A huge turtle had just arrived outside the Earth. Turtles are a synonym for sluggishness in the eyes of others. However, this huge turtle had subverted everyone's understanding of such a creature. "It's just a pellet-sized planet. What is this place? How can the Eternal Realm be here?"

Amadi looked at the small blue planet not far from there. He doesn't believe this at all.

“Amadi, you can't just see the surface. Comeondown. They've been watching us.”

Amadi shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. With Celeste's instructions, the huge tortoise began to approach Earth. When the giant tortoise reached the outer part of the Earth, David's power of mind felt a huge energy approaching. David lifted his head and looked at the void beyond the Earth.

‘Is that the energy of someone my level?

I'm already at the Eternal Realm. So does this mean that people outside of Earth who suddenly appear are in the Eternal Realm like me?

Wasn't I the first one to reach the Eternal Realm?

“What's up, Dave?" Celia asked from one side.

The others saw David acting strangely, so they all looked at him with strange gazes.

“Selena!" David suddenly called.

The big turtle disappeared, and a man and six women appeared. The man was Amadi, while the middle-aged woman among the five women was Celeste. The other five women behind Amadi are his servants.

However, this was Amadi's first time out as an Enforcer of the Universe and he was unfamiliar with his identity, so he brought his servant. Besides, she's out with her mother's best friend, Miss Celeste. Therefore, he would not be in any danger. After Celeste showed herself, she did not look towards David, the Eternal Realm individual. Instead, he stared straight at Selena.

“Who are you? What are you guys doing here?" David went forward and asked.

“Son, are you a person on this low-civilization planet who has just entered the Eternal Realm?" ask Amadi.

“Yes, it's me."

"May I know who you are, and why you're here?"

"We are the Enforcers of the Universe in charge of this area. Of course, I am here to see what is offered by people who raise low-level civilizations to high-level civilizations. But, from the looks of it now, you're not bad, you're younger than I imagined."

'Enforcing the Universe?'

Masons and other earthlings do not understand.

With their status, they would never understand how terrifying an Enforcer of the Universe was. However, David narrowed his eyes. He did not expect these people to be the Enforcers of the Universe. However, at the same time, he heaved a sigh of relief in his heart.

“David, many people in my hometown will laugh at you if they hear it, but I'm not the same. You make a fair point. You are my friend now, and I am sure we will continue to meet in the future. I'm afraid this small, low-level civilization won't be enough for you.”

Amadi's words were like bombs, and David's brain was buzzing. The Milky Way and a combination of 31 other galaxies form just one mediocre point on this map.

Moreover, this map is only a small part of the universe and only the area that these two Universe Enforcers are responsible for. Isn't this too much? David felt as if his brain did not have the capacity to understand this. He could not imagine how big the universe was.

“What do you think? Are you amazed?" Amadi kept the map and asked David while looking at him. He likes it when others are amazed by him.

“That's right!" David regained his senses and said.

Amadi continued, “The galaxy of low-level civilizations is a galaxy of level 4 and below. Levels 4 to 6 are intermediate-level galaxies. Then, the high-level civilization galaxies are those that are at levels 7 through 9. On top of that was the legendary God Level Civilization. The gap between each level of the same civilization is enormous, but even greater if it is between two different civilizations. It's so big that it's unimaginable. Before you become Immortal, the Milky Way was just a small civilization of level 3. Now, it could be considered a level 4 civilization."
