Chandra's POV
I prepared Shan first before doing chemo. As usual, the preparation is to bathe him then put on a comfortable shirt, and feed him breakfast for energy content so as not to glue, yes even after chemo the effect remains weak.
Thank God Shan this second chemo is no longer as fussy as the first. He already had great courage, and of course a great spirit as well. He said let the spit heal keep coming home with Salsa and Jimmy's sister. Amen yes, Shan.
I led Shan into the chemo room. We'll go see Dr. Hans there. It seems that the doctor is quite busy, the proof is that he did not have time to pick up Shan like the previous chemo.
"Hello Shan's..."
Then we are in the room in question. Immediately greeted with a friendly greeting doctor Hans.
I then put Shan up on the sofa as directed by Dr. Hans. Shan was gnarled once, he tightly hugged his teddy bear, to the point that his puppet became a small shrivel.
I've offered so many times for me to take my hand, but Shannya wouldn't. He wanted to sit by himself even though he looked so nervous.
A nurse came by pushing an infusion pole. Shan looked increasingly tense and sweaty. I then squatted nearby. I took her little hand to hold it. "Rilex dear, Shan definitely can. This is not Shan's first time. Shan must be stronger now. Cupp..."
I kissed the back of his hand. It felt very cold Shan's hand. He was really scared and nervous. I'm confused about having to strengthen him how else...
Aha I know!
"Shan wants to see youtube?" I took my phone out of my pocket and set youtube from there.
Shan's second favorite cocomelon after Frozen.
My favorite show was followed by Shan's heartbreaking groan because the infusion needle now managed to penetrate the healer.
I myself shuddered in horror. Any adult human, no matter how big his body will still feel pain if pierced with a syringe.
But cool, Shan didn't cry.
She had truly grown into a strong little girl.
Papa is very proud of you, dear Shan...
A few hours passed, whether this is an infusion bag to how much, it looks like 3. Everything was empty.
"Horeee Shan was successful. Finally the camp's over, Shan!" doctor Hans said, then slowly removed the needle. Dr. Hans cleaned the gaping marks that had been resting on Shan's back, then covered them with a pink plaster.
Shan himself asked for the color.
"Today the doctor met a very good boy. Shan is a real prodigy. Toss used to be Shan!"
Prokkk
After the second chemo was over, Shan was then allowed to return to his nursery.
The chemo effect was immediately apparent on Shan's physique. Though our steps are still in the corridor, there has been no 30 minutes since the treatment earlier.
"Papa, Shan wants to vomit." he lamented.
I immediately carried him. And it's true, not only his physical appearance was limp, his body was completely limp. Just raise his head Shan helplessly.
I escaped Shan to the nearest bathroom. The nearest one is because I'm not sure the vomit can be held up to the bathroom of his room.
Arriving inside the bathroom, I directly pointed Shan towards the toilet. Scrub his neck slowly.
"Just vomit, baby. Let's throw up.." tell me.
Shan tried to huek-huek but couldn't. Nothing he managed to get out of his stomach.
I spent about an hour in the bathroom, trying to help my son vomit but unfortunately still. Shan didn't throw up anything.
I finally invited him out.
"Don't come out first if Shan vomits how? Hicks..."
Shan refused to let me out. She had a fear of vomiting in the middle of the trip before reaching her room.
"But Shan, it's like Shan's only feeling like he's going to throw up, but it's just nausea, baby."
"No, Shan wants to throw up..." Shan continued to dodge while crying.
Maybe it feels very uncomfortable. Between wanting to vomit or nausea he himself was also confused. Shan eneg's. Very bad eleg. He desperately wanted to spit it out just to be relieved, but unfortunately could not.
That must have made him suffer.
Instantly I became sad to see my daughter like this.
Shan finally stopped. She stopped crying and ended her attempt to remove the contents of her stomach. He gave up because he was very tired of continuing to be in this bathroom with a condition that is not clear between vomiting or not.
I held her up and assured her that we would quickly reach her room. And if his real appetite for vomit comes up, Shan can throw up on his papa shirt.
It's okay Shan. Papa won't be angry.
Shan had no desire to look up. He hung his beard on my shoulder. She was facing backwards because I was holding her in a koala-like position.
"Yeayy has come back to love—Eh!"
"SURPRISEEE!!!" screeched many people.
I was surprised when I opened the door. Same with Shan.
It turns out that all my family is in Shan's nursery. Mama, sister Yolla, sister Ken and her children Salsa and Jimmy are here.
They gave Shan a surprise!
Shan had already turned his head towards the front from the reflex earlier. He watched his entire family one by one.
"Hayoo who from yesterday can not wait to play with his brothers?" I whispered and at that instant Shan instantly sumringah.
Shan asked to be taken down from the sling but he did not directly scatter towards his two cousin's older brother.
He was hiding behind my feet.
"Well why be so shy? Come on, sweet Shan, play." said Brother Yolla. My brother then took a large pocket of crackle on the sofa. And it turns out that the bag is all toys.
"The same salsa Jimmy's packing his toys from last night. Let's hunt you guys play with dong kids."
Salsa and her brother rushed towards the voice of the mother. Salsa who had climbed onto the sofa finally waved towards Shan.
"Let's go Shan..."
I looked down to see Shan. Shan looked up at me for a moment, and then finally he wanted to head towards Salsa.
Ah this brat, put on a cat bashful event first before playing.
Today turned out to be very deliberate all my family members visited here. They said they wanted to encourage Shan because today is Shan's second chemo day.
Ahh I so blushed made them. Thank you for taking the time for Shan like this. I am so grateful to have such a caring family.
"Sander."
"Yes ma?"
"Please come here for a minute, son, help mama open this sugar container yes, it's very difficult. Mama's making tea."
"Oh okay mama." I rushed to my mom who was in the pantry.
"Mommy, Salsa wants to pee. It's a hard zipper to open."
"Here's my mommy's baby."
"Mama mama! Jimmy wants to eat a snack."
"Yes take your own dear brother. Open it yourself yes, this is mama still help adek."
"But Jimmy's mom can't open it. There are no scissors. Papa where the hell is it?"
"Papa's still out. Ask for help, yes. Mama please help Jimmy open a snack can't. Ma!"
"Yes yes, let's go."
"The sugar container is open" I said, telling my mother.
"Which bathroom switch?!" ask Yolla.
"Where's the container? Go to the spilled ball!" my many.
"Who's this lamp hunt, Salsa's been saved." Yolla again.
"This ma'am's been fished." Me again.
"Oh Allah my son is in bed."
"Ma!"
"Ma!"
"Mama!"
"Yeah!"
"Enough!" shan screamed until finally the entire room became quiet.
