Secrets of the Former (Love Left Behind)

Secrets of the Former (Love Left Behind)
Hundred

The most terrible thing in this world is not about yourself, but about the bad things that happen to loved ones.

Nevan has been on high alert since Edo's presence at his home yesterday. His heart was agitated, though he had sent a confidant to watch over Gantari secretly as long as he was not by her side.

Several times Nevan seemed to glance at the phone in between his activities checking several files, just to make sure no news was missed, but what he got was a message from the father. Nevan closes the file and opens the message.

Go home today. Take Gantari too.

Nevan raised next to his eyebrows, but his premonition was good. Perhaps, his anxiety since yesterday was too much.

A smile was etched on Nevan's lips. He typed in a reply message in response to the father's request, then immediately contacted Gantari with a thumping chest.

The darling?

I heard a noise from across without an answer. Early in the morning can say bucin sometimes make Gantari not out of thought, but he likes it too, anyway.

I'll pick you up later in the afternoon. Ready, yeah!

Went where?

Papa told us to come.

Gantari's heart rippled straight away. He was confused, this feeling of fear or happiness, but it was clear after Nevan's notice that his heart continued to beat uncontrollably.

Instead of thinking about things that have not happened, Gantari decided to water the plants. Several times he seemed to let out a deep sigh while directing the slither with a raging mind.

"Sir Dee! I'll go to work first."

Gantari jerking. He looked up, and developed a smile. There is Anwar who is ready on the bike.

"Be careful. Don't speed around," Gantari replied with a wave of one hand.

"No promise, brother!" yelled Anwar while grinning, then darted with his matic motorcycle.

Gantari snorted, then looked at Anwar's departure with a pinched smile. Thanks to Anwar, Gantari can know a little about what it's like to have a sister. Suddenly, he turned his head in the other direction, then in the other direction. For some reason, Gantari felt that someone was watching.

After circulating his gaze and finding nothing, Gantari decided to speed up his work. He rubbed his stalk for a moment, then turned his body into the house.

Edo was standing with a gaze that was combing in all directions. Looks like he's looking for someone from the airport's arrival section.

His eyes began to focus when he saw a woman in madya custom clothing with a handbag in her hand. The woman looked graceful and gentle at her age who was no longer young.

"Jero?" greet Edo when he gets close to her.

The woman looked over, looking at Edo.

"I can't be long," he said later.

Edo nodded in understanding, then asked Jero to follow him politely.

Several times Gantari seemed to exhale. Until this afternoon, his heart was still pounding uncontrollably if he remembered the meeting Nevan had announced this morning. Although Nevan had asked him to wait at home, Gantari still decided to wait by the side of the highway. Staying at home made him nervous.

A silver Ferrari pulled over and without a peek, Gantari knew who the owner was. He walked around the car and went inside.

"I'm nervous" I'm Gantari and a gentle swab lands on the top of his head.

"Everything will be fine, Dihyan."

Miraculously the heart of Gantari obeyed. He's a little calmer now. Long looking at Nevan, Gantari was amazed at herself. Even though it had been separated, but the taste was still the same. A sense of being left behind and settling faithfully.

Along the way, Gantari chose to remain silent and listen to the song solemnly.

"It's over."

Gantari gasped, then peeked at the luxury house from behind the window. He several times seemed to slip his hair that was stretched behind his ears, then bite his lower lip, Gantari's habit if he was nervous.

Nevan chuckles, then shuffles gently Gantari's amused hair. Then, pull the woman into his arms.

"A little while, honey. Soon this story will end the way we want it."

Gantari closed her eyes, then nodded. He let Nevan do his duty well to conquer his stubborn heart.

"Hm, everything must be fine" muttered Gantari at last.

They entered the house with their hands clasped, although Gantari tried several times to let go.

"Ehm!"

Gantari flinched, then pulled her hand again. This time it worked, while Nevan chose to sigh resignedly. His father was very childish. Where there are parents who are willing to hide behind this door.

"What's healthy?"

Fauzan smiled, then welcomed Gantari's helping hand and gave a brief nod. She is grateful that despite being an ex-in-law, Gantari still does not change her calling. Later, Fauzan embraces Gantari's shoulder and invites her into the living room, ignoring Nevan who is already widening his eyes.

Gantari's footsteps came to a halt when she saw that Tiwi was already sitting on the sofa. He didn't know what reaction he had to give.

"Greetings to your mama" said Fauzan surprised. Gantari turned her head, looked at Fauzan for a moment, then turned to look at Nevan who was standing not far from them.

Gantari slowly moved her legs towards Tiwi who was sitting with her legs crossed, but her eyes fell. Carefully Gantari sat down beside Tiwi and tried to grab her hand, but Tiwi kept her away.

Gantari nodded, but did not move. He simply lowered his hand again and lowered his head with a bitten lip. At the back, Nevan had wanted to approach, but Fauzan held him back.

Tiwi finally raised her face and looked at Gantari fixedly.

"Are you sure you want to start again?"

Gantari had not dared to return Tiwi's gaze, yet she nodded.

"Related."

"Good ... Because mom wants to start again and fix everything."

A thread of Tiwi tears fell followed by a tremor on her lips. Then, he quickly pulled Gantari in his arms and held her tightly.

"Sorry for everything, Gantari."

Gantari felt a strong bond that stifled her heart to escape and created an overwhelming sense of relief. Then, without a doubt he returned Tiwi's embrace and broke the cry together.

Sometimes, it does take tears to melt a relationship that is too stiff.
