When two people put their lips together in front of each other, Gaiden's heart seemed to be squeezed so strong that it could not hold water in the eye. Grand Duke Valazad clenched his hands and went back to the middle of the party, but when he saw Lail on the balcony, he thought long enough to approach but, who would have thought after establishing himself, he had, he saw that sight.
"It's not a hallucination, so how do you respond?" Zavir smiled widely after distancing his lips.
"I ... "
Lail stared at Zavir for a moment, closing her mouth before opening again but not to throw an answer but to vomit, soiling Zavir's black suit.
"Oh my goodness ... " Zavir was astonished to see Lail instantly lying down after vomiting in his suit.
"Servant."
Zavir came out of the balcony and gave his dirty coat to the waiter, leaving behind a white shirt.
"So, shall I get you?" Zavir giggled while crouching in front of Lail who was already snoring softly.
Since there was no other choice but to bring Lail back, Zavir took Lail in his carrier and started leaving the party, but Gaiden could not help but worry about what Zavir would do to Lail, it finally stopped the orcal duke halfway towards the pavilion.
"The second prince."
Zavir stopped, the path that was only illuminated by moonlight now looks increasingly quiet because the aura of displeasure emanated clearly from the look of Zavir's eyes.
"Didn't I have warned you before, Grand Duke Valazad?"
"I don't intend to make a fuss."
"Then, what?"
Gaiden clenched his hands at the sides of his body, closing his eyes for a moment before staring at the man who did not even want to turn his body just face to face with the interlocutor.
"Are you really serious about Lail?"
"You have no right to question that."
Gaiden tightens jaws. "I'll stop making Lail come back to me. But, please don't get him in trouble again."
Zavir smiled a cynical smile. "It's better to take care of your family now."
After saying so, Zavir walked faster and let Gaiden who kept holding back the anger behind the grief for letting Lail fall into the grasp of another man.
"What happened to Miss, Prince?" Velin, a middle-aged woman who served as Lail's personal servant, suddenly finds Zavir coming and asks him to clean Lail's body.
"He was drunk and vomited afterwards. Cleanse the body immediately and change the clothes."
"What about you?" Velin dropped a glance at the stain on Zavir's white shirt.
"I'll clean up a little and change my clothes. Ah, and prepare another room for Lail. Tonight, I'll be with Arthur."
"B-well, Prince."
...***...
"Why am I here, Velin?"
Lail complained for a short while the feeling of dizziness whack the head quite great then Velin who exposed the curtain so that the morning sunlight immediately highlighted it.
"You were drunk all night and the second Prince asked me to take you to sleep in another room."
Lail scrunched his forehead. "I'm drunk? And what about Arthur?"
"The second prince was in the next room with Arthur. You're so drunk, I'm the one who changed your clothes that even the second Prince had to clean up because it looks like you got him vomited."
"Huh, me?! No way, I don't even drink alkh—"
Lail stopped talking at the same time as a flash of memory that she had just forgotten instantly appeared without pause and at that moment her face turned crimson red.
"V-Veelin ... What am I supposed to do now?" Lail's voice trembled slightly.
Velin did not understand the meaning of Lail's question and soon the door opened, revealing Zavir was holding Arthur who looked so cheerful.
"Look, Arthur, your mama's awake." Zavir showed a knotty smile while staring at Lail but Arthur's mother actually muffled the scream while trying to tidy up the messy hair.
"I'll prepare breakfast, excuse me." Velin out of there.
Now, Zavir approached and sat down on the side of the bed. "How are you feeling?"
"A little better."
"I don't think I'm gonna let you get drunk anymore." Zavir smiled ignorantly.
"I'm sorry."
"For?"
"Because of vomiting you."
Zavir nods his head. "No problem. It's just, you're gonna have to take responsibility for what you said last night."
"What words?"
Zavir showed a face of deep thought, remembering what Lail said while drunk. "More or less you say confusion over your growing feelings towards me, and because everything I do makes you expect something big from me. So .... What kind of thing do you expect from me?" Zavir ended his explanation with a grin.
When Lail's face met completely, the woman with one child immediately cut off eye contact from Zavir.
"Give me time—"
"No. You started last night, so let's end it here. The longer you hang me, the less clarity there will be between us."
"But you said you'd wait!" Lail raised her tone but reluctantly looked at Zavir.
"Why wait if you just confessed your feelings to me."
Lail was silent, but in a flash Zavir had almost cut the distance between his faces. "I know you're still afraid that if the same thing happens again, it's too soon for you to open your heart and have a family, but I promise you it won't happen again."
"How can I believe it" Lail's great-granddaughter however it sounded quite clear in Zavir's ears.
"Then let's make an oath in the holy place. I'll swear I won't leave you even if you don't I won't remarry until I don't so we'll be husband and wife!" Zavir said very firmly while Lail immediately laughed a little at how serious the look on Zavir's face when saying that.
"What's so funny?" Zavir frowned.
"Then let's make that vow and then we get married." Lail gently said ending in a bright smile.
Zavir gasped, twitching twice because he was accepted.
"That's ... I'm welcome, right?"
Lail nodded his head and at that time Zavir's smile became wider until a row of neat teeth were seen then simultaneously the door opened, revealing Hendry, Asye and Rakaz.
"Gee ... Finally your wait is accomplished, yes!" Rakaz ruffled his waist while laughing loudly while Hendry clapped his hands while taking over Arthur from Zavir's sling.
"Finally, you'll be officially uncle's puppet, yeah." Hendry kissed Arthur's cheek.
"really. In this way, Amylia has a sister." Asye joined her husband.
"Oh, so you guys eavesdropped, huh? You're fucking!" Zavir immediately approached Rakaz and punched his sister slowly but soon they returned to laughing together.
Lail's eyes trembled slightly and glazed at how warm the people before her were and therefore she was unable to hold back the tears so all were shocked and confused.
"What's up, Lail?" Zavir cupped Lail's face.
"Thank you ... Arthur and I are so grateful to have warm people like you."
