...HAPPY READING...

The marriage, which had been set for three weeks, suddenly changed next week because Nilyar's pregnancy was known to his three brothers and the news had reached Carl.

Then, the news was immediately conveyed to Lail Naika after hearing Gaiden's conversation with Sebas. There was nothing else Lail could do but cry over this bad luck first.

"Woman until pregnancy ... Then what about me?" lirih Lail made Naika unable to hold back the tears, then while carrying Lail in her arms, Naika rubbed her nona back.

Long enough Lail grieved for Naika, until when the atmosphere was calm, Lail then stood up and said she would return to the castle.

Lail arrived in the morning and was waiting for Gaiden at the door, but Lail passed by, straight to the room. Eye bags and black circles under the eyes showed that Gaiden did not live the day well, the man was depressed especially when the outstretched hand to hold Lail was only greeted by the wind.

"Grand Duke ..." Sebas looked concerned.

Gaiden rushed over, following Lail who was arranging items in a small suitcase to climb into the closet again. Gaiden approached slowly and had been standing beside Lail, but the wife seemed unconcerned.

"Lail, sorry, right, me." Gaiden gathered and hugged Lail who was putting things on the bottom of the closet.

Lail stopped, bitten firmly by the inner cheek in order to dampen the tightness that eviscerated in the chest.

"I accept that woman, Gaiden." Lail pushed Gaiden away and pushed her husband out of the room.

"Please don't see me until your wedding is over." Lail closed the door.

...***...

The wedding was held in a wedding hall not far from the palace and far from the public.

The wedding was done as quietly as possible even though the current ruler of Asylam with the Prince came as the most important guest. Carl greeted with joy, but there was something a little offensive to Hendry.

"Didn't you bring the Queen here?"

That's how Carl's successful question made Hendry's lips twitch a little. What queen, she had not even set a woman to stand by her side as a temporary partner or candidate. But it happened some time ago, now Hendry and Rakaz are sitting quietly in the chair that has been provided while watching the wedding procession.

However, Hendry's attention fell on a pale-skinned woman with blonde hair combined with beautiful eyes like an emerald gem, only the sparkle in the eyes seemed to be disfigured.

"Ah, she is Gaiden's wife, her name is Lail Manuella. I thought he wouldn't come." Carl explains, Carl's sad enough smile makes Hendry have to drop attention to Lail longer.

Rakaz who heard Carl's explanation immediately followed the direction of Hendry's view then turned to Nilyar who smiled happily because the procession was almost complete.

"Nilyar just ruined the woman's life, Brother," whispered Rakaz.

Hendry nodded his head and refocused forward, but as the new process was completed, Lail immediately left the chair, exiting the building. Gaiden is pensive for a long time, bowing his head very deeply for not being able to keep this happiness any longer, breaking Lail's heart and hopes.

Guests began to call the bride and groom, congratulating him, but Hendry did not join instead, choosing to follow Lail away. Hendry thought Lail had come out of the building, but the woman sat on the floor, drowning her face in both knees.

Hendry closed his eyes and turned his head, hiding behind a sturdy pillar not far from there as Lail's bitter tears slashed his ears. Fortunately, this hallway is very quiet, there is no one because it is far from the main room of the wedding.

Lail arrived at the castle when the sun had set, neither with Gaiden nor Nilyar as for some time the two would stay in the Palace.

While there, Rosea and Kyle try to strengthen him, but Lail is not strong and chooses to go home first.

Meanwhile, in the same room, Gaiden and Nilyar were sitting on the edge of the bed without a word, silent.

Gaiden did not smile at all and his aura was gripping enough to make Nilyar shudder even though he thought Gaiden would soften a little because she was pregnant.

"Isn't this good, Grand Duke? You and I will soon be parents." Nilyar smiled faintly and touched Gaiden's arm.

"Put your hands away" said Gaiden.

"You'd better go to bed first."

After saying so Gaiden was completely lost behind the door while Nilyar clenched his hands while cursing.

"Woman named Lail it ... I have to get rid of him if I want to rule Gaiden's heart completely."

...Hendrixine Palace...

"How's the wedding going?" Zavir asked, now the three men are in Hendry's room.

"Walking pretty good." Rakaz stretched his hands while leaning tired on the back of the sofa.

"What's wrong with you?" Zavir squeaked wonder at Hendry who had many thoughts after Hendrixine.

"It's okay. I'm just sleepy" said Hendry.

Zavir stood up, confirmed the stifling vest and looked at his two younger siblings. "Daily guarding the palace, I have not visited the troops to be fed, they are very lucky" said Zavir.

Rakaz shuddered, feeding means strenuous exercise. Asylam's military forces were superior under Zavir's leadership but, behind that advantage were somehow military members who roared tired every day as if they were at war.

"I'm actually thinking of Gaiden's wife." Hendry suddenly said, stopping Zavir from leaving the room.

"He's coming there?" Zavir seemed to lack confidence.

"Yes. Eyes ... So beautiful but not in her current condition."

Hendry recalled that when Lail cried, guilt was free in Hendry's thoughts and feelings. How could Nilyar do that, in Hendry's eyes at the time, Lail looked so fragile.

Hendry's hands rested on his thighs, the look of his amber eyes dimmed slightly. "Why do I want to hug her."

"Well! Don't you like people's wives, huh?" Rakaz.

"Don't do that, Hendry. Wait for her to be a widow" Zavir said.

Rakaz exhaled and waved at Hendry. "Sleep, I hope you don't dream of anybody's wife."

Hendry closed his eyes, now both hands clenched perfectly. "Based on the fucking brothers!"

...***...

Four days have passed since the wedding. Sebas was accompanied by Simon and some of the occupants standing in front of the main door, the gate opening as two horse-drawn carriages entered the castle grounds.

Lail split open the crowd and stood in front of Sebas. Before long the horse-drawn carriage stopped, Gaiden got out of there without holding out a bull to Nilyar for easy descent.

Gaiden then approached Lail with his head down, shame and guilt making the amber-eyed man's head and tongue suddenly heavy.

"I have prepared all the needs for your wife" said Lail who successfully inflicted pain on Gaiden's chest.

Seeing the atmosphere becomes not good plus the unpleasant gaze leads to him, Nilyar immediately commented a thin smile trying to show that he was a friendly and kind person. Although Nilyar had to endure the frustration of momentarily throwing the smiles of the residents directly turned their faces to Lail, those gazes were extremely respectful.

Nilyar approached while touching the stomach, smiling faintly after greeting Lail. "It's nice to meet you, Grand Duchess."

Lail's expression instantly changed from grim to a faint thin grin. "He's crazier than Estia," Lail's inner.
