...HAPPY READING...

Lail put on cut clothes to go to Flante, tagged along for the horse races. Appearance is quite important to note at this event.

So, Lail got ready and Gaiden did. Seeing the curves of Lail's body formed clearly through a white shirt wrapped in a black waistcoat taut combined with black shiny tight pants.

"Open when the show starts." Gaiden suddenly put his cloak on Lail's body.

Lail was about to take it off, but Gaiden prevented it while touching a pair of Lail's shoulders. "Stop being angry, Lail. I know my actions are wrong, in the future I will not repeat the same thing. Don't keep me quiet all this time, our relationship can get more complicated later."

No smile on Gaiden's face. Since yesterday, his emotions had been suppressed as deeply as possible plus Lail kept telling him to sleep outside. Gaiden knows that he is wrong, but he insists on apologizing however, Lail's anger does not go out. Gaiden thinks Lail's actions will get even more wrong if left unchecked.

Gaiden thought, maybe because Lail was so much younger than him that the emotions were not well controlled, so Gaiden tried to understand her. But it's been almost a week and Lail hasn't made peace with him.

"What do I do to stop being angry, Lail?" ask Gaiden.

"Have Estia come to see my parents and kneel down apologetically" Lail said, rousing Gaiden's emotions.

Gaiden dropped his hand, looked at Lail so coldly then without a word to go from there, got into the horse carriage while waiting for Lail to enter.

Lail was stunned for quite a long time to see Gaiden's reaction, not as usual. Lail clenched her hands while biting her lower lip, realizing that she was crossing the line because it was wrong Estia was not Gaide.

The coachman realized that the two had boarded and were soon on their way to the dock after which the two boarded a ship bound for Hedrixine. Not a word, Gaiden kept Lail in sight but her lips were tightly clenched while Lail was silent as usual.

...***...

...Royal Flante, City of Flant...

Lail arrives with Gaiden at the Royal Flante, entering a luxurious room filled only by the royal family.

Before entering the room, meeah food is served to guests in addition there is a food booth, bar, entertainment stage and several other facilities to spoil all guests who attend this annual event.

Rosea, the queen of Hedrixine and Carl's wife, approached Lail and said she was amazed by the perfume Lail gave her a few days ago with a sweet letter. Well, Lail and Rosea have a lot in common so Rosea often sends Lail a letter and Lail is quite happy with it.

Some people were envious to see Lail's familiarity with Rosea on the other hand Gaiden kept silent while enjoying a cup of drink.

" .... It would start from Flain Castle to get flowers and end up in the vast grounds of the Royal Flante while giving flowers to someone." Rosea explained about the horse race to Lail.

Lail looked excited, but Rosea returned and caused a bit of curiosity in Lail.

" Last year, the horse race was won by Lady Kyle Frein. He managed to become the first person to arrive at the Royal Flante."

"Lady Kyle Frein?"

Rosea nodded. "He's a special team in a team led by Gaiden during the war."

Lail clucked in awe, curious as to what the figure of the woman looked like.

"Ah, guests have arrived. We should welcome him, Lail." Rosea then leads Lail out and there Lail's eyes collide with the black eyes of a red-haired woman.

"Don't see you in a long time, Grand Duke." The woman who was none other than Kyle approached Gaiden.

Lail's eyes are not off Kyle. Kyle's body muscles show that he's a fighter plus an incision wound in the middle of his nose makes Kyle's figure even more intense.

"Yes, it's been a while, Kyle."

Lail stares at Gaiden who is smiling sweetly while saying so casually to Kyle. Remembering the words of Rosea, Lail did not bother even happy to see the companions in arms looked very familiar.

Not wanting to disturb the meeting, Lail immediately turned her face and joined Rosea who wanted to introduce her to the guests.

Gaiden's expression instantly turned flat looking at Lail not even an irritated expression seeing her suddenly so familiar with another woman.

"What's your expression, Gaiden?" Kyle asked.

"Well, it's good to see you, Kyle."

Gaiden's eyes dodged Kyle then laughed awkwardly. "B ... That's me forgetting."

"You ... " The dark aura seemed to enclose Kyle's gaze.

Gaiden took Kyle to Lail.

Lail twisted the body as Gaiden called out to her and just then Kyle felt a wafting flower fiercely slapping his body and smelling.

A slender, doll-like woman clad in porcelain-white skin, a petite face with emerald eyes plus shiny blonde hair that seemed to feel soft to the touch.

Kyle suddenly approached Gaiden, very close to even his lips pressed against Gaiden's earlobe.

"Are you threatening her to marry you?" kyle asked for suspicion.

Gaiden turned away and looked at Kyle fiercely. "Your mouth will stitch, will I?" Gaiden hissed, his clenched hands sticking out clearly the veins that had arisen.

Lail had no idea what the two were talking about, but at this moment some people started to notice them and whispered.

"Aren't Lady Kyle and Grand Duke Valazad engaged?"

"Yes, right. But no one knows why his engagement was even off."

"Is it because the Grand Duke already has a woman who is now his wife?"

"Grand Duke and Lady Kyle are very compatible. They're very close huh."

"Lady Kyle should keep her distance to keep Duchess Valazad's feelings at bay."

Lail's eyes widened to hear the chatter around him, then looked at the two people in front of him who continued to talk and sometimes laugh.

"She's my wife, Lail Manuella. And Lail, this is Lady Kyle Frein, my best friend." Gaiden introduced both.

Lail smiled welcoming Kyle's hand after Gaiden remained by Kyle's side.

"I want your time for a while, Kyle," asked Gaiden and immediately walked away.

Lail took Gaiden's hand. "Where are you going?" ask Lail.

Gaiden was silent for a long time and then let go of Lail's hand. "It's none of your business, Lail. Stay here with Your Majesty." Gaidn glanced at Rosea not far from his position.

Kyle frowned and glanced at Lail behind him who was getting further away because Gaiden asked her to talk somewhere.

Lail bit her lower lip. How could Gaiden be so fucked up with her. Was it because of what he said this morning or because Kyle was next to him.

"It looks like you guys are fighting, huh?" guess Kyle.

Gaiden exhaled and then nodded his head. "Yes." Yeah."

"Don't be too cold to her. He was so sad. What's going on?" ask Kyle.

Gaiden then recounted everything, from his meeting with Lail to his recent troubles.

"Huh .... It's crazy!" Kyle combed his hair backwards using his fingers while showing an inexhaustible expression.

"Your niece has a brain problem. You know, Estia tried to pump me up yesterday about your current relationship and maybe she expected me to go on a big rampage because you didn't tell me about your marriage and maybe tried to complain about your feelings."

Gaiden squinted. "But you're going on a rampage, right?"

"A-ah, that's ... No, kok. You see, your wife is so cute" Kyle said, smiling shyly and making Gaiden shudder.
