...Amare Orphanage, Raitle....
Today, Lail visits Amare Orphanage which is under the auspices of the Child Social Welfare Institution and Lail will stay for a week there as a volunteer.
The caretakers had gotten acquainted and knew Lail's identity so they were so disinclined at Lail plus it turned out that Lail was so friendly and kind while Lail was currently in a small room that would become her room.
Lail doesn't ask Naika to ask the girl to insist on coming along and luckily Lail gives Naika a duty to be an informant as long as she's not in the mansion, tell me what happened when he wasn't there.
"You want to see the kids, Lady?"
Maina, the caretaker of the 57-year-old home, comes and invites Lail to see the children saved from slavery. Lail nodded and followed Maina to a roomy room where many children were there.
When entering, about 25 minors both men and women appeared to curl up in groups at every corner of the room. Their clothes were shabby, torn in many parts besides that their bodies were dirty.
Lail grimaced, her heart crumpled to see these children staring fearfully at Maina and herself. In the room there were not only children but other parlour officers who insisted on persuading them to clean up.
Maina's eye tails moved towards Lail, finding that sorrowful gaze Maina exhaled a knowing breath. This may be the first time for Lail to show too much empathy while Maina is used to it.
"This is not part of it yet. Some of the slaves saved by your father have been moved to some other refuge center. The children here are those under 16" Maina said.
"Some of them are victims of sexual abuse so we have difficulty dealing with them because they are still overwhelmed with fear and trauma."
Lail was already unable to stem her tears and when the tears were shed, Maina smiled faintly and patted Lail's back gently. "I'm sure you can make a big change for these kids."

The next day, Jay came carrying a basket of wine in a horse carriage and stopped at the courtyard of Panti Amare while greeting the caretakers.
The young woman and the caretaker choked on seeing how kindly Jay welcomed their helping hand while Lail who saw the crowd in the yard began to be interested in joining.
"Brake!"
Jay waved and then sprinted towards Lail. When driving Lail home at that time, the two decided to talk casually without the frills of the Lady or sir while not in the official event.
"Jay?"
Jay scratched his nape then glanced at the orphanage men starting to haul the wine basket from the carriage. "I brought a little fruit for the children and the caretaker."
"Ah, so."
"Ec ... Actually, I didn't come just for that, but all of you saw you. I was told by Tirsia that you volunteered here."
Lail smiled forcefully, hah, Tirsia is indeed reliable to get information even though Lail never told Tirsia or Gaia.
"Tirsia and Gaia will visit you next time, they are currently busy attending the tea party invitation."
Now Jay and Lail walk side by side on the path in the courtyard of the orphanage filled with ornamental plants, seen also some children playing there.
"Have you had a lot of trouble here?" ask Jay.
"No. More than that, why do you always look at me like that." Lail stopped, faced Jay and locked onto the man's gaze.
Jay's heart is beating faster than Lail's four years younger, but Lail's mature nature has driven him almost insane over the past few days.
"Because I'm captivated by you. I actually like you." Jay's earlobes were completely red after saying so while Lail was unmoved.
"Lail?"
Lail regained consciousness and looked at Jay skeptically. "You sure? But we've only met a few times, how can it be like that?"
Lail was quite surprised because in the novel there was nothing important about Jay. Well, Lail had to wake up when she remembered that she had changed the flow. It should be that Lail is still being hurt by Wanner and doing everything possible to get rid of Aikan, but ever since the engagement was cancelled, the plot has been out of the way of the novel anyway this is the second life given to her.
"Huh, you're crazy, huh?"
Lail and Jay are shocked when Wanner suddenly turns up behind them. The man came to the home after finding out Lail was volunteering and Wanner wanted to talk about things because Lail did not reply to any of the letters she sent.
"Wanners?"
"Yes. It's me Lail." Wanner then takes Lail to his side but, Jay blocks Lail's hand so swiftly that Lail is not completely within Wanner's grasp.
"Jeez." Now that Lail's hands were each blocked by these two young men, the caretakers watching from a distance just chuckled as they watched Lail fight over.
"I need to talk to you, Lail," said Wanner.
Lail snorted and asked Jay to let go of his hand and make room for Wanner and himself to speak privately.
With a heavy heart Jay moved away and stood up while adhering to Wanner and Lail talking under a tree. During the conversation, Wanner was so passionate while Lail was so careless to serve Wanner who asked what Jay was related to him, why he never returned a letter and why he continued to be involved with Jay.
"I'll leave Aiksa, so please come back to me. Really, I regret a lot of things, Lail."
Wanner cupped Lail's hands together, his gaze so miserable when pleading however, Lail did not waver at all because for him Wanner is a foreign man because indeed Lail does not have any relationship with Wanner because he is not the same Lail.
"I don't love you anymore so don't expect anything from me." Lail jerked Wanner's hand and left.
From a distance, the corner of Jay's lips is attracted when he sees Wanner's shoulder shrinking as Lail leaves.
"It's really sad" Jay commented.

Two days later.
One new person came as a caretaker because one of the previous caretakers suddenly had to go home on the grounds that his mother was seriously ill. On the other hand, the children were much better than the first day, they had already started eating voraciously and had the caretaker talk.
This progress certainly makes Lail proud especially when the children of the orphanage began to depend on him, it seems that Lail is somewhat reluctant to return in the near future while the time to stay three days there.
"Kids, it's dinner time!" maim Maina then some of the caretakers began to put breakfast on the long table. Before long, the children began filling chairs and eating their meals.
Maina stood by Lail's side while watching the children eat.
"It feels good, doesn't it?" Maina looked at Lail.
"Yes, Auntie. It feels so cold to see them getting better."
"We are very happy if you come back here to see the children or us" Maina said.
Lail's heart sighed hearing Maina's words. If Lail behaved better, maybe her life did not end tragically, she would feel many small things that make her happy.
"Ukh!"
"Aragh!"
"S-it's sick!"
"You!"
Lail, Maina and the caretaker glared at the dead children from the chair while vomiting and holding their stomachs and necks.
