to make more."

"David! You can go!” Sam answered with full food in his mouth.

David leaves, knowing that Pearl has something to say to her family. He didn't want to be there to interfere with his decision. He will support whatever decision he makes.

Moments after David left, Pearl spoke. “Pack your things and go home after you finish eating! I will transfer money to you guys on time every month!”

“Pearl, I don't want to go back. Why don't you arrange a job for me here?" said Sam.

Pearl thought. It would be better if Sam could work here. So he said, “Give me your university diploma, and I'll see which position suits you."

Sam suddenly stopped talking, and the room became quiet. Pearl kept staring at Sam. Sam was a little nervous. She was afraid of Pearl before, but not as scared as now. Pearl's gaze made her shudder.

Finally, he had no choice but to say, “Yahh...Pearl, I'm not in college!”

“WHAT? You didn't go to university? What happened to the money I saved to send you to university?" asked Pearl after taking a deep breath.

“Well, I lost money at the gambling establishment back then, so I was forced to lie to you and say that I was accepted into university.” Sam said shuddering.

"So the whole family conspired to deceive me? I skimp and save even at the expense of my health until I pass out at work, and you use the money I saved to pay off your judiciary debt?"

"Sister, we have no other choice! The debt collectors said they would cut off my hand if I didn't pay! Mom and Dad had no choice but to lie to you! Pearl, I know I was wrong, but I've changed my way of life and haven't gambled since that incident.” explains Sam.

“I can testify to that! Sammy has changed!” sela Leigh's.

Pearl took a few deep breaths, trying hard to calm her anger.
