...HAPPY READING...

Lail exhaled, her face pale. A week has passed and during that Lail regularly drank ginger tea to relieve nausea, usually nausea occurs in the morning but sometimes occurs during the day and night.

"I'm coming!"

Lail smiled faintly, as Rakaz had said earlier that going to visit often, the young man actually did.

"Well, where did you get it?"

Lail gawked at the basket of chocolate tote Rakaz containing berries, among them raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberyy, looking very fresh and delicious. Seeing Lail clearly gulp down, Rakaz smiled faintly.

Sitting while thrusting the basket at the table, Rakaz invited Lail to try the fruits.

"She said this is great for pregnant women."

"Thank you."

Again. Rakaz stumbled on a smile seeing Lail sparkling while chewing one by one for it. Lail's attitude reminded him of Nilyar, other than the age of the two are the same, their attitude is almost the same just that Nilyar is full of tricks, Rakaz thought.

On the other hand, towards Zavir's residence. Hendry walked in haste while squeezing a letter on the right hand.

"What's wrong?" Zavir asked, having just returned from the special forces training camp. A small towel full of sweat hung on his neck, rubbing it on his sweaty face, Zavir approached Hendry with a puzzled look.

"Can you take Lail out today?" Hendry went straight to the core.

"Suddenly?"

Hendry exhaled, the 29-year-old showing a crumpled letter in his hand. "I just remembered that today Nilyar and Gaiden are going to visit."

Zavir's eyes were wide. "There will be them soon!"

Hendry nodded his head while Zavir immediately grabbed his black robe, did not forget to grab another black robe then flashed from there, leaving Hendry without another word.

"Brake!"

Rakaz and Lail turned their attention to Zavir coming in a frenzy, the man's chest up and down in unison with firm steps approaching Lail.

"What's wrong?" ask Lail.

Zavir is a bit awkward. To be honest Zavir doesn't know how to treat a woman let alone take her out, this is the first time and very awkward. It took Zavir some time to shut up and be noticed by the two humans in front of him.

"Rakaz, come here." Zavir pulled Rakaz's arm to stand beside him.

"Can you take Lail out? Today, Nilyar and the man will visit" whispered Zavir.

"Huh? But, I have this business to run out of."

"I'll replace you."

"You sure? Today I have to catch some troublemakers hiding in the brothel, are you sure you want to welcome those itchy women who are trying to pummel you?" ask Rakaz.

All over Zavir's body immediately brushed, hurriedly shook his head, Zavir then asked Lail to stand up and put on the robe that was brought earlier.

"What's this?" Lail was confused to accept the treatment.

Zavir sweats because he doesn't know where to take Lail away.

"There's a very beautiful beach not far from here, it looks like Zavir wants to take you there." Rakaz brandished his index finger with a wide smile, showing off a neat and clean set of teeth.

Lail's eyes were excited. "REally?!"

Zavir should thank Rakaz after returning from the beach. "Y-yes."

Lail was now following Zavir to the stables, and there was a stout black horse at Zavir's side. Rubbing the animal's head Zavir said, "Today we're going out, Pili."

"Pili?" Lail was completely taken aback about how Zavir's personality was inversely proportional to his cover.

During his stay at the Palace, although Zavir and himself did not get along very well, Lail knew that Zavir was a man who was quite attentive. Zavir had his own way of looking at him and as the hazel-eyed man had said before, that was not the same as Nilyar. After all, Lail was a little guilty of saying that without knowing the three young men. Other than that ... Seasaat, Zavir's treatment of horses reminds him of Gaiden who is so fond of his horse named Marcus.

"You always give a cute name to your pets, yes" Lail said.

"Well, it's comfortable." Lail praised the occupied saddle.

Zavir commented with a proud smile and sat behind Lail while gently jerking the horse's control rope.

"May I control it?" pinta Lail's.

"You can ride?" Zavir was skeptical.

"I'm quite proficient. In my previous life I've won many horse racing tournaments, so don't hesitate so."

"Life before?"

Aware of having said that Lail looked clumsy. "I mean at Hendrixine."

"Ah, so. All right, but not for now, maybe next time." Zavir then began to accelerate the horse's pace while Lail snorted.

Before long, along with their horses coming out from the main gate, the horse carriage had just entered the gate. Lail's attention was distracted, the view falling deep into the window of the horse-drawn carriage.

"Ah." Lail sighed softly seeing who was inside.

While the man who was in the horse carriage gasped, while the horse that was going against him flashed quite fast.

"What's up, Grand Duke?" Nilyar asked.

Gaiden touched his face and exhaled a weak breath. "It's okay."

Nilyar nodded his head, his eyes seeing Zavir wearing a black robe while riding a horse with a woman whose face was partially covered in a cape.

"Sister Zavir riding a horse with a woman? Am I dreaming?" inner Nilyar.

...***...

The sound of the waves crashing, the wind was a bit strong, also the birds that were airing managed to calm Lail's heart, ah, no. It seemed like Lail's heart felt freedom, the best calm she currently felt was the inability to contain the emotions that had been suppressed.

The beach is called Fatum, still part of Asla. The beach water is very clear and surrounded by green scenery that cools the eyes. Zavir approached Lail after tying a horse rope to a sturdy wooden pole not far from them.

"Remove your shoes, the sensation of beach sand can warm your heart a little." Zavir.

Lail looked down, staring at the gamang of a pair of smooth white sand beach shoes.

"Thank you for watching me so much." Lail smiled wryly, despite being tough so far it almost collapsed after seeing Gaiden in a car with Nilyar.

Lail would probably be devastated considering that she was pregnant and deep down, the feeling of revealing the news to Gaiden was quite great. Lail wanted to see how the man responded, there was also little hope about the future, could he feel the beautiful little family with Gaiden? A flash of memory in the past where he was constantly ignored by the father when he had a cross, then what about his son? Doesn't even feel a father's affection later?

"Eh?"

Zavir flinched, the beautiful eyes of the Emerald jewel-like gem had housed tears in the eye's nourishment, sparkling yet implying pain.

"What's wrong? Did I offend you?" Zavir.

Lail shook her head while trying to get rid of the tears however, in vain. His tears just shed more and more and Zavir confused, do not know what to do except stand stiff with both hands raised slightly on the side of Lail's body without touching.

"When I won't cry, let alone in front of you," Lail said with a severed breath.

Zavir turned his face, his hand down on the side of the body. "You saw it, huh?"

Zavir can't pretend anymore. From the beginning he knew that Lail had seen Gaiden, but Zavir did not expect Lail's reaction to come like this because honestly Zavir did not know what it was like to be heartbroken let alone in a condition like Lail.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Try doing this." Zavir stood on the shore barefoot, closer to the gentle pounding of the waves, gazing far ahead.

Lail's tears had dried up and followed what Zavir had done, leaving his shoes and standing by Zavir's side, feeling a gust of wind playing with his draped hair and the tip of his plain canary dress.

"When I was 10, I read a book about the beach. He said, the atmosphere of the beach can calm the soul and mind, I think it's just nonsense. But, when my mom died, I tried to go to the beach and it turned out to be true." Zavir chatted about the beach then his gaze turned to Lail who had also been paying attention to him since speaking.

"You feel it too, right?" Zavir smiled faintly, a sincere smile that made Lail stunned.
